I believe that is for the SEC to determine. My great hope is that they look into this matter. Depending on the "WHO", it could potentially have very serious ramifications. I have already filed an official SEC complaint, I suggets you do the same, if you care about your investment being illegally manipulated imo.

The who is critical. If it is proven to be insider trading.
