Lets talk Business 101 then. HIRU Business. Why give away shares to your renter in your building who needed to get out from under his machinery because I Quote " WE ARE HEADED IN A DIFFERENT DIRECTION" Especially when she could of announced the SQF certification or anything else like 3rd qtr financials , raised our SP and then given half the amount of shares to satisfy the buyout. Sorry your business logic stinks but if you like I will sell you some California real estate for 2 times its value right now. This has Milo written all over it in my opinion and if you really think he is not involved anymore after dumping his shares on us in July i think you are sadly mistaken
