My favorite part was when the chart went straight vertical. :)
I'm a significant LBSR shareholder. I believe "Strong" is an understatement.
O.k J.B... Let'S see your next card. A PEEK? I notice xmas is next week...is j.b making his list..checking it twice?
GLTA
IMO News imminent. Trading similar to last leak? Watch for large blocks soon.
Who knows. This sure is fun to watch.
1:20 - 1:30
IMO
Nevermind, I just saw your other posts re NAK o/s etc. Good point IMO.
Can you locate the point on the chart, illustrating where NAK conducted a r/s?
It appears there were once in similar SP ranges @0.024 etc. Not sure about the historical share structure.
TIA

I was answering your question. If we will hear something by eoy. The answer is yes. IMO SAGE is a non event.
I won't be surprised if SAGE requests an extension. Which would let me know if briscoe has learned any lessons whatsoever.
TICK TOCK.
"Liberty Star will grant Sagebrush the irrevocable option to Newco all of its North Pipes Super Project (NPSP) uranium properties. In the event that the Reorganization and Private Placement of Newco are not achieved by Sagebrush on or before December 31, 2011 Liberty Star's obligations will terminate at Liberty Star's discretion and Liberty Star will have the full right to retain its Uranium Properties."

"wow, so that's two who changed their opinions!"
What are you talking about? I was simply agreeing that if S4 bought shares today; it was at a good price given the risks involved.
It's his risk capital...it doesn't change the fact for me personally, that IMO it was still a crappy filing.
What is your point, i'm not understanding you.
EDIT: Oh and by the way, "opinions" change sometimes. I admitted earlier that I will eat crow, if briscoe pulls the rabbit out the hat, in spite of my view of his executive abilities. I don't understand your "choose one side" mentality...regardless of consequences it seems.
Looks like a good buy to me. Let's Hope J.B doesn't make him and the rest of us bagholders regret our collective LBSR buying decisions.
TICK TOCK
Good? Who knows, I hope he does right by his shareholders.
We are in overtime, it's his game to throw.
Again, I don't think we could have a better geologist on our team, as our dear Briscoe IMO. For that I have the highest regard and respect.
I will eat crow, and owe Mr Briscoe one helluva apology, if he pulls the secret rabbit out of the hat soon. I'm not so arrogant as assume a miracle isn't possible here...probable? Not likely IMO.
TICK TOCK
He got the message, is all I will publicly say.
I suggests you find a way to make yourself heard, if you care about your LBSR investment.
It's your money.No?
You have a remarkeable, intuitive and insightful take regarding the recent/present situation.
If only J.B had you on his advisory board :(
Kudos
What is a true long?
TIA
Good question.
If J.B remains at the helm...maybe won't be worth much of anything to us shareholders.
However with a solid, and experienced executive out front... IMO $500 BILLION-$1 TRILLION each(depending on the gold price at drill time)
GLTU
Thanks for your concern. I certainly have nothing to hide from the SEC. I'm not unlike any other strong minded investor, who speaks thier mind, you sometimes can have a change of mind at times.
With new information comes new insights. Only a fool doesn't learn to yield when circumstances necessitate.
I can buy shares and still disagree and be critical of management. As long as it doesn't violate free speech limitations in a public forum.
Let me be clear. I am a believer in the minerals story here..J.B however deserves scrutiny...lest we give away our hopes for a mere pittance.
He does alot of things well...exploration,playing in the dirt..but he also does alot of things lousily.
He needs better communication with investors among other things...the list goes on and is well known on the board.
Investors can choose to be passive, or active in thier holdings. To each his own.
All IMO.
I'm ouT oF posts for the day..some of you can now rejoice.
GLTA
"Seems like a non-issue to me"
Let's see if we run out of money soon, then let's see if you still think it's a non issue.
The old man might still be able to pull the rabbit out of the hat in the end.
We will all know soon enough.
"but he sure is not acting like someone concerned with financing"
Go ask the "platinum" boys. I'm sure they wil be very delighted to shed some light on your assumptions about j.b's mindset.
Have you ever heard of cloud computing? Cloud server rentals? Do yourself a favor...and look into that space..and then get back to me.
I am aware of entrepeneurs who are doing MUCH LARGER data scale projects at a fraction of the costs j.b is shelling out.
He loves to spend money...not an effecient manager of capital expenditures.
Ridiculous.
Seems the SEC disagrees with your unfounded statement.
FACTS:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
I think you will find your opinion on the SEC being concerned about penny stock shenanigans a bit outdated.
Enforcement is being agressively pursued. I have personal recent experience in this matter.
http://serious-speculator.com/2011/06/16/sec-mass-suspension-of-penny-stocks-may-signal-new-era-of-enforcement/
I hope you elaborate on your question?...mind reading is not my strong point.
TIA
"Unless your the shady person how can you presume whoever bought shares one day sold them the next?"
