Prophet, why do you keep insisting there is a delay in the SQF certification for Hiru, when I keep posting it takes 6 to 12 months. I don’t think there is a delay just the normal wait time . You are bagging on some here that are complaining but when shareholders protect the shenanigans of a CEO it makes it harder to accept the truth when it is told.
Agree , so can I call boloney. Tell us the date hiru applied and that will tell us when but we just can’t seem to get that information .
Quantum , let me answer the SQF question for you since I already posted it 2 months ago. It takes 6 months to a year and that’s if you assign someone to be the point of contact that can answer all questions for them. Kathryn has not responded when I asked how long ago we applied.
Thank you
Yes, Kathryn will you please go out in your factory and count how many bottling lines you have before these arrive. Is it 2 or 3, if 3 does that include the line you just bought from SPQS? Going forward it would be nice to know the correct number.
Thank you
Prophet, MM is not out, HIRU is still closely attached to him. If not why would he make the announcement about news coming out on Friday about a merger with HIRU and an east coast bottler. Since you seem to have Kathryn's, ear why not ask for pictures of the lines in the new factory. Remember SPQS posted pictures of their supposed equipment going into the new factory at the same time HIRU posted those pictures. So where is this supposed line of theirs since We are not being told the 3rd line has been purchased to add to the 2 lines we had but yet look at the tweet from June 27 below. This mass tweeting and information has MM written all over it in my opinion. Kathryn put it out there not me and she needs to clear up some information.
Replying to
@Hirucorpnew
Kathryn, please clear up some confusion as to the number of lines. A June 27th tweet is below:
@Hirucorp
@Hirucorpnew
·
Jun 27
Line 2 complete, powering up tomorrow and testing rest of the week. Production starts July 5th. Here is some pics. Line 3 starting to build next week.
Amazing that Miro announced the merger first and invited everyone to sign up on his website for updates to get the Friday updates. If he is not involved why would he be interested in the merger? Stranger yet is the tweet is now deleted. (Screenshots work )
HIRU is not an easy invest for me because of Miro, I have bought into 5 of his previous products and been burned on 4 of them. In my opinion they are Not the greatest at being forthright with real information. I first bought HIRU under his umbrella as Kathryn was coming on and so far I am seeing some of the same stuff go on that has in the past. I am probably harder on HIRU because of that. But I will tone down the critic of her until it seems necessary. HIRU seems like the real deal with a real product and location and thats all we can ask for at this point in time.
LOL, 20x , thats a great multiplier. And no its not a good investment if you buy a piece of junk that does not run 1/2 the time. there sure are a lot of sheep on this board just walking to the slaughter. I am not trying to bash but some of you with your rose colored glasses about HIRU operation make it hard not to be on the pessimistic side.
HIRU has everything in place except stability and a lack of stability will crush any great business. So far HIRU has moved 3 times been involved with numerous other shady OTC stocks and a relationship with a very big name in the game of pumps and dumps.
Just my opinion of course so feel free to call me out and tell me to sell and go away or whatever is your preference .
I am going to go out on a limb here and say this LOI and Non Disclosure is with one of Milo's new companies. Whatever he is pumping this month. I do not know the hold he has on Kathryn or what agreement they signed when she took over HIRU but boys and girls it seems to be toxic. Here is hoping what she said is true, that she is fully vested in HIRU's success and not MM's
LOL, HIRU bought 1 piece of equipment, That is 4 pictures of one Pallat stacker that is 20 years old
Non assumed. Hiru , at least we are discussing this stock and not watching water boil.
How to get Certified. Maybe Kathryn needs to hire me so she does not answer so quick to questions with such short answers. There may be a good reason why she said no to the question about Target needing certification but she did not explain it. And that to me is a major no no for a CEO. She creates doubt sometimes.
Your current practices for GMPs or PRPs
Good Manufacturing Practices or Prerequisite Programs
These are the programs that you have in place to ensure that your personnel practices, facilities and environment are clean, sanitary and capable of producing safe product.
This includes the condition of your building, grounds and equipment
Your HACCP Plan
Having a HACCP Plan in place means that you have started down the road towards being prepared for certification
If you do not yet have a thorough HACCP Plan documented and implemented you will need to start extending the timeline to certificationWhat is HACCP?
HACCP Stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. HACCP is an internationally recognized system for reducing the risk of safety hazards in food.
A HACCP System requires that potential hazards are identified and controlled at specific points in the process. This includes biological, chemical or physical hazards. Any company involved in the manufacturing, processing or handling of food products can use HACCP to minimize or eliminate food safety hazards in their product.
GFSI Certification also takes 6- 12 months according to the website.
According to Targets website for vendors they do require it see below:
All facilities that produce Target-branded foods are accountable to regulatory guidelines and Target food safety and quality standards, including but not limited to:
Global Food Safety Initiative certification, a comprehensive, globally-recognized food safety program, and standards used to evaluate a manufacturing facility’s programs and capabilities. Target has required this certification since 2009.
BLAH BLAH BLAH, Buckle up for what? 550,000,000 shares getting dumped into the market?
