This morning's opening bell price was an absolute gift from heaven above. I bumped up my position by about 15% and I hope many of you did at least that much because you're already making money on that outlay.
for me the winning strategy has been keeping my eye on the information. I've hardly sold a single share in the last six weeks, and when I did it was only to play the spread which I did successfully. The hardest part about all of this has been not to flinch. There were plenty of times when I could have flenched and many people did. But this stock keeps providing opportunities to play the spread and or to buy at great prices. The worst thing you can do with something like this is to just sell it and move on.
Spock... There's still room in my little space shuttle to take on a few more passengers for the ride. Won't you join me? This is just serious fun that it's best. Good luck to us all. Hold tight, hold really tight.
If you were kicking yourself because you didn't get in at a good price before you're getting a second chance at the well. Moving this kind of volume in this short of amount of time is big fun and a big opportunity.
As has been pointed out, we all saw what happened right before the bell this morning. We were giving up pretty nicely. The bell rings and the price per share drops to about half and 30 minutes. Well obviously with the good news we got that can't make any sense right?
It makes perfect sense actually. market makers are in the business of making a market that's what they are illegally obligated to do and they have the legal right and obligation to manipulate the market which they do. They stocked up their shelves this morning by using the one and only tactic they know the best which is scaring the hell out of people. And it worked.
So jump back in, make some money, recognize the setup next time it's getting put together and you will be so happy with yourself you'll be too sexy for your shirt.
Good luck to everyone who is making money with this. This is just the beginning. There is tons of cash to be made here. I'm not speaking emblematically, I think if you actually put all of the cash on a scale and Weighed all of the money, The scale might tell you that the cash weighs several tons even if you don't use your pocket change.
Spock...... A day like yesterday and today is where the term laughing all the way to the bank comes from, I'm pretty sure. Can't wipe the smile off my face today. Good luck to all of you, to all of us.
Well, the market makers are as predictable as ever. They have now restocked their shelves with enough TSNP stock for the next few days. The setup for the bounce is perfect in every way, let us proceed to make dollars for the rest of the week.
Spock...
Sometimes I think we should go back to offering federal notes and increments of $1,000 or more. Wouldn't that be more efficient? Just saying.
Dip & Rip is right. This will be stupendous.
Spock
I love, love, love this stock.
Spock.
Serious debt reduction is some of the best possible news one can ask for. I'm all in now. With eyes wide open.
Very best of luck,
Spock
Thank you Pamela, I know it's not terribly exciting hanging around waiting for good things to happen, it's downright boring. However, like one or two other positions I routinely nurture I just keep coming back and grab some more, grab some more and I smile every time I buy order gets executed especially at these prices.
Everyone's ready to million times how difficult it is to have patience. True enough. But when a week goes by and no major change happens I just smile at what I know is coming. I'm going to be here for a long time.
This one stock provided me with enough capital, more than enough capital to pursue any position I want to pursue with fundage leftover.
Spock..... I'm not bragging, not at all. Rather the position I'm in is something I want everyone on this board to enjoy if they're not already.
I'll be hanging around at the opening bell tomorrow morning to see if I can get a sense how the morning is going to play out. If it's going to fall further I'll just hang on to my cash untilsee what I think is bottom, then I'll throw a pile of cash at the ask. Usually works pretty well for me.
Spock.... My starter position was pretty teeny so I'm going to put myself in the position to change that. The nice things about these kinds of plays is that they move along at a nice pace generally and there's lots of high quality information to be had.
Mercy.....in case I hadn't yet said as much.
$pock
I just keep buying even though I don't understand what is happening or why. I'm still way in profit-land. Even small swings in price give me very nice opportunities to make decent cash.
I have long given up on any predictions here. Everything has been incorrect, logic says this is being squelched for the time being.
I can appreciate that things are moving slowly but this is way beyond reasonable, therefore I must conclude that something unusually unique is being crafted. So, I buy and I wait.
I'd love gp to have cred, but gp is not interested in having any cred apparently. What can one do?
Spock.....logic, proportion, probability, intuition and microbrew all working together to make investing fun and easy. Wow.
My load of stock here stays in my hands. Aint goin nowhere. I have bucket loads of patience and I know management is worth my time.
Spock
Mercy.
......your call is very important to us. Please, stay on the line and someone will be with you as soon as possible.
From my experience " as soon as possible" is coming a very, very long time.
