Yes, but a certain vendor has a WHOLE lot of shareholder money.....
The share price demise has a lot to do with a bum vendor who never delivered a single tangible item.....after receiving nearly a third of million dollars of shareholder money.
How are they filling their own bank accounts?
They continue to BUY properties, but not sell.
They have not diluted a single share in nearly a decade.
Zero Chance of a R/S.
Spends it on what? Clearly any cash flow is being re-invested in AMHD. Where else could they be getting ALL THAT MONEY TO BUY ALL THAT PROPERTY?
If there were filings, this would be on the big boards.
There is 100% proof that Fred has NOT sold. There are no filings.
The TOTAL SHARE COUNT is not gagged.
AMHD has not diluted a single share under Fred.
AMHD has not diluted a single share in nearly a decade.
AMHD insiders must file to sell personal shares. No filings have been made.
Where do suppose they got the money to:
Pay Todd Fitzsimmons $312,500 and not get anything in return?
Pay for all those houses and commercial real estate?
Fred is building significant shareholder value here. The market has not caught up. It will soon.
What are you talking about? There is no gag on the share count. All you folks sitting at home should call the TA yourself.
Scam would insinuate that somehow money is being transferred from shareholders to AMHD.
Not a single dime has been transferred, i.e., not a single share has been diluted under Fred's reign as CEO.
Please explain the use of the word "scam". Use of that word insinuates a method by which AMHD insiders are somehow getting investors money.
This assertion, that AMHD is a "scam", is simply 100% false.
Here are the reasons:
AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.
AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.

*There are no recent "TO MORTGAGE" filings. What does this mean......it means AMHD is accumulating real estate without selling it. In the beginning AMHD seamed to flip the houses back into the market, but it appears they have not sold anything in about 2 years.
*All earnings has to be going straight back into the company to purchase new residential AND COMMERCIAL real estate.
*It is not possible to keep buying without the earnings being re-invested.
*It is not possible to keep buying if the money isn't staying in the company.
In the past AMHD was clearly working on BioDiesel. They had engineering completed, processing equipment ordered, an industrial building that I personally visited, and firm deals for feedstock.
The processor was never delivered by Fitzsimmons systems. The lawsuit with Fitzsimmons systems was well documented. Fitzsimmons filed for bankruptcy protection. It has never been disputed that AMHD paid Fitzsimmons $312500 for a biofuel processor and never got a dimes value back.
Without that processor, there is no point in continuing paying for a building or feedstock.
How is it possible for this to be a scam when any money raised by the sale of stock, sold nearly a decade ago, clearly went into the company?
There is simply no method employed by AMHD to "scam" anyone.
Purchases are "From Mortgage" and sells are "To Mortgage". There has not been a sale in about 2 years. AMHD is accumulating residential and commercial property.
Call him and ask.
They have not flipped a property in 2 years. They have been consistently buying including commercial.
There are no recent "TO MORTGAGE" filings. What does this mean......it means AMHD is accumulating real estate without selling it.
All earnings have to be going straight back into the company to purchase new residential AND COMMERCIAL real estate.

So then.....where are they getting all the money to buy all of the real estate??????
The law has not changed. Provide a link showing that the law for pink sheet stock purchases has changed.
You won't be able to. Prove me wrong.
Pink sheet share purchases CANNOT be filed by insiders. There is simply no way of doing it.
Section 16 was adopted early in the history of the federal securities regulation. It is
therefore not entirely clear, and only of passing interest, why unregistered securities
were not included within its provisions. We submit that the time has come to reconsider
this exclusion in the light of more recent experience.
We therefore urge the Commission to require corporate insiders of publicly traded
unregistered securities to report transactions 2 in these securities in a manner similar to
reports made under Section 16(a). If authority to mandate such reports is lacking in
Section 16(a), then these reports can be required under the Commission’s general antifraud
rulemaking authority under Section 10 of the Exchange Act. We also believe the
Commission should require that adequate public information be available before
insiders can trade in the public OTC markets similar to the safe harbor under section
144 (c).3 The information gleaned from such reports will provide great benefits to investors and may indicate a further need to extend the strict liability consequences of
Section 16(b) to the market for unregistered securities.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Very truly yours,

Please explain the word scam.
Use of that word insinuates a method by which AMHD insiders are somehow getting investors money.
This assertion of a "scam", is simply 100% false.
Here are the reasons:
---AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.
---AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.

