The only thing resembling a rock solid bottom for srsr are the rock formations at nemegosa. And they are not going anywhere. The stock price is going down.
WONDER WHY A MM DOES NOT STEP BACK UP TO .02 OH, must be they don't want shares very much..
AKEGON, I have a few (20K) .02's left that I will sell you...
Yes. Quite amazing, correct!!!
Non disclosure agreement.. HA HA HA HA I could sign a non disclosure agreement for scotty boy What a joke.
JUST CALLED THE # YOU LISTED. GOT NOTHING BUT VOICE MAIL & DID NOT EVEN GIVE THE COMPANY NAME! SCAM OR OUT OF BUSINESS....
"keep it below 100 atleast" yes, do not buy more than 100 shares, or you will risk loosing one of your dinners out.
Yes, i will post what i find if anything. But i will NOT put one penny into this without knowing more.
You are correct about this hispeed. Looks like not much thought put into this PR. Indicates to me that keevle was not willing to bother with putting much time or thought into it. Does not care much....
Complete garbage for a PR
Does anyone here have a new address for them in Fort Myers. I can check it out.
Their web site is a piece of junk & looks like a possible scam operation.
No phone # No new physical location Just ways to give them money over the internet
Don't get sucked in by these pumpers. This company is a scam.
Tom, looks lke you should forward all of your info. to scott. Maybe he would find it helpfull with finding a JV. He appears to be clueless regarding selling a deal. Maybe he does not know how to seperate niobium from the rocks!! After all, he is just a geologist!!
Good point, but even if they spun it out as a canadian company, they would still have to file for a new cusip in the U.S., or buy out the current shareholders in some other way. And would require filing something.
All just a moot point, since keev is not interested in progressing this company, in any way, shape or form.....
Allen, did you notice that their where NO FORMS filed with the regulators asking for approval for a spin out. No NEW cusips asked for either.
exactly correct super.
I knew the answer to the question before I asked it. I am not 100 % negative, just 99.9%. And my current holdings reflect this. Shure am glad keevle decided to add 2 assistants and a PR guy when he decided to focus on the corporate side as announced in a pr a few years ago. All of this additional help has done wonders for the stock. HA HA
A COMPETENT CEO WOULD HAND THEM A PINK SLIP, OR A PICK, SLEDGE HAMMER & SHOVEL.
You seem quite certian about that.. Would you tell us exactly why???
Another negative for srsr. Other company's with good leadership are getting the job done. Scott seems to be quite inept at getting anything done..
This stock is nothing but a scam.. It's obvious that the ceo/cfo have no idea about how to mine for gold. Flip flop daily with no "stick with a plan" approach..
Likely the only reason imgold did a jv with these guys is because they already know that their is nothing profitably minable on their property.
Sianora to this POS
Great job sir Perry
Likely that the SOE also knows about scotts failures.. Doubt his failures will give them a real warm fuzzy feeling about doing business with him.
I think that these are forced sales. Saw one that had a check box for forced, or not forced, and the forced check box was checked. Really have no idea of what it means, but at least it sounds better.
The cfo is not selling very many shares, and he presently has a lot more than the ceo.
Dilution looks like the name of the game here. Wonder who the MM's think would be foolish enough to buy into this price action.
I doubt it. Most likely was a MM shakeout, trying to suck in stop loss orders. MM fishing with explosives!!! Trading between a couple of MM's.
Annual meeting on a holiday was to discourage retail shareholders from attending, and such a short time to send in the proxies aided managment by some arriving late.
The retail investor has NO say in anything related to ANY publicly traded stock. Never have and never will.
Having said that, I did get my proxy in the mail on time, and voted against all..
Hold about $200 worth of srsr in a retirement acount long, just in case, and pay no attention to the perma bulls here...
"Longs who continue to hold and accumulate are driving those who are short nuts."
How is this possible?? I wish that I could have COST AVERAGED a short position 5 years ago, and still be adding to it today. Would have made WAY more money than being long....
Quick spikes up followed by LONG periods of slow decline would have been very profitable.

MM paint job..
So tell scott to call intel about a jv... Might as well, since everything else regarding financing has been a joke here...
Like the fact that the company's financials are audited. Pretty good for a company of this size.
Looks like the CEO still owns about 3.8 mil shares and the CFO (Mazey) still owns about 33 mil. shares subject to form 4 sales.
Mazey has not been forced to sell any in the last 3 weeks.
Looks like they owe the broker some money, but Mazey is not being forced to sell very many shares.
Don't know exactly what this means for future share prices, but kind of tells me that the CFO wants to keep his shares, and he has a nice pocket full.
resistance here at .0022-.0023 range. If it breaks thru, it could really rock. volume looking great today.
I am digging for all of the info that I can find. Info about the CEO, and CFO should be in the intro box. Mods, can you take care of this.

I have not yet found anything for our cfo, but the q report looks professional.
Lots of convertables out, so expect dilution. But producing gold could trump the financial nitwits that would cash out at any price, just because a due date hase arrived.
Watching closely

Made a little room in my account this morning at .002 for some shares.
Like this working man ethics story. Kinda like gold rush on tv.
Gotta start small to be successfull unless you can attract DDEP pockets, and that is almost impossible for a start up, broke company. Can add a lot more but need more time to do my DD.

" Getting tired of lame answers." Yup, this guy would be more valuable with a sledge hammer in his hands. Crushing & powdering rocks for independent testing. I.R. HA, as far as I am conserned, this company is paying this guy for nothing. Where is the bang for the buck???
Big companys become big because they do things the right way. I think that they did a random sampling of the samples taken, and walked away a long time ago. .47 niobium seems to be a pretty low percentage, but I am really no expert, so??? Gulf Dominion & Colorado school of mines determined that mining was feasable WHEN, IN THE 1950'S.. Cost to produce in 1950 was MUCH lower than costs today. A good ? for Merle would be the relativity between the average cost to mine 1 lb. when the school report was issued FROM ANY SOURSE, and the cost to mine 1 lb. today FROM ANY SOURSE. Maybe the 2.5% mine in Brazil, you know, the one with the 500 year supply!!
Happy that I only have 25k shares left, and that,s just to keep it on my radar just in case!! Seems to me that srsr would be better of pursuing a small gold operation at shining tree. Lots of people would be interested. Get SOMETHING going...
Must be why buying at the ask is 0, I repeat, NADA shares on the ask so far today. That's over 3 hours with no sales at the ask...
yes, certianly looks good. and 0 shares bought at the ask!!! So what direction does this lead you to believe is comming over the next few days???
Thanks southpen for your response. You should get your proxy soon. Keep the board posted on your views, it's appreciated I do not post much, since I do not really feel qualified on many subjects surrounding ussif's present situation, so this boards input is read and respected by me.
