Wow, Prime! This "tactical hypothesis" rivals a Tom Clancy plot line.
In the absence of real information, some people will create their own reality.
Wow! Some of you guys have already lynched the management, pronounced a sentence of permanent grey market status, and decided it was "time to move on." Geez, I'm glad that guy doesn't have his finger on our nuclear launch button!
Calm down! We're getting a little reactionary, I think. Everything I've read so far is speculative. Nothing wrong with that. It's part of what we do. But don't act on fear.
The reason for the suspension will come out. Hopefully we won't have to wait long.
Paulness, I hope you're right. I'd feel a lot better if they were scutinizing the Market Makers than than I would if they were scrutinizing MSGI's internal operations.
Time will tell.

It's going to be impossible to sell this stock at a nickel from this day forward.
It will never and I mean never go above 5 cents on the bid ever again.
That's the easiest call I ever had to make.
Sorry, Pig, it was the easiest call you ever had to make, and like all your other calls, YOU GOT IT WRONG!
Wackmund, do you realize that the news release you shared about Barbera becomming First Artist CEO is almost 6 months old. I think you are over-reacting with your ship metaphor.
Probably selling at market. Can you spell "Doofus"?
scapaflow,
Thanks for your replies. I follow your logic.
My question is: Why doesn't MSGI come out with an unambiguous statement instead of dancing around it and making investors connect dots.
.16 !? WTF?
Rainmaker says:
That was just someones blog who reposted the article. Nowhere did the people from that website say they were involved.
You better check again. This is from a recent post on this board by brwtrpilot #3904..
"To this end, three teams from Qualcomm, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and Rhevision Technology are perfecting their specific area of expertise. Qualcomm engineers specialize in miniaturization and know how to shepherd a product to market. Scientists from the Center for Nanotechnology at NASA's Ames Research Center have experience with chemical sensing on low-powered platforms, such as the International Space Station. And technologists from Rhevision have developed an artificial nose—a piece of porous silicon that changes colors in the presence of certain molecules, which can be read spectrographically.
Similarly, S&T is pursuing what's known as cooperative research and development agreements with four cell phone manufacturers: Qualcomm, LG, Apple and Samsung. These written agreements, which bring together a private company and a government agency for a specific project, often accelerate the commercialization of technology developed for government purposes. As a result, Dennis hopes to have 40 prototypes in about a year, the first of which will sniff out carbon monoxide and fire."
http://www.smartplanet.com/blog/pure-genius/how-your-cell-phone-could-protect-you-from-a-deadly-chemical-attack/3244
I see Qualcomm, LG, Apple and Samsung as firms developing the Phone sensor application. I don't see MSGI mentioned. Why?
BTW, Rainmaker, I'm not seeking an argument. I own MSGI and I'm seeking the truth. I'm looking for unequivocal statement that explains MSGI's involvement.
Scapaflow,
I wouldn't say NO relationship. They have definitely executed two Space Act Agreements with NASA.
http://www.reuters.com/article/2011/03/01/idUS165351+01-Mar-2011+MW20110301
My beef is that they seem to be implying they have had something to do with this particular NASA technology. Carefully read the above Technology Update. Notice they don't claim to be the owners or developers of the technology. I know there are some on this board that have assumed that MSGI scientists are working on the technology.
Read Jeremy Barbera's statement in the final paragraph.
Jeremy Barbera, CEO of MSGI Technology Solutions, commented, "Alongside our NASA partners, we have been making great technological strides in the areas of chemical sensing and solar energy. Our innovative technology has the ability to improve many facets of society including homeland security, environmental testing, diagnostic testing, energy conservation and much more. We are pleased to provide this update to our shareholders and look forward to updating again in the near future."
The "innovative technolgy" referred to has been used as a Gee Whiz release by at least 3 other companies. So...what's MSGI's contribution? They haven't made any false claims that I can see, but the statement by the company like that above can leave the reader with a false impression.

This is the fourth company I've seen release the same story. What gives? Same story, same pictures.
Isn't there a danger an investor could assume that each of these companies had something to do with the sensor/phone application of the NASA nanosensor technology? Like I did in the case of MSGI.
