It has been mentioned Senior indebtedness could also be satisfied in full (meaning a percentage of less than 100%). Is it possible they could take a smaller payout so they can addressed the CT's??

Some people are wondering if there is a possibility of a new emerging company raising from the ashes as it happened with WAMU??