Lets talk Business 101 then. HIRU Business. Why give away shares to your renter in your building who needed to get out from under his machinery because I Quote " WE ARE HEADED IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION" Especially when she could of announced the SQF certification or anything else like 3rd qtr financials , raised our SP and then given half the amount of shares to satisfy the buyout. Sorry your business logic stinks but if you like I will sell you some California real estate for 2 times its value right now. This has Milo written all over it in my opinion and if you really think he is not involved anymore after dumping his shares on us in July i think you are sadly mistaken
I hope Kathryn is totally upfront with us about SPQS and staying clear.
Went back to SPQS Press release dated 5-16-22 reading down you find a list of things SPQS will be doing below is number 5. SO how did we give them a Million for something they claimed they paid $700,000. for, but is not in any of the financial filings.
MAN OH MAN isn't the OTC fun?
From SPQS Press Release in May
5.Acquisition details of certain machinery of approximately $700,000 for the water business which we acquired.
Hiru, I do not believe paid $1 million of that pile of junk pallet stacker and 3 water tanks, if Kathryn did I have some old equipment sitting in my storage I would like to sell her. First off go back in SPQS filings and see if you can find where they purchased any equipment. The first we heard of it was when Kathryn moved the factory and SPQS posted the same picture HIRU did saying they were moving into a new location with their new equipment. I call hogwash! My opinion is just that and I could be wrong but it does not add up. We sell equipment through auctions all the time and no way does that beat up machine bring anything but 25 to 30 % replacement value cost. Plus it looks to be 20 years old. Something seems amiss ever since MM sold his 450,000,000 shares when we were headed south in price and the share reduction promise. Kathryn, lets do a video conference and put all this to rest. You want our support? I will gladly support your vision and many others here would also Im sure if we just did not feel like we are being played.
Not negative, I love these numbers, Once again we are in buying territory but not to hold but to flip, We all know we are going to get another fluff Tweet about another line in place and SQF SOON and BLAH BLAH BLAH and we will see .0082 to .0091 and then will tank again based on another reason such as the last one. and then its flipping time at the top and increase position at the bottom. Say what you want but at least some if us take profits plus increase our positions on this roller coaster ride. This has been the same story for over a year and yet many here just don't see it.
HIRU right now is just another OTC stock that has increased its OS by half a billion shares. Who said Higher Lows and higher highs. LOL
HIRU dreaming is looking at 2 pictures of an old palatizer and 3 water tanks and calling it equipment. Its funny how those are the only 2 pictures that MM is posting on his twitter sight also. Plus he is posting that Zepter is in SPQS pocket when I thought that was ours. I don't get emotionally attached to OTC stocks like many here do. When it starts with MM and his company I become very cautious of the company Kathryn is keeping. She says she is not involved but first the large quantity of shares he had then dumped and now he is still closely tied into SPQS just as he was when he first started promoting SPQS and HIRU on his website. I will keep my shares because of the upside still with being a real operating business. HIRU many PR's have not helped us one bit sorry but thats the facts.
I must not be seeing what you are seeing. I only see 1 old palletize and 3 water tanks. Prophet mentioned 3 lines but SPQS did not have 3 lines they had only one. $1.7 million or 375,000,000 shares seems awfully steep. Even MM is showing only 2 pictures on his tweet page. Come on get real all anybody wants here is upfront information and leave the hype at home. Expansion is great but why the buyout of garbage.
375,000,000 shares for water bottling equipment is not a good deal. Show us the original invoice ,Paid a minimum of $1.7 million. way overpriced. Why brag about retiring shares to only take them back on in a bad deal. I said I did not like the affiliation with SPQS because of MM and its in his group and this pretty much tells me why. To much pumping of the great concern for shareholders at the start of the year and I think we all just went along with the good news wagon. Show us the invoice from the vendor for the line. Don't all of you remember when SPQS was showing pictures of the same equipment on a truck that HIRU was showing , claiming it was theirs. For those of you who claim to have Kathryn's ear , make the call. Something is very fishy.
GO ahead now you can tell me to sell and get lost or any other intelligent comebacks you can come up with. I will stay, sorry to disappoint you pumpers, until I think its time to go.
Kathryn took the heat and showed her metal by answering questions and taking a stand. The only issue is sometimes she makes comments without realizing the impact they have down the road. Since the whole SQF announcement was made everyone has googled the process to see how long it takes and no matter which website you visit they all say the same thing 6-8 months, but yet we keep hearing weeks not months. Just tell us the day you applied and let it go. Its tough not flipping HIRU when we all know as soon as the news wears out we are tanking again. I am able to buy back in again on my 2nd group at the same price I was able to 3 months ago. HIRU will be a nice pay day but come on guys the reason we have these ups and downs is because the flippers and MM all know the routine after 1 1/2 years.
Great Move by Kathryn, Cutting all ties with SPQS and MM is a breath of fresh air for HIRU. Some feel the reputation of both were dragging HIRU down. Just my opinion after being involved with both.
