I would have to agree. To say that news is coming is so lameeeeeeeee that it reminds me of what my deer looks like after I blow Bambi's heart out of his chest. You see, that too is lame. My point is that pumpers tend to use the "there is news coming" card a whole lot. Let me re-iterate that for all of those new to here. PUMPERS USE THE PHRASE THAT NEWS IS COMING SO THEY CAN GET YOU TO BUY THEIR SHARES AT A BIG GAIN FOR THEM, ALL THE WHILE YOU ARE GETTING BLASTED AS THE PRICE DROPS. Am I saying that people on this board are pumpers? NO NO NO NOT IN ANY WAY. There seams to be good solid backing here from what I"ve seen over the last week or so IMO. But please, don't be dupped into buying shares when someone screams that there is "Huge", "Gigantic", "Monsterous" news or any other term used in order to get your heart racing. Think about it, there will always be news coming for every company out there. It's inevitable that "News" come from a company of one sort or another. Now, next thing to ask yourself is "If this person who says there's huge news, knows that there's huge news, why don't others know of it?" The reason is that their is a less than 1% chance that there is real, huge, news coming and that the pumper is trying to drive the price up on the shares he just bought so he can dump on you and you lose money while his checking acct. rises. Make them prove that their is news coming. Otherwise, put them on ignore and you'll be much happier that you bought on your own speculation and not on anothers need to hurt others in order to make money IMO. Of course, for legal purposes, this is all In my humble opinion.
Anyway, that's my rant for the day. Take care and god Bless
Xilo.
Thanks Investor 911. I don't have any damp blanket to throw on this parade of any type outside of I lost some money on SYNM back in march. They announced their goodies a few days after I sold and from then on, it's been to the moon with them.
I live in Minnesota and with the recent closing of one of the largest Bio-diesel plants in the US just a few months ago, I got curious and started keeping in contact with another plant over in WI. I got this picture from him over the weekend of the equipment he's using at his plant to produce over 1 million gallons of fuel a year in bio-diesel. I know this has nothing to do with BLDV but I thought everyone would like to see what a corn transfer bio-diesel machine looks like. It turns corn into Bio-diesel at the above mentioned rate. I'm sorry, I'm not that computer literate that I can get the pic to load onto here. If someone is willing to give me their email addy, I'll email it and then you can load the pic if you have the know how.

Hello, is anyone out there? Can someone answer me as to my last question of whether or not we're dealing with SYNM here or with some other company with the same name?
Wait a minute, is this the same Syntroleum (SYNM) that just lost their spot on the NASDAQ world market and decided to list on the Capital market of NASDAQ that we're looking to pull a take over here? Considering that they were just in the dumps themselves at .43 cents a share just a couple of months ago, this would be one heck of a major turn around if they are looking at taking over BLDV, IMO. I think with their latest good quarterly, this could be even bigger than what has been said here IMO. I knew they were upto something, I just didn't know it may be with BLDV possibly. Now this is coooooool.
Gonzalee, I'm kinda confussed. Last week you were all over that slim fast person for what you considered to be bashing when he was warning us that there were pumpers currently on this board. Then the pumpers do there thing and sell at a profit, thus sticking it to everyone, and you then jump on the bandwagon spouting dilution, dilution, dilution and blah blah blah. Can you please make up your mind and decide which side to be on? I know you've been coming to this board for quite a while but flipping sides like this is unbecoming IMO.
Since it appears that Slim was right about the pump and dump play, and the same players from that board he mentioned have shown up here (I don't remember the name of the board, sorry) wouldn't it be worth considering that this is no more than the dump side of the pump? I mean, holy cow is there alot of the same players from that board over here now. IMO this might be headed for .0003 land or lower. Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there. Good luck and god Bless
Thanks Sterling. I thought it sounded familiar but wasn't sure. And yes I do understand that the real deal will put to rest any commentary on the actual deal. It was just nice to see such a huge play possibly play out. Anyway, thanks again.

