Actually he bought about $200K not that much but these people do not invest to loose money.
Thanks for the info Lodas, Yeah I cannot understand why so many Big players own this looser stock. Add me to the Dumb and Dumber Club..
IMHO COOP stock price is being manipulated until WAMU bankruptcy closes. In my view they are walking down the price due to a future distribution event. As AZ pointed out the remaining disputed WMILT escrow shares and remaining cash will be distributed prior to closing the bankruptcy process. It is common practice in Wall Street for the Big players to want to maximize their winnings so they drop the price to get more shares. They will not be able to control the price after this event takes place.

THE END IS NEAR!!
This price drop is no coincidence they are walking it down just some people are not able to see it...
You have to learn to abide to AZ's commandments.

Listen is all really simple one just have to abide to AZ 's commandments.
1. No, I will never be issued an LTI
2. No there is no 75/25 to the end
3. Know what you own

5. Watch your Six
6. Don't trust the trust
7. Don't be a wishful thinker
Do that and you will be fine, just be patient...
Thanks for all you do AZ..
==>AZ is RIGHT<== "COOP is the Tell" just watch and learn...
AZ as I have said before we are lucky to have you here!
The light is at the end of the tunnel we just have to walk to it!
It is so obvious COOP is the tell it is slipping under your nose. WMIH has merged with NationStar now Mr.Cooper one of the biggest loan servicers in the U.S. They have bought IBM Seterus on January 4 2019 and increased their mortgage servicing rights by $48B. They have also increased their mortgage lending volume by acquiring Pacific Union Financial on February 4 2019 with an approximate servicing portfolio of $25B They are obviously preparing and setting the company for a future event. The price is being suppressed on purpose because they are waiting for WAMU's bankruptcy to close.
Just watch....
Thank you Cotton. Love u ask and Love u shall receive!!
Thanks AZ for all your help!! It is greatly appreciated..
Bankruptcy has to close before Mr Cooper is let loose. How long is Jay willing to wait for the court process. Is anyone's patience running thin. Why are not the hedgies complaining about this delay?? Im sure they want their money with back interest....
Agreed!!

Retail is just always in a hurry up mind set.
Those in the KNOW and with large money have placed their bets and are still buying even more.
Tute holdings now 88% over the 81% last reported plus, we have 234 funds involved here.
Also we have no idea how many are being held by non reporting types on a large scale
Plus they are working their tails off to keep this LOW and they only do that for a reason.
All of the above should in fact confirm this is a real deal that just aint ready yet.
Relax and enjoy the show, when it starts you will be thrilled if you bought your tickets...
Yeah, they used a lot of ink to black out all those documents that has to be worth at least $20B to covered those expenses!! IMO
LMAO Meat. Do you really think the powers that be fought in court to get rid of retail and waited 10 years with millions of shares to get a distribution of less than $100M. Does that make sense to you LOL. Let me tell you something the hedgies silence is golden.....
Whatever is behind door #3 is very valuable IMHO!!
Who Judge Matresss, NO WAY!!!

Is BNYM actually the LBHI's CTs Guarantee Trustee (name changed to property Trustee)?
If so, the breach in fiduciary duty is still a go in case 11-cv-6760 and the Non-CDA claims definition needs to reflect the affiliate relationship between a trustee and security holder in the Settlement Agreement (Docket 51904).
Claim 66462 listed customer claims against LBHI on the JPMorgan side of the house for our CTs. I still wonder if JPMorgan is any customer's Trustee?

On June 29, 2011, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation ("LBHI"), the
obligor under the Subordinated Debt Instruments, and its affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") in
the Chapter 11 proceedings (the "Bankruptcy Proceedings") being administered as case number 08-13555
in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Court"), filed an
amended motion for approval of their proposed Disclosure Statement and procedures (the "Procedures
Motion") for confirmation of the Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan that was filed by the Debtors
with the Court on June 30,2011 (the "Plan"). The hearing on the Debtors' proposed Disclosure Statement
is currently scheduled to be heard by the Court on August 30, 2011.
Under the Procedures Motion, the Debtors have proposed a timetable for confirmation of
the Plan which estimates that the deadline for objections and/or responses to the Plan will be due in
November of 20 11. The Debtors have proposed a treatment of the claims of the holders of the
Subordinated Debt Instruments that are held by the Trust, including the Trustee Claim, which are
classified under the Plan as members of LBI-ll Class 10B under the Plan. As proposed in the Plan, the
holders of the Subordinated Debt Instruments, as members of LBHl Class lOB, will not be entitled to
receive any distributions on account of their allowed claims unless and until the holders of senior
unsecured claims against LBHI (LBHI Class 3), senior affiliate claims against LBHI (LBHI Class 4A),
senior affiliate guarantee claims against LBHI (LBHl Class 4B), and senior third-party guarantee claims
against LBHI (Class 5) are satisfied in full. Assuming the Plan is confirmed as currently proposed, it is
not anticipated that the Debtors will have sufficient assets to satisfy in full the claims of those senior
classes, and as such, the Subordinated Debt Trustee, as holder of the Subordinated Debt Instruments, is
not expected to receive any distribution under the Plan on account of the Trustee Claim. In addition, the
Subordinated Debt Trustee, as a member ofLBHI Class lOB under the Plan is not entitled to vote to
accept or reject the Plan on behalf of the trust, and is treated by the Debtors as having conclusively
rejected the Plan.

