March 7th is when EQUR became QASP and it involved a reverse split. The stockholders of EQUR had no more money on March 8th, than they had prior to March 7th because although the price was higher, they held fewer shares...
Makamai
Your sadly mistaken there - event driven or not, technicals matter and are the proponent behind stock behavior. Also this stock has never gone up 3 thousand percent. There has been a reverse split which might give that appearance but QASP under that symbol has only been in existance this year.

If you try an follow some of the posters logic regarding how important a NR is, then what happened when the first NR came out regarding the 350 mil financing being securred and the stock rose to about today's close and dropped by closing back to where it opened?? Folks came up with all sorts of reasons/excuses, however the fact is the MMs have control and any stock with volume like this stock maintains is basically programed to follows a technical pattern.
As far as the rest of this week goes, the MMs can justify raising the stocks price based on today's candle and closing. Awesome news will impact the volume and upward price movement, but the technicals will still prevail over time, and the stock will hit a high, then drop and consolidate before continuing up. What we want to happen over the next few weeks, is for an upward channel to form with the stock making higher highs and higher lows with periodic consolidation as it continues upward within the channel. Also folks should expect a day or two now and then where the stock washes out on a given day, but then recovers that same day or next day. If more folks would learn to read charts and understand candle stick patterns, they would all sleep better at night because they would better understand what to expect from stocks in their portfolio. Clay Trader offers a CD that is a good place to start. All IMHO of course...
Makamai
There must actually be a few investors around that know how to read plain English and updated NRs..lol
Makamai
Looks like the 50DMA is continuing to be an excellent support level and a nice hammer candle is forming - IMHO bodes well for tomorrow.
Makamai
Chart is looking good - we are right at the 50DMA and a close here or higher would bode will for the stock tomorrow.
Makamai
The 11/18 NR updated the 11/13 NR or are you intentionally providing misleading information.
Makamai
Got it and agree - hopefully they are announced separately to highlight each entity to the fullest and maximize impact on the stock price.
Makamai
Mr Krabs - Use lower case for highlighting -
In the NR of reference, Dean simply quoted his funding source and that was almost 4 weeks ago, that's the long and the short of it. Company states in the opening of the NR "MID DECEMBER"!!
Makamai
That's part 2, I believe the following is part 1:
Roger, Joe Glusic and the interviewer sit around a table during a portion of the show discussing various aspects of the company and it's future in using recycled tires from a green perspective. See my previous post - best to see it and the next airing where MDOR is featured per NR is Sunday, Dec 20.
Makamai
I am unaware of a video link as of yet, however most everyone can receive CNBC and the next presentation of the program per MDOR NR is Sunday, December 20. Refer to http://www.21cbtv.com/ It will be listed in the scheduling as either 21st Century or as Paid Programming. CNBC (as paid programming) Sunday December 20th @ 3:00pm ET / 12:00pm PT
Makamai
Well dale, folks need to learn how to read plain English, and if they are foolish enough to sell because nothing is heard by the 16th, then there will be another buying opportunity for those who are smarter than that.
Makamai
No they PR'd mid December and Dean simply was quoting what his funding source was telling him at the time.
Makamai
It certainly would be much better for the stock, price wise, and to do formal justice to each acquisition to devote one NR per acquisition, so that each company could be adequately detailed as to its function and how it fits their Business Plan. I'm sure, like you said, that at this point it's a done deal and stiff penalties would exist for backing out.

TSHO CHART: There has been general consolidation on average volume (with one days exception) for the last month, with the last two trading days showing a minor sell off on Thursday, and then a strong recovery back to record highs on Friday. The stock is still in a slow upward trend, showing amazing strength compared to the vast majority of Pink and BB stocks. In mid September, and early November there were a couple days where the stock washed out, taking out any established stop loss or trailing stop loss that unwise investors might have made. No one should use stops on BBs or Pinks. The MMs love to play that game and based on the past periodicity, the stock has the potential to do that again this month. The trend is your friend and don't let the MMs trick you into selling if that occurs again.
For next week, Friday's candle was fully engulfing Thursday's decline, which is bullish, so I would expect continuing positive gains, keeping in mind my comments above. Easy does it is the best way to go, with continued positive weekly gains.