There's no indication that MSGI is any more involved in the application that any of the other 3 companies that are apparently leading readers to believe they have some special relationship with the application.
Uncle WHO?
Rayank,
I think the original deal is still possible.
But for management to sit on their hands and count on that happening after we've already waited 5 years would be unforgivable. We ought to be pursuing not one contingency plan but several. We need choices here so Axis can start bringing shareholders some value.
We should have been building contingency plans right from the start. Not doing so was, in my opinion, a strategic mistake.
We've been a one-trick pony for 5 years! Since the situation in Libya went from bad to worse in the past 6 months I've heard talk of two different contingency plans. But it looks like more talk. No apparent action or movement. No information shared with shareholders. Sound familiar?
Please! Let's not continue making the same mistakes. Axis needs to make things happen. Decide your plan, communicate it, then execute it.
I've no doubt that Khadaffi will eventually be a part of libya's past. That hasn't been my top concern. I've been wondering how badly the oil and gas infrastructure and leadership would be "shaken up" in a post-Khadaffi world.
Now that Shokri Ghanem has fled Libya, it's a declaration that he has "chosen sides" and is betting against the current regime. This is a hopeful sign that Ghanem and the current infrastructure will be a part of the new order. This HAD to be the case if we hoped not to be forced back to square one in our concession negotiations.
It wasn't funny the first time.
Bog,
Are you off your meds again?
LOL
Image doesn't open...
I'm hearing jungle drums almost all the time these days. There's a LOT going on and the operational tempo is steadily increasing. The natives are restless. Lots of separate actions are coming together and will result in a big bang.
In my opinion we're on the verge of a mini breakout. The ride to .60 will be a short one. If you are waiting for this thing to pull back significantly, you will wait in vain.
As an old successful investor once told me: Amateurs wait for a rising stock to pull back significantly before they buy. Professionals buy steadily when a stock is steadily on the rise like this one, seeing each subsequent rise as a ratification to continue to ride the train.
An interesting find! Not sure what it means. It had only had 16 views when I opened it.
I really appreciate Larry's professional demeanor. He understands the role and the rules of IR. I'm impressed!
Keep up the good work, Larry!
I am also very impressed with the company's quick response to some negative industry news. They were right on top of it, explaining the situation and re-explaining the differences that make Intelimax a legal and potentially very profitable enterprise. Good work, Glenn!
I think you mean a defibrillator.
Bogwon,
1. Read my previous post.
2. Unfortunately, my "Carnac the Magnificent" turban is in the cleaners. Sooo, lacking that...
3. Captain Crunch spreads his two hands. About....this close!
4. I'd estimate it's about halfway between "soon" and "imminent".
LOL
No, not from PR. Not from insiders. I get my information using some low tech but reliable ways. Ive read every piece of paper issued by MSGI in the last 2 years, not once but 2 and 3 times. I talk to industry experts and I read many trade publications. Then I draw include own 30 years executive business experience, and draw what I think are reasonable conclusions.
Here's a sampling of what's available about the Attonibus deal in MSGI's own reports:
On October 18, 2010, the Company announced that it had entered into a strategic Partnership with Attonbitus Development Inc. As part of this relationship, Attonbitus agreed to purchase all of the 8% Debentures principal and accrued interest with the intent to convert the value of the debt into a series of investments in various MSGI operating subsidiaries, primarily those subsidiaries related to the NASA technologies. The Company expects the transaction to close in the upcoming quarter.
MSGI has formed a strategic partnership with Attonbitus Development Inc. for the purpose of expanding our green technology business, accelerating the overall growth of MSGI and reducing debt. Attonbitus, an American company with operations in Bucharest, Romania and Dubai, UAE, focuses on sustainable development in commercial, resort and infrastructure projects. Attonbitus uses the principles of sustainable design and recycled materials combined with clean domestically produced renewable energy resources including solar energy and wind. Attonbitus Management currently has over $4 billion dollars in projects in various stages of development and has $750 million in assets on its balance sheet.