Thank's again AZ!!
AZ if the CT's are not part of the bankruptcy process who will take care of these JPM as trustee?? Why did one went private and the others did not. Can you elaborate please?
OBS, they pooled Lehman commons and preferreds together as One Big Share and you should have gotten escrow shares..
The trustee in this case JPM has ignore refused to make a liquidation distribution of the CT's so CT's subordinated debt has been added to class 10B
It seems to me JPM could be sued for nonpayment although I doubt they will get sued by retailers. My guess is sooner or later they have to address the CT's especially if they want to form a new company and make use of the NOL's which are considerably larger than WAMU's
SO we either get a cash distribution or we get new shares in a new company. Common its only ~$2B to make CT's whole, I think is doable plus Lehman has raised quite a bit of money probably more than they thought they could.
LEHKQ LEHLQ LEHHMQ LEHNQ = 48M shares = $1.2B
$1.2B x ~6% x 10 years = 720M ==> $1.2B + 720M = ~ $2B
I rather waste my money in Lehman than playing the lottery or going to Vegas. Besides noone would be stupid enough to play here with their mortgage payments!!
If this does not pan out it aint gonna brake my piggy bank!!
Wayne AZ is a smart guy he is new here and may have not read all the relevant filings but Im sure if you share your ideas and give him some
time to catch up you will find him a great asset to this board IMO.
Welcome to the board AZ I consider myself lucky to have your expertise available in two of the stocks I own.
Wow, Mojo have u taking your chill pills today??
LMAO, Joe there is no conspiracy here most people including me consider this a lottery ticket.
Calm down!!
AZ you said and I Quote: "These LB Capital Trusts that functioning separately, would be in a distribution holding pattern until the LB’s “Senior Indebtedness” has been Either finalized, paid, or at a minimum has been “Addressed” ...
That is when these LB Cap Trusts will become free to function properly once again ... "
It has been mentioned Senior indebtedness could also be satisfied in full (meaning a percentage of less than 100%). Is it possible they could take a smaller payout so they can addressed the CT's??
Some people are wondering if there is a possibility of a new emerging company raising from the ashes as it happened with WAMU??
Joe I am here because I own Lehman preferred, commons escrow markers and Capital trust shares and check to see if I have won the lottery every day. That's my reason a valid one I believe.
You have claimed many times not to have any Lehman shares. I find it odd you spent so much time here just to help people not invest in a defunct company because you have nothing better to do. Is it possible yes but unlikely.
People usually meet in this boards because they have something in common, investing on the same stock but you say you have no shares and that you are not interested in a stock where you post 24/7
Am I missing something here....
Thank you so much AZ, you are the best!
Joe I understand your feelings however the question is why are LB CT's still trading? There has to be a logical reason. Don't you find it just a little bit odd they have not been cancelled yet. Common Joe there has to be a reason why you are here too? And don't tell me you just want to be a good Samaritan!!
I think someone wanted to leave the backdoor open in case they forgot something and wanted to come get it later...
Sorry to hear that Jersey, take care of yourself.
Can you or someone else post the dockets maybe Cotton or someone else can decipher them
Hey Wayne I know I am not selling a single share been holding for years as many here have...
Thanks Jersey yes I am around but not that much just check in from time to time. I have plenty I think AZ wants to get some so I did not know how hard is to get them anymore but figure was not easy since people have been accumulating for a long time and now seems some brokers not allowing to trade.
Thank you jw!!
Hey Wayne you know if there are still available shares, I have not bought in a long time. How easily is to get them?? Anyone Thanks!!
Sorry AZ I have no idea Ask Wayne49 on Lehnq board. But usually volume next to nothing there are like 4 different flavors I got mostly LHHMQ.

~ Mr Gold, I’m Unfamiliar With The LB’ Capital Trust’ (s) ~
However, ... let me say a few things regarding Washington Mutual, or ours (plural), ... Ours are ALL’, “Private Equity”, and “CMBS Supported” (Commercial Mortgage Backed Security), ... so because Washington Mutuals Capital Trusts Are ALL Private Equity, ... we’ve never been able to participate in them with purchases on the Secondary Market ... or ... have we ever been able to view their financial movements ...
as Private Equity Issued, all of WaMu’s Capital Trusts (plural) have been limited to a participation by an Accredited Investor That were initially able to follow the Capital Trusts initial participation requirement ... usually offered by invitation anyway, at these financial levels ...
In reading your question ... ? ... I would gather a few things as possibilities ...
First; ... It appears that the LB CT’s are currently able to be purchased on the Secondary Market ... ? ... that ? sounds intriguing to me’ ...
Second; ... remember the process we’ve learned here, ... LB’ would also be subservient to the US Code’, ... and if ? ... the Plan Approved LB’ “Senior Indebtedness” has not yet been completed ?, ... well that would ALSO restrict the LB CT’s from being in a position to function properly ...
Third; ... If ? ... the LB Plan Allowed “Senior Indebtedness”, ... is going to be completed ? (as our own Tranche 4 just was ?), ... then the Secondary Markets ability to be involved in LB’s CT’s ... would become seriously interesting ...
I would like to know how many of these are available ? ... and feel free to share this message with your LB friends if you choose ...
