This wasn't the real run. Wait till former lows are tested before jumping back in.
It will eventually stabilize, but at a significantly lower level. There's some money to be made with a nice flip before further dilution or an increase in the AS is announced. Present levels will function more as resistance than support.
Back in the days when I would call the company I occasionally spoke to the CEO, and got exactly the same impression. I think he's a well meaning idiot, but an idiot nevertheless.
The plan next year will be the same as the plan this year - i.e., no plan.
Fair enough, but doesn't INVU look pretty richly valued relative to its revenue? My calculations aren't as optimistic as yours, but I'm happy to be convinced otherwise.
On what basis do you get that value?
Support at 0.006 looks likely to break soon. Waiting for 0.004s is clearly the way to go. Watch and learn
If there is a P&D, it will happen from lower levels. 3 or 4 will be closer to the selling point, not the buying point.
> If this is worthless you shouldn't be here in that case.
LOL. Longs are so scared they don't want any dissenting voices around.
The suckers are the people who follow the crowd.
2s soon.
> Every shareholder thinks it’s a right thing what company has done
False. The non-rubes definitely realize the consequences the RS will have.
Lol. Yes, keep telling yourself that.
They need to keep diluting to keep the doors open. They are not cancelling the RS. After the RS, once they tap out the AS, they will raise the AS to allow further dilution. Pretty standard strategy.
That's basically just made up nonsense for which there is zero evidence.
Yes, I do. Nothing about the charts suggests that any sort of big upwards move is about to happen.
It will definitely be back in the 5s. Buying in the 6s is definitely a bad move.
Given that it's basically a shell at this point, why is that surprising?
They've announced a RS. Half the people here seem to think that's a good thing. Lol. They will learn. It makes for some nice comedic moments around here at times.
The trick will be to get in after the RS but before the next wave of dilution, or before they raise the AS once again. There might be an interval of opportunity somewhere there.
Agreed - all that is happening is that people are throwing some pocket change here. There is basically no volume.
It's amazing how much in denial people are about this. An RS from an unprofitable company that cannot keep the doors open without shareholder's money is never going to be good, regardless of the AS/OS ratio, which can be trivially changed.
Agreed; after falling to 0.0002 or 0.0001 it may run to even 0.0003 or 0.0004 ... potentially a triple or a quadruple. That would be a massive run.
Never said that.
There is nothing to apologize for. Sorry if that triggers you.
Anyway, bid has started collapsing. Should see 2s pretty soon.
> The A/S is, indeed, being reduced.
I didn't dispute that. Read more carefully.
That does not appear to be correct.
A big mac costs more than that.
> ABCE you must be new to pennystocks if you think a company is going to reduce the AS and OS same ratio and not make money for funding themselves and run a wicked PR campaign .
Lol. Like that has ever happened with an unprofitable, serial dilutor like this company.
You must be new to pennystocks if you think RSs can be good. I doubt there are many saps willing to step in at this point. It might be worth stepping in for a quick flip when it tanks after the RS and before they raise the AS in preparation for new waves of dilution. The precious AS/OS ratio you talk about can change (and will change) in a heartbeat. I get that that is the sort of thing people new to pennystocks might not have seen before. So be ready.
Bid has been contracting over the last few days. 2s are probably in the near future.
so basically nothing, in other words.
Exactly, once the selling pressure builds it will be game over as everyone rushes to the exits. Good call.
So the bid is overall declining then day over day.
The pop will not be in the direction you are expecting.
How many shares have you bought?
Because your bid is too low.
Exactly ... those 100s of millions on the bid aren't people convinced of the solvency of the company, but just people looking for a flip.
Those are manageable fractions of the daily volume, completely compatible with no massive short rally.
I know longs aren't really interested in facts, but there is basically no short interest on this ticker.
Still overpriced. It will go down to 0.004s, at which point there might be a nice trade.
Well, that is no worse a non sequitur that everything else you posted.
But look at all that accumulation!