Attonbitus has agreed to purchase the Convertible Notes (which originated 2006 through 2009) and presently remain on the Company's balance sheet. Upon closing, Attonbitus will extinguish the $12 million in debt and convert the value into a series of investments in various MSGI operating subsidiaries. MSGI and Attonbitus are also negotiating an additional investment to meet the working capital demands of the Company enabling it to complete the development cycle and immediately begin the commercialization process of various new breakthrough products
The Board of Directors recommends the proposed increase in the authorized number of shares of Common Stock to enable the Company to provide conversion rights to the holders of various convertible debt instruments, warrants to purchase shares of common stock and stock options. In addition the Board of Directors recommends that the Company increase the number of shares authorized of Common Stock to insure that a sufficient number of authorized and unissued shares is available to raise additional capital for the operations of the Company
Please note: As I'm sure you know, anyone who makes investment decisions based on what they read on a chat board truly needs to do his own homework. My conclusions are opinions. They are often inferred from facts, but probably worth exactly what you paid for them. LOL
GLTA
Gawd! Don't you love it when a plan comes together??
Brick by brick the Intelimax vision is manifested by real cornerstone developments. The foundation has been laid. The walls are built. The share price will reflect our steady progress.
GLTA!
The deal with Attonbitus is alive and well. They are buying MSGI debt for an attractive fraction of the dollar. Part of the deal stipulated that MSGI have a clean balance sheet except for this debt. That's the reason MSGI had to increase authorized shares recently.
The Attonbitus deal is close to closing. When it does I expect to see immediate and significant impact on the SP.
Edge! I like the way you think! It's time to knock another former high on its butt. This has been a fun ride and it's bound to get better.
Just wait until people start to understand and subscribe to online gaming. It's an idea whose time has come and this company's gonna grow like there's no tomorrow. Other smaller companies who are in the same industry but without Intelimax's business plan will be standing in line, each with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, to be aligned with Intellimax--some as a JV, most as an acquisition. I see the subscriber base exceeding 2 million within a year!
By then both your Uncle Clem and institutional investors will see the promise of Intelimax, but they'll going to pay 4 or 5 bucks a share to buy in. This play shows more promise that the last 15 "sure things" I've done DD on in the past 2 years. And what's amazing is you can still buy at around .42 a share! (When I picked up my first IXMD shares about 4 months ago I paid .12 I'm already sitting on a 3 bagger.) No brag, just fact.
Do your own DD. Check out the chart, and then decide.
I'm ready for ANY news from MSGI. They are not very forthcoming.
I recently spent a very enjoyable and hugely informative 90 minutes with Intelimax's head of investor relations, Larry Kaplan.
Larry knows the Intelimax value proposition better than anyone else I've spoken to. He knows what the vision is, and he can lay out for you, in detail, how the company intends to get there. What's more, he has a gift of explaining even the most complicated points without jargon, exaggeration and empty boasts.
One thing I really like about Larry is that he doesn't get defensive when I challenge him on certain points. Instead, he patiently explains the issue again in another, more understandable way. You may not be convinced of every point but you will come away infinitely more educated on how this company will make investors rich.
There's one caution I'll offer you. Call when you are not in a rush. Larry has led a very interesting life and has formed and run some highly profitable businesses. He has a hobby that has been written up in newspapers, magazines and television. I won't spoil your surprise and tell you what it is.
You owe it to yourself to talk to this guy.

Intelimax looks like it's found its stride. Slow, steady increases are the best kind for long term sustainability.
I believe IXMD is on the cusp of some very exciting days and I'm pleased that I will be a part of it.

A plucky little song from a plucky little lady! Bravo!
Does this mean you'll be leaving the board?
Fingers says:
"i disagree! the more shareholders that are in at higher prices, the more the MM's manipulate the stock to go lower. My guess is that most are out now."
LOL By your logic Microsoft and Apple must be manipulated by MM's in a HUGE way. The MM manipulation is way overblown. It's a handy excuse for inexperienced investors to explain why they haven't doubled their money on their sure-thing stock. Does manipulation happen. Yes. But it's not as widespread on illiquid penny stocks as many make it out to be. The margins just aren't there.