If those who are doing business from Europe on behalf of CLHI are running into the exceedingly long wait-times, in excess of half an hour, then I can completely understand why this is taking forever to move along.
About any US firm I call starts with that opening line. One is very rarely greeted by a living being. If on IS SO fortunate, the call will then get placed in a queue ....on hold.
Forget about emails getting addressed in a competent manner.
Spock.....I'll be with you shortly.
Greetings, SPORTY.
GOOD TO SEE YA. The big fun continues here in the land of the impatient and disingenuous. Yet, we remain, we add on dips, we bash not. We allow the organic process of emerging from bankruptcy to evolve in its time as we ride the wave.
Spock.... Excerpt from my unpublished collection of Vulcan poetry.
Sorry,BPETER.
I have quite a bit of Netherland in my family tree and I am regularly embarrassing myself by not knowing alot more about it than I do.
S.
My Dutch is not what it used to be. That's saying alot for a guy who has a double a in his family name.
Spoock
I absolutely never, ever thought I'd be able to buy a hundred thousand shares today at these kind of prices. It's not very often that I publicly gloat but I'm gloating today. Some people are going to really benefit from this and it's not going to be me and I couldn't be happier..
Spock.. happy hour? Total understatement. Deliriously glorious hour says it better. I hope all of you have the very best of luck. Days like these supposedly are the price of going long. Go long, hold tight, pat yourself on the back for having patience. Have a grand weekend one at all.
When truly big money gets involved, as it is here..... AS IT IS HERE....one can expect extraordinary games to be played.
I don't know these games, I'm not a "player", however, like most here I am intelligent, I understand human nature and I fully expect unusual games of greed to get played Vin equities like this one, don't you?
Out of the ordinary efforts will be made to not just shake the tree, but the rest of the whole damn orchard as well. I think this is what I have been watching here.
It's BECAUSE this opportunity came to light with all the inherent risk big opportunities bring to the table that I got in and kept adding.
I have patience to a fault, despite the virtue factor. And the oneness is on me and nobody else to be extra vigilant for the efforts that will be made to pull from beneath me a certain rug.
Spock....so, ROCK ME.
DIPORTUNITY...
MASSIVE DIPORTUNITY.
Hope y'all increased your positions substantially. Wow, what a gift
Spock....set yer phasers on GLOAT.
I love it when the phrase "patience pays" gets manifest for me or for anybody.
I so love this
Pile on everyone
Spock... Near bottom of pile. Can y'all hear me out there?
NEW Investment term for your free dictionary:
Diportunity
Self-explanatory. Just availed myself this very morning with a BRTX diportunity of 50k new, cheap shares.
Spock... CHIEF DIP
Welcome,Arnar.
Your post could be regarded as a timely metaphor, no?
We hope your long position will be beyond worthwhile. I, too, am a long.
Spock....here by way of as yet undetermined transporter room "accident" combined with dilithium....blah, blah... Blah.
Don Q is usually very good at responding to reasonable requests made of him. Since I have not heard back from him we can only assume he is tied up for the moment. He's one of the better traders around in my book.
Anyway my conclusion as to what OTCX was signaling was either to keep the price beneath 0.038, to let the RSI cool down or something I missed completely, like....make sure it closes over .038
With no L2 in front of me, there may be other possibilities, which is why I seek some validation here. It's likely I'm more wrong than right.
Regardless, I'm paying attention.
If anyone has any thoughts, pls chime in. I am always grateful.
Spock....
I have, and I like it .
Effort and money being used aggressively to get this issue current. I have no reason to think anything but food here right now,so I will contibue to accumulate.
Spock....stock hoarder, incurable I'm afraid.
Bux, I am certain the presence of the national erection is nothing new. It's been mixed in with mkt behavior for months. Only now as the outcome may be at hand do we see raised caution. It'll be factored out soon enough obviously.
What does not help many investors is that POTUS and the WH will declare victory regardless of actual result and the sorting out of that will happen at the expense of the mkt., Among other things.
S.
Don, I read your post about OTCX at 11:21 and how it was signaling something at 038.
When I observe from the daily chart is that not so long after whatever the signal was or whatever the signals meaning could have been, the RSI was brought way down. There was also some buying action but it was limited.
In order to validate what I think I understand was happening there I would need some feedback from you. I would need this to make sure that my observations are correct. Would you please let us know what was the nature of the signal? Thank you very much.