I've got a potential 10 bagger for ya. USCS is the symbol. Gold exploration company that recently hit a 6 billion estimated in U.S. currency on land in AZ. I'm figuring that it will go to $3.00+ from it's current of .16 sometime in the next 3 months or so. Any discussions? I did the DD and have followed them for 3 years now. They are just now getting returns on the borrowed money.
Xilo
And one last thing. I wasn't dumping at the end with the 4000 share @ bid. I was doing my checkbook over the last 1/2 hour and realized I was going to be over about $30. Better to sell a little here and miss the ODF then hang on and get hit. That "better" being that BLDV doesn't come out with Hellacious news over the weekend that makes me wish I would have taken the ODF and hung onto the shares, lol. Have a good weekend and god bless.
Numbings the game, Xilo's the name
This goes with my last post. Can you answer me as to whether I'm tracking this right or not?
I gotta admit, the 258X money back is impressive. Mine wouldn't be quite that big of a return but still somewhere around 100X money back. I'm a bit confussed but not to much on your last post that STEV-- posted explaining about the reverse NASDAQ listing. I wasn't aware that you had to maintain a $4.00 a share bid for the first month of listing. So I guess I'm asking, with this appearing to be true about the $4.00 share thingie, that they would be basically folding themselves into ABC company as a way to increase ABC companies standing within the industry, but then also with BLDV wanting to be listed on NASDAQ, they then would fall under ABC companies umbrella but still work like an independent company that answers to ABC company but then finds itself as a NASDAQ company? Am I getting the basics of this? I used to work for Combined Ins. Co. of America and they basically did this same thing years ago with AON corp. Only Combined was already listed so there was not a need to list on the NYSE. They basically did a stock swap and folded into AON. So, am I getting this all correctly or should I go hide back under my shell
15 minutes to go. Let's go peeps. Put those orders in and smash that ask for BLVD. 2 @.011 X 1 @ .0115. Let's get that .0115 broken already and shot the eod to .013
Good day to you all. What should we do about the stall we find ourselves in? I figure some fine buying is coming soon IMO. Anyone else see that in the future?
Big Tuna, currently ihub is giving away free two week memberships without securing with a credit card. That should take care of the popups for the next two weeks. Let me rephrase that a bit. As of yesterday they were giving away free memberships as I got one. Not sure if they still are
Okay I give up. It was suppose to look like a foot kicking a ball.

Also, just a heads up for ya. I"ve been keeping my eye on a company whose symbol is USCS. I left a post on the USCS board. Actually, over the last month or so, i'm the only one leaving posts, LOL. I'm keeping it updated so when this thing takes off, people are aware of how good a stock they are getting into and how much of a ground floor this is. Take a look at my posts if you would like and as I stated before, thank you very much for all your help
what was the last bid before close today?
Okay all, the quarterly report for US CORP was filed but not released back on Feb. 25, 2008. Below you will find the 10 QSB/A for the quarterly. I did talk to Beverly Jedynak at Martin E. Janis Company today and she said that USCS has been very busy getting everything ready to go once they get the okay from AZ to start drilling on the two sites. Her exact words were "USCS has been getting all their ducks in a row and are just waiting for the approval to move ahead with drilling". As previously reported by USCS, they expect to get get over 12 billion dollars in gold out of one mine and over 650 million in construction grade pink rhyolite. Both estimates are at todays prices and have been adjusted from the press release of Feb. 7th, 2008 stating that USCS estimates 7 billion in gold at then gold prices of $600 per ounce. Both finds are a very significant find for USCS and should launch them very quickly into the upper eschelon of the gold suppliers worldwide and a major player in the pink rhyolite market. Beverly stated that she resently talked to one of the people keeping an eye on USCS by the name of Bob (I missed the last name) and that he reports that USCS has everything in place to get going as soon as they get the clearance from AZ (Arizona). She said that there has been no firm date set as to when the clearance will come but that it is looking very positive for the approval and not a denial and that it should be coming within the next few weeks, probably by the end of April or early May but she re-iterates that there is no firm date for the approval. Beverly said that Bob see's gold prices climbing up through the $1200 per troi ounce before we see any significant leveling off. She said that Martin E. Janis is extremelly excited about being onboard with USCS as they forsee USCS's potential growth as being "tremendous".
Considering that "Bob" see's gold peaking in the $1200 range and the fortunate timing of USCS's gold reserve find in AZ, I forsee that once given the approval to drill by AZ, USCS should climb substantially up to $.85 cents per share from it's current price of $.13 cents and should be over $3.00 a share by the end of August providing the approval comes in the time frame stated earlier.
Once again, let me reiterate that I am not licensed as a broker in any way, shape, or form. As such, any foward looking statements by me are pure speculation and should be reviewed by yourself as to whether the opportunity that I state might be worth your investing. All statements in this are true to the best of my ability and as such are stated as fact where they are deamed to be fact and speculation where they are deamed to be such. Below you will find the quartly report for USCS.

ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS
You should read the following discussion and analysis in conjunction with the Consolidated Financial Statements and Notes thereto, and the other financial data appearing elsewhere in this Report.
The information set forth in Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations ("MD&A") contains certain "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, including, among others (i) expected changes in the Company's revenues and profitability, (ii) prospective business opportunities and (iii) the Company's strategy for financing its business. Forward-looking statements are statements other than historical information or statements of current condition. Some forward-looking statements may be identified by use of terms such as "believes", "anticipates", "intends" or "expects". These forward-looking statements relate to the plans, objectives and expectations of the Company for future operations. Although the Company believes that its expectations with respect to the forward-looking statements are based upon reasonable assumptions within the bounds of its knowledge of its business and operations, in light of the risks and uncertainties inherent in all future projections, the inclusion of forward-looking statements in this report should not be regarded as a representation by the Company or any other person that the objectives or plans of the Company will be achieved.
The Company's revenues and results of operations could differ materially from those projected in the forward-looking statements as a result of numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) changes in external competitive market factors, (ii) termination of certain operating agreements or inability to enter into additional operating agreements, (iii) inability to satisfy anticipated working capital or other cash requirements, (iv) changes in or developments under domestic or foreign laws, regulations, governmental requirements or in the mining industry, (v) changes in the Company's business strategy or an inability to execute its strategy due to unanticipated changes in the market, (vi) various competitive factors that may prevent the Company from competing successfully in the marketplace, and (ix) the Company's lack of liquidity and its ability to raise additional capital. In light of these risks and uncertainties, there can be no assurance that actual results, performance or achievements of the Company will not differ materially from any future results, performance or achievements expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements. The foregoing review of important factors should not be construed as exhaustive. The Company undertakes no obligation to release publicly the results of any future revisions it may make to forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances after the date hereof or to reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events.
Significant Accounting Policies and Estimates
Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations discusses the Company's consolidated financial statements, which have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The preparation of these financial statements requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. On an on-going basis, management evaluates its estimates and judgments, including those related to reserves and intangible assets. Management bases its estimates and judgments on historical experiences and on various other factors that are believed to be reasonable under the circumstances, the results of which form the basis for making judgments about the carrying value of assets and liabilities that are not readily apparent from other sources. Actual results may differ from these estimates under different assumptions or conditions. The most significant accounting estimates inherent in the preparation of the Company's financial statements include estimates as to the appropriate carrying value of certain assets which are not readily apparent from other sources, primarily allowance for the cost of the Mineral Properties based on the successful efforts method of accounting. These accounting policies are described at relevant sections in this discussion and analysis and in the notes to the consolidated financial statements included in our Annual Report on Form l0-KSB for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006.

Hi all and good day. Did I see that right that HPNN popped off to .0090 and now has retreated to show a daily loss??? Wow, 16 million in new orders for a pink sheet and they decide to paper the place to the extent of wipping out major gains. I hope everyone got out before the funnel sucked them down with it.
So BMiles if I understand you correct, your thinking there's a long way for this stock to drop before we see any real gains? Any educated guess's on the low? I'm figuring we may see the low .002's to upper .001's before we see the dilution slow. Almost sounds like an Enron incident where the stock holders are left holding the bag. Harsh part is they pull this after such killer news yesterday. I'm hoping no one is in this right now as they are trying to capture investors to take the tumble. If I'm wrong on your opinion on FLIP, I apologize in advance and please do correct me.
Thanks,
Xilo
I know I haven't been all that popular on this board but here comes the good news. For what my opinion is worth, I would recommend highly a buy in at .0034 or .0035. Might drop a bit lower then that but not much is what I see. So get your pocket books ready and click the buy button on your screens, lol. See ya on the green side.
Off subject a bit. Any one watching the slaughter of TMA? They had huge news a few days ago and now off over a dollar twenty on a 3 dollar stock. wowwwwwww and go AMELOT

Vant, got a question. I've been reading posts since the 9400 post tonite in the last 4 hours. I've read all the posts and the links. I am in full agreement that this should see 1-3 penny's soon and then see $1.00 within 18 months. Now comes my question, and if I don't reply right away it's cus i'm not caught up on the post yet. Still 90 behind. I've seen the contracts to sell the crude J, my question is to whom are they going to sell the rest of the est. 100 million gallons and assuming production takes off, the over 1 billion gallons over the next 10 years? For what I see, they will need a major player to come into this in order to get it to take off to the $10 range which is where I see this in about 3 years. Just a question so don't get upset.
Me too helper, me too