Have you seen any filings? I have not. Insiders CANNOT sell without filing per the dribble rule. There is not an insider whom has sold a single share.
That is big board stuff, not pinks. Pinks are non-reporting. If they were reporting, they would be on the big boards.
Definition of 'Micro Cap'
A publicly traded company in the United States that has a market capitalization between approximately $50 million and $300 million. Micro-cap companies have greater market capitalization than nano caps, and less than small, mid, large and mega-cap corporations. Companies with larger market capitalization do not automatically have stock prices that are higher than those companies with smaller market capitalizations. Generally, the larger the market capitalization, the less risky the investment and smaller the potential returns. The smaller the market capitalization, the riskier the investment and the greater the potential returns.

Are you vilifying a publicly traded company for raising funds? Raising funds is the #1 primary purpose of the stock market.
Etrade is showing only 16.5 million at 2. 3s will be up before too long with any pressure at all. And that is with no news.
Why would they dilute to release a PR? PRs are like $250....
There is no point in continuing to put money into a jatropha farm if you are not getting a processor. The two are directly related. No processor, no feedstock required.
AMHD did not even fully dilute there legally authorized number of shares. They diluted to grow the business, the very purpose of the stock market.
They sold some of the original houses they bought, but have not sold in 2 years.
Where do you think all the money is coming from to buy dozens of properties over a 2 year period? Included in that, is commercial property.
I'm still not sure what you could possible be getting at. They diluted for a bio processor. A third party vendor failed to deliver. They did not dilute for for real estate. They are buying tons of it. There is no "fraud" here.
Spot on, batguanno.
You're confusing big board CEO's with pink CEO's. There is no mechanism provided, by the SEC, to report stock purchases by pink insiders.
The proof:
http://www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/s72704/pinksheets092204.pdf
Destroyed? They are conducting business every day. Look at all the real estate purchases.
You may disagree with the decisions, but there is NO SCAM.
Show me where this specific law has changed. I'm betting every single pink CEO would LOVE to show their share purchases. The FACT is they CANNOT.
Please explain "scam".

Without that processor, there is no point in continuing paying for a building of feedstock.
How is it possible for this to be a scam when any money raised by the sale of stock, sold nearly a decade ago, clearly went into the company?
There is simply no method employed by AMHD to "scam" anyone.
Here you go:
Conclusion

So you would have us believe that AMHD is making huge amounts of money, so much so that Aziz and Fred are making a good living, and there is enough left over to keep buying (and presumably rennovating) homes and commercial real estate??????
Hoo rah! That is awesome!
It is clear that they are buying a significant number of properties given all the real estate filings.
If that were true, there would not be different levels of stock exchange.....pink vs. gray, vs. full reporting.
What your stating is simply not true. Pinks have there own set of rules.
How so? Remember, the rules are NOT the same for pink vs regular big boards.
If all of the rules applied, there would be no point to have different levels of stock.....pink, grey, full reporting....
Absolutely, 100% legal. AMHD was authorized to issue up to 5 billion shares. They issued about 4.5 billion. Issuing shares, or dilution, is the very reason the stock market exists......to raise funds for use by the company.
AMHD clearly used funds to attempt to purchase a biofuel processor for $312,500.
Funds are clearly being used to purchase residential and commercial property.
Not only are these activities legal, they are the very reason the stock market exists.
Show me one single SEC reg that has been broken by AMHD. None have.
You say scam.....with what proof?
AMHD is not a scam.....and this is why.
AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.
AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.