I saw MDOR's 21st Century program on FBN today - I must say it was very professionally done. Througout the program they had the stock symbol posted for those interested in MDOR as an investment. It will be interesting to see what impact the program will have to the stock's volume next week. Looked like a sea of tires at the Colorado facility....
Makamai
I agree that folks have their hearts set on the 15th, however mid December is mid December and if the 16th comes and there isn't an NR as of yet, that's still mid December and the company is still within their published timeframe.
Makamai
Correction - Dean didn't say the 15th, his funding source said the 15th and Dean just forwarded along the information.
Makamai
Exactamundo - Company's official timeframe is "MID DECEMBER" - Dean only quoted his funding source who is working on getting it done by the 15th, but anyone who has ever tried to close on a home loan knows that over a month's time, things come up and dates can change a little.

Thanks for the additional DD and getting to the bottom of it. Communication is a wonderful thing but not always straight forward (lol). The NR says they are "initiating coverage of QASP" and calls placed to Skymark plus the e-mail were in reference to the research report that the NR refers to but was not available at the time the NR was issued. That report is exactly what I was referring to and had been led to believe was coming out this Saturday.
Makamai
And so the saga continues - sounds like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or something to that effect. So how would you interpret the following NR issued December 4th stating they were initiating independent Research Coverage on QASP as follows: (See the highlighted area below - sounds like a report is to be issued to me)

Actually if you look at the terms of the financing, they have 3 awesome options as follows:
"The bonds, which are secured by $1.4 billion of life settlement policies on individuals over 72 years of age, bear interest at 6.5% with a ten-year term. Under the terms negotiated, interest does not begin accruing until the end of the third year. Additionally, no principal payments become due until the end of the tenth year. Upon maturity of the loan Quasar has three options for repayment: (1) an issuance of the Company's common stock equal to approximately 9% of the common stock outstanding as payment in full of the principal, (2) extend the loan for two successive five years terms, or (3) pay off the principal and any accrued and unpaid interest."
The six companies they are acquiring are all making a profit, so that's instant revenue upon acquisition. The stock is presently at about .02, which is extremely undervalued with the loan being funded shortly.

Right on - this is the real world we are talking about, and nothing ever seems to go exactly as planned. Marty is definitely speaking from plenty of experience. Those who have run their own business or been in an upper management position of a business know this only too well.
Makamai
The bottom line of Marty's 3rd e-mail tells it all: " The only thing I'm concerned about is; many if not most of those on the iHub must come to grips with being patient. Deals of this nature do not follow a strict time table. Can't say much more than that folks...
Makamai
If there was any volume, this stock would fly based on the present O/S
You're absolutely correct - as much as folks want to see the stock go straight to da moon, it will continue to follow a technical base with rises and consolidation. Even with news, it will still continue this pattern as the MMs rule.
Makamai
Looks like we have bounced off .025 resistance. It would be nice if we formed a fully engulfing candle today by closing at or above .025 - that would bode well for follow through for tomorrow.
Makamai
I totally agree - we are close, lawyers say Mid December, and Dean quoted his funding source as saying on or before the 15th of December. Knowing how inaccurate funding sources can be - I'll place my confidence with the lawyres.
Makamai
With such a low O/S, I'm sure the company is maintaining a low profile as someone could come in and buy up the O/S at this point. I'm sure they will resolve that, hopefully by doing a forward split, prior to any promos of their stock.
Makamai
Brikk - If there is any possibility that the funding will be held up even 1 day past 15th, then the company needs to issue an NR ASAP to say that possibility exists...
