Annual meeting on a holiday was to discourage retail shareholders from attending, and such a short time to send in the proxies aided managment by some arriving late.

The retail investor has NO say in anything related to ANY publicly traded stock. Never have and never will.

Having said that, I did get my proxy in the mail on time, and voted against all..