An insatiably curious Vulcan named Spock.
RJ, I'm on E-Trade. I have called but the hold times exceed two hour s and the chat times, you can factor in multiples of two hours to actually obtain an answer responsive to the question .
The extraordinary stupidity of the answers you are offered along the way combined with the redundancy of having to start over at square one with each rep to whom you are shunted makes the effort something way beyond ludicrous.
My account apparently is not large enough to warrant quality service at this time.
S
Fox, yes, my orders often exceed ask by a couple of clicks at least because SO MANY TIMES the ask price rises while I put my order together.
I had cost me a number of opportunities in the past and I am just usually entirely unwilling to lose my buy for the sake of a click or two. I'm not a day trader/ flipper..
S.
My recollection is that this happened four years ago.
Spock
GM, all. Getting paranoid about my orders not getting filled. I should blow it off as I have had a great position for awhile, but even when I exceed the ask, my order is treated like it does not exist and I can't figure out why.
This has happened before with a couple of other stocks.
I remain completely confident about where all of this is going. I have made good friends here who I hope to have for a long time.
Let's have a crazy good day here with or without my orders getting filled.
Spock....living la vida loca
National elections don't help anything either.
Spock
I am not sure what to make of that final hour.
From one perspective, it appeared some hands were more than ready to bolt if they did not actually see a signed doc from the judge immediately.
Others did not even expect to see a signed doc until the weekend as Pacer usually takes some time to get the most recent docs up on their website. (Pacer, btw, is a pain in the *** to navigate.)
If, in fact, shorting is prohibited for 30 days, then shorters would want to make their play before closing bell, then hope for the best. Not so crazy to do if the great price progress that was made this week would be followed by the usual lowering and churning that follows every run up.
And of course, MMs can never get enough inventory on the shelves for future runs, so there is that pressure to drive the price down some, too
SO, throw a little Panic Sauce in the mix at about 3:00 PM, stir vigorously until entire market is colored whacky-doo. Garnish with what some might call outlandish predictions about the nearterm future price and you get what we got today. ... a "Power Hour" turned Sour Hour.
I'm long, so watching this all happen was both hilarious and tragic at the same time. Who knows, maybe some election has something to do with it. I don't know.
Tonight, please join me in raising a glass of something lovely for the millions of pain-sufferers who make soon get a new, cheaper therapy for their intense back pain and for the many investors who did not end up losing many millions they invested in BRTX long before it ran into any financial trouble.
Finally, hats off to Judge Grossman who sheparded the combatants on both sides of the case to a sensible outcome, something for whom all may benefit in one way or another.
I have a thirty year old port to violate and cherish in a short while.
Until, Monday, then. Good Luck to us all..
SPock.....or what is left of Spock after what has already been consumed.
You've been asking about the R/S since at least the middle of September to no avail. Might it be there is no R/S at all?
Might it be a fiction or a wish you possess for some reason? There just seems to be no information available about any R/S. Perhaps some other equity, not this one?
What do you conclude after pushing the question for Six weeks with no DD to support your...theory?
Spock....logic dictates
Rarely does such minimal activity convey so much portent.
Fascinating.
So sayeth Spock
AMG.... what does that even mean?
Nothing. It has no meaning in any way.
Spock.
Been watching this every day. This wknd I will do my serious version of DD on this to understand it better. It sure is under the radar, but why?
S.
Not at all. This one's just getting started. Stick around.
Spock..... Vulcans know things.
Re:dilution
So, if Auctus is supporting company operations financially for at least the next year, the need to dilute should be minimal or less.
Spock.....this stock is already an ATM for many of us. It's just going to get much, much, much better.
After months of being held at arms length who is benefiting really by keeping the price this low?
Is it really possible that all of the insiders and the big names up top don't have all the shares of this that they want? Is it possible that the market makers haven't lined their shelves up with enough shares of this to keep them happy for many months to come? I mean, what's the compelling motivation now? It seems all it does is serve to embarrass one person or another, could that really just be it?
Do the market makers just want to put the CLHI management in as bad a light as possible to discourage people from buying any more of it?
It would be fair to say that I'm somewhat naive as to what might be going on here now. I'm happy to just keep adding on to my pile because my pile continues to appreciate every time two or three more weeks pass. Even without any huge catalyst to look forward to it's turned out to be a fabulous investment.

Hugie, what don't you mean?