I respect the fact you allow me to disagree with the thought pattern on this board, that is the over the top positive commenting. Not trying to be negative about HIRU, I have my 2 million shares I have had from way back and will not sell those, but I do have a flip account that I do flip this when it grows on the news because as soon as the news flattens out like now it tanks. It really should not be tanking with the amount of revenue and contracts she is carrying but it does. I just get tired of all the hype when it does not deserve it at times.
Hiru will pay off big in its own time, in the meantime it pays on the rides up and down.
SQF was a hoped for announcement. Every web site you go to says it takes 6-8 months. Yes you can apply and get a response in 6-8 weeks but thats it. But if that is all we are hoping for here we are all going to be majorly disappointed when it finally comes through. If that is all this stock has to offer after having by end of year $16 mil in revenue then its time for Kathryn to pack it in and sell the company to someone who can take it to the next level. It is headed back down to the .003's at this rate. And all of the ones who proclaim HIRU to be the best OTC stock and company ever, get mad when people flip this stock. Right now, lets be honest, thats all it is good for.
Where did all those HIRU shares come from just now, since the float is all tied up. This is Katherine's biggest obstacle with HIRU.
1. where it came from ---MM
2. Who she is affiliated with SPQS
3. Who is in bed with SPQS - MM
Some investors shy away from the bologna of MM and it takes a while for the stink to go away.
Just my opinion after investing in some of the other stocks promoted by them.
How can you run a company with great sales, great customers and great production and get so manipulated? Just see above
Low Volume????? This is the best this week
I liked your story about water, here is mine because it seems ironic. Back in around 1986 or 87 I was in Colorado buying VA foreclosure homes for pennies on the dollar. Met a stockbroker doing the same thing, had lunch with him and ended up doing a couple of deals in penny stocks with his brokerage. He made some good pics but told me he had a for sure winner. He told me to invest in bottled water. I hit the floor laughing at him. Needless to say i did not, but that ok the real estate investments paid off nicely, but how ironic here it is 35 years later and I am invested in HIRU. Works for me!
That is of course I am assuming that this is for bottled water and not some walmart label Alkiline water. Do we know ? has that been posted yet? Thanks
Here is a big assumption
$ 20 million a year at $4.00 per case is 5 million cases per year or Approx 14, 000 cases per day, 60 cases per pallet is 233 pallets of water per day. 2 pallets per day sold in each location is 117 locations.
This number equates to 56,816 gallons per day production.
I am going to go on a limb and say this is a 1 year performance contract to see if this new supplier can maintain the product needed.
Its safer not to assume anything but let the contract do the talking everything else is just I don't knows.
Flippers suck seems to be the battle cry every time HIRU tanks. Maybe we should dig to get to the bottom of this instead of aimlessly blaming people that buy OTC stocks to flip and make money. You can not get mad at someone who has a different thought or way to make money. If it does not agree with your style of holding long can you really say thats wrong?
Not trying, they are pretty much doing.
SPQS in my opinion is not one to be affiliated with , why even let them use your address and your production line , they have promoted about 10 different so called mergers that never came about. The typical otc company and promoted by our major dumper here MM , Kate needs to break clean from him. HIRU loses some credibility just being mentioned in the same post with them. My opinion is the reason this does not attract the big boppers is because of MM affiliation scares them off.
Don't get your panties in a twist. Did you read the second post I said what was posted in financials is all that many will go by when doing the research. You are correct in pointing out the PR that was put out and yes I overlooked it. It would be nice to have corrected financials filed with the OTC. Sorry but financials stump PR's. Thats all, nothing negative. Hiru needs an in house bookeeper, Kathryn is wearing too many hats. Mistake was innocent, but she does like to post early and sometimes we all make mistakes when rushing.
When the PR and correction hits to clarify this was the 2nd quarter and not the year to date I think that will help. But as of now the Financials is all people new to this have to go by.
You are off a little on the revenue. You have the 2nd Quarter as 2.8 Million, that number is the 6 month revenue. Which in itself for a startup is pretty good being at $470,000.00 per month in revenue. The second quarter dropped to $930,000. which was the direct result of moving all the equipment and trying to get back online. Kathryn is doing a great job at moving forward and building with new clients but we are probably not going to hit the 10 to 20 million mark this year. That said this stock has nothing but upside written all over it at this time with share reduction new accounts and no toxic debt. Just still wondering why we can't get traction.
Typical HIRU longtime holder, Let me ask Do you know what the price of this stock was 1 year ago ? How about 18 months ago when many of us that were here bought in? Didn't think so. All I am saying is It is the same Hiru now that it was then , Thats all nothing more nothing less. Original buy in was .0016, 1 year ago it reached .0129. with the size of the float 1.2 billion it looked like a good flipper then and so far it still does. I don't need to post to do the cheerleader thing I only state the facts. many come into HIRU and right away start with the going to the moon. Hiru up until today has done the same thing over and over so why not take advantage of that?
Different Day Same story with HIRU. Wait for the dip to buy back in after selling yesterday. Same story you ask, Walmart news, another water line up and running. blah blah blah, rise on the news and the day of the big meeting, IMO , all of Kathryns friends start selling off and we drop back down and wait for the next blah blah blah. I'll be back