Think it through. Take the average daily traded volume in MSGI last week. Then multiply that by the average share price during that same period. That's the average total number of dollars spent in a day on this stock. Then imagine MM's spending their day manipulating the numbers keeping it up or down 1-5% and then tell me how profitable that would be for them. Don't forget, the larger average MM is busy trading a 1000 or more different stocks in a day. Not very much opportunity to figure out how to manipulate the MSGI market. It's all rather laughable. That's why highly illiquid stocks are not where MM manipulators are going to waste their time.
I'd guess there hundreds of people who are in but either don't post much (like me) or don't lurk on the boards. A lack of traders usually results in a lack of liquidity, not a good thing.
MuscleMass,
Good questions. I think business as usual will be impossible as long as Libya is fighting a civil war.
That said, if there's a breakthrough--Khadaffi and his family leave for Venezuela, for example--it will likely take only several weeks for rebel leaders and government leaders to set up a provisional government. That provisional government will be working hard to reestablish stability and get the country as close to operating normally as possible. That stability will definitely include oil and gas. It's the lifeblood and foundation of the Libyan economy. The NOC will be back in action, Agoco will rejoin the fold, and Ghanem will be at the helm unless he's tapped for a provisional government post--a real possibility.
Sanctions will end, foreign companies will be encouraged to return and resume a full oil flow as soon as possible. That will put Axis back in the running for the smaller contracts that were about to be finalized before the crap hit the wall. The concession deal? Who knows?? I'm tired of waiting. It's still on the table--some say a sooner rather than later, but I'll take small contracts, anything, to get us out of single digit share price territory.
I won't buy any more Axis until I see real news. Then I'll buy at .05-.25 or where ever the price is at the time. Things will recover VERY fast. There is so much pent up demand, the SP recovery will be explosive/meteoric/mercurial/exponential. Pick one.
Hi Bird,
That's an adult way of looking at it. Some people haven't reached that level of maturity, though. They'd rather blame the broker, the company, the country, the oil industry....anyone but themselves.
Axis may be down, but I'm not out. A lack of news and a war can do that to a stock. But, take a look at our volumes over the past month. Most longs are like me...still holding. They haven't cashed their chips in. Why? Don't they want to say "C'mon, kids, Dad cemented in some prretty big losses in the market this week, whatcha say we all go to Mickey D's for a Misery Meal!?! I hear the new toy is a Pissed-off Plastic Piggy!"
Yeah...yeah...I know...the Pork Chop was only trying to console us with that swell idea. All Pig's little piglets really liked the toy---even though they said their Misery Meals were worse than swill... LOL
If I were in charge of Axis, I'd be looking at other business opportunities that aren't in Libya. (It's about flippin' time, RIGHT?) Let's get Something going and let God sought out Ka Daffy Duck and the 4X4 Pick-up-Truck Brigade.
Your last post is beyond silly. It's stupid. I never said you couldn't say broker.
I said you could not reference the particular broker that you have slandered several times in the past. I'm sure everyone who witnessed your ugly comments in the past understood that. Except you, of course.
Grow up!
No problem, Robert. I don't think any one felt at all disrespected by your post. Your message was completely innocent.
I will remove all posts that reference that broker.
Piggy, you've been warned before. Stay away from that subject. You've said enough in the past to identify the person. I won't have any more personal slams regardless of how you dress them up.
Sorry, Robert, though I agree completely with what your post, you inadvertently got caught up in the broker talk. Likely you don't even know who PIG is talking about. If you want to repost your message without that reference, have at it! It was an excellent post.
Pig, like Robert said, you need to "man-up" and get over yourself. We are all sick to death of your wearisome, hurtful needling that's thinly veiled to look like you give a crap about someone other than yourself. You know, you remind me of those psycho's that bring a gun into the workplace and blow innocent people away because they're consumed by their hatred.
I'll bet you got beat up a lot when you were in school. Get some help, man.
No, I'm with whatever percentage that sees him as a weak, incompetent military leader.
So, enough America bashing. What country do you call home?