I believe that is for the SEC to determine. My great hope is that they look into this matter. Depending on the "WHO", it could potentially have very serious ramifications. I have already filed an official SEC complaint, I suggets you do the same, if you care about your investment being illegally manipulated imo.
The who is critical. If it is proven to be insider trading.
GLTU
You are defending him, without proof. I'm not.
As usual with JB releases, we are all left to speculate till the cows come home.
Did you read the part about us having very little money left?
What proof are you demanding per my opinion?
I showed proof with my claim that he is unbelievably inefecient with capital expenditures...$28k to upgrade a few computers??.
Irresponsible.
Again what proof are you demanding?
"Wrong. You do not know what their balance sheet looks like right now , do you?"
This also applies to you. No?
Briscoe will sell us down the river if he gets starved for cash...how short is your memory?
Nothing well versed about it. I haven't had my coffe yet...but for simplicity's sake...
We basically have no money left. If you know anything about briscoe's history; he is liable to make desperate poor financial decisions, negatively affecting shareholders.
So we get a great report with SRK..right at the time we run out of money...use a little logic is all i'm saying.
NAK has us over barrel for almost $4m in the hole....I really shoudn't have to explain the potential implications of that.
By the way, $28k to upgrade computer systems for a handful of employees?? SERIOUSLY?...he hasn't the slightest idea of what capital effeciency is!
Even going all out with new upgraded rack systems/network gear for a handful of employees..you would be looking at 5-8k TOPS.
By the way he wouldn't even need to BUY the rack space..you can rent CLOUD SERVER storage for dirt cheap monthly rates these days.
SAGE...We better get some upfront capital from them with this proposed J/V.
Our speculations about a possible major third party riding to the rescue any day now better be correct....who knows what briscoe will do again, since we are again starved for cash.
Now..time to make my pot of caffeine.
Honestly, I don' t like the way this thing is being played out.
Illegal Mysterious share buying action shortly before CRAPPY Q is released.
I think the PPS would have dive bombed if the illegal trading activity didn't cushion this disaster Q release.
I'm thinking I now have to further my communications with the SEC over these shananigans.
Something fishy is going on here. I think mr. Briscoe and crew has some explaining to do.
This filing is one helluva mess.
J.B has to go. IMO it's what is in the best interests of shareholders a this critical juncture.
I hope you continue to support him, when he goofs up the next round of financing...possibly giving away the farm....or worse.
GLTU
Thanks for clarifying. So for all intensive purposes, we are in agreeance that some LBSR longs have made LOTS of money, and some longs have lost alot of money over the years?yes?
Seems that's about true for any stock in the markets these days. no? irrespective of who the CEO has been?
Interesting concept you have raised imo.
GLTU
ok....showtime.
"Just that from HISTORY the greates inventors failed more times than they succeded but with determination invented most of our modern day gadgets and convioencences"
Great point you make about failures. I tend to agree with you, up until the fact when shareholder fiduciary responsibilities come into play.
May I suggest that briscoe continue to fail on his own dime, not ours. He is a brilliant geologist, and on that front he holds my highest regards.
But he simply is not the best candidate to bring this company to the next level IMO.
The stakes are simply too high to not have a proven EXECUTIVE leader at the helm at this stage.
The questionable SAGE division of newco ownership still lingers, like the foul stench of amateurism.
He has to go.
Not really. Nothing has changed in my mind. Just because we have promising data, doesn't mean J.B won't screw it up with financing. History shows the sad tale. no?
I stand by what I said. We need A proper CEO to take us to the next level IMO
He needs to go.
GLTA
NAK board dead quiet :0
I wonder how many bailed that ship today and jumped into LBSR?
Leverage wise, it seems LBSR is the horse to bet on right now.
GLTA
Strange NAK trading today. LBSR up 60%+ today, how come NAK didn't get a boost from that action?
Maybe NAK needs to sign the J/V with LBSR soon to get some mojo going.
GLTA
"Remember what a few drills in Pebble led to for NAK"
AMEN...All about the drilling baby.
Kudos....Post of the day IMO :)
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and believe that someone has hacked your IHUB password and is posting nonsensical rants as a result.
If you are in fact the "real" mm,I'm surprised by your lack luster effort at making a logical rebuttal to my post.
I expected more coming from you. Honestly.
GLTU
P.S. Here's an early xmas present to you:
I sold all of my shares @ the lowest possible price...I am now bankrupt, homeless, and will forever regret not listening to your amazing brilliance. There....merry xmas?
I have decided to lodge a complaint today with the SEC concerning the apparent LBSR insider trading activity right before the PR release.
Whoever is responsible should be held accountable.
WE HAVE LAWS FOR A REASON.
GLTA
Agreed. I'm still waiting on more meaningful JV/financing/drilling.
Maybe we will be let in soon on a third party offer before xmas?
Insider trading action before the PR. It's a little disconcerting to say the least.
This green chart is sure nice in the meantime though.
PM RESPONSE: No harm no foul, apology accepted. I can only say "meaningful communications" have taken place.
I have faith management will do the right thing in the end for shareholders.
