Sorry, about that... I thought you were refering to me...
PPS can go UP like CRAZZZYYYYYYYY!!!
It means shorts will have to cover...
IMO
SSPT in Naked Short List - www.buyins.net/tools/short_list.php?dys=1
It means "mandatory close-out requirements of Regulation SHO"
www.nasdaqtrader.com/Trader.aspx?id=RegShoDefs
But the final confirmation of actual numbers of OS and Float post-split, is the company that should release it, asap...
But looking for last 2 trading days, the float should be around this numbers...
And if so, the current PPS is low and we should see some jump on it...
All IMO!
If you read the doc: www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=41371 on page 2 (Common stock):
- OS = 3,8B
- Float = 2,15B
NUMBERS ON 30 SEPT 2010 (BEFORE REVERSE SPLIT)
After reverse split, every 100 shares of common stock represent now 1 share...
Using numbers above:
- OS = 38M
- Float = 21,5M
And float 21M...
From what I understand from doc...
Roger, can you please post the recent docs released today (20-12-2010) by the company on OTC Markets?
www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SSPT/financials
I also ask some comments on this information.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: DATA FROM 30/09/2010 - Look to Share structure at sept 2010... Before pre-split... Make some easy calculations to OS, post-split...
Rhino, if you are right this will just fly HUGE!!!
Please read the following post #17287 and please explain us how it could be...
Thanks, Rhino! But are my calculations correct or I missed something?
Like I wrote before in post... Doesn't makes sense...
Response and question in this post #17295
As I wrote in my post it's important the company confirm if the OS sent in yesterday PR is pre or post-split.
Thanks, lluvbbs and rstefan. I hope everyone on this board read the post #17287 and help us figure it if that calculations are correct or not.
OS 2,8B shares?? Let's do basic math...
From last PR (www.thestreet.com/story/10949487/1/shot-spirits-corporation-issues-shareholder-update.html) we have:
LEESBURG, Va., Dec. 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shot Spirits Corporation (Pink Sheets:SSPTD - News) is providing this update to address shareholder inquiries. The current number of outstanding shares is 2,838,107,005 of which 2,566,291,355 are restricted. Further to questions regarding selling of preferred shares, the Company nor its management team have sold any preferred shares and have no plans of selling preferred shares in the future.
As previously announced, the pay date for the dividend of GRBG shares will be January 31, 2011.
------------------------
We have 3 points here:
1st- OS
2nd- Prefered shares
3rd- Dividend of GRBG shares
1st - Do you really think it's 2,8 Billion shares?? Lets do then basic math...
From nevada secretary of state site (nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx) we have last know AS = 4 Billion shares. That's the number of authorized shares. So let's make some dark scenario in here...suppose company diluted whatever they could before reverse split... it means OS = AS = 4 Billion shares.
As we all know and according PR (www.thestreet.com/story/10926894/1/shot-spirits-corporation-issues-reverse-stock-split-re-structure.html) they have done a reverse split where 100 shares of OS is equal to 1 share post-split, which means if the OS was 4.000.000.000 (4B) before split, we would have a OS of 40.000.000 (40M) post split.
Considering they have been trading since then, we have 1,68B trading volume according to this historical prices (www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/shot-spirits-corp-new/ssptd/nao/historical-prices).
Even if all this trading volume was dilution (I explain later, it isn't) we would have: 40M OS after reverse split (according above calculations) + 1680M (1,68B) = 1.720 M = 1,72B in OS today (This is the darkest possibility...).Company said yesterday we have: 2,8B shares in OS. That's definitely not post split.
Some of posts, ask questions like: "if OS is 4.8M, how is it possible more than 100M shares in volume??". Lets think people...
Example:
- X sell 1M shares to Y --> trading volume = 1M shares
- Y sell this 1M shares to Z --> trading volume = 2M shares (but it's the same 1M shares here)
- and X buyback the 1M shares to Z --> trading volume = 3M shares (and is still the same 1M shares that X sold)
As we know, some on this board posted this "flips" that they done in daytrading... sold high and buyback again at low... and do this ever and ever again... So we cannot conclude the OS from trading volume...
So, even the darkside shows an OS of 1,68B, which isn't according the above explanation.
The questions that we all should do are:
- What is the real OS of SSPT (not SSPTD) after reverse split?
- Did they do the reverse split to Restricted Shares?
- When the restricted shares will be available?
- What is the real float after reverse split?
2nd - Company says: "the Company nor its management team have sold any preferred shares and have no plans of selling preferred shares in the future. " - So the theory of Brick few days ago is not verified. (Sorry, man... You are right in your thoughts most of the time and I follow you, but this time is not verified)
3rd- The company says: "the pay date for the dividend of GRBG shares will be January 31, 2011". So they keep the word that they will give shareholders the shares. Bashers, please stop saying they wont give the shares, and give company a break and an opportunity...
During the last days we have been seeing pumpers and bashers in this board which means SSPTD/SSPT has interest...
My advice is for all of you traders should do your own DD and conclusions for yourself and not believe in everything you read.
I have a small position is this stock, and if I lose it all, I will not have any problem, but I invested here because something weird is going on, that can make all shareholders a nice profit. 1$ or 0.0001$ I really don't know... It all depends on:
- company answers to all the questions we have
- trading as a group (hold positions, dont sell, take profits during the way up and always selling at ASK, which didn't happen and the last MOMO was "killed")
What I do know and it's public, are the facts that I posted here, and that clearly shows that OS post-split is not the value presented in yesterday PR.
Someone can correct me if my calculations are wrong, please?
