Really, says who? They have no shares to sell.
Explain the scam. There is no mechanism for money to go from shareholders to AMHD. period. No money changing hand equals no scam, PERIOD.
Not really following it beyond logging into my trading account and seeing a huge pile of worthless shares......
HOW????????????? There is absolutely NO mechanism for money to go from investors to AMHD.
AMHD has not diluted a single share in about a decade.
AMHD continues to do business as advertised, and verified on government websites.
AMHD officers cannot and have not sold shares in the open market due to the dribble rule.
Therefore, the claim of a scam, is verifiably false.
That is 100% the same as every other non-dividend paying stock..
I really don't see what the issue is.
Explain it.
There is no way for money to go from investor to AMHD. Hence, there is no way for this to be a scam.
AMHD has done NOTHING wrong.
very nice indeed.
That is precisely what AMHD is doing. I can clearly see from government real estate websites that AMHD is continuing to grow the company.
As for the average investor, we can get in or average down to a fantastic starting point.
Eventually, this thing will run and run hard. The run will happen because the AMHD value will have already been earned, not projected for the future. The best part of the "eventually" is that investors will pay 15% tax on big money versus 30%+ on some modest gain.
Sure, you could make the argument that AMHD has not a put out a PR in a long time. That is valid.
There are some that would attack the content of any PR no matter how solid the evidence. So why waste the money on a PR when those funds could be better used to grow the businesses?
Calling it a scam without a single shred of evidence; that is dishonest, immoral, and potentially libelous.
Explain how money goes from the company back to the investors in any non-dividend stock. It doesn't.
Similarly, if the company is not diluting (which AMHD has not done in about 10 years), there is no path for investors money to get to the company.
Just like every single non-dividend stock, there is no direct link between investors and the company for money to flow.
The only way you get return on investment, is if the general market perceives the company to be worth more tomorrow than it is today. The investors then create demand for the stock.
If people are unhappy their investment is not returning gains, they only have themselves and fellow investors to blame!
Please explain the "scam". There simply isn't a mechanism for AMHD to collect a single cent from investors.
Rent. Don't forget they have commercial property as well.
Where do you suppose they get all the money to buy all those houses?
They haven't sold a house in years. They haven't diluted in a decade. But, they do consistently buy houses. Could it be, gasp, that the money earned is going right back into the business?????????????????????????????????????????????
The dilution happened 8-10 years ago to grow the business. Much of that money was lost to a vendor that went bankrupt. There has been zero dilution since that time. That fact is exceedingly rare in the OTC market.
Fred has been very creative in using a severely depressed real estate market to quickly grow the company.
That is the very definition of ungagged. You know the A/S and O/S. From that you have 100% proof that there is no dilution from AMHD.
What are you talking about? The TA never has been gagged.
Please explain the "scam". There is no mechanism for AMHD to collect a single cent from investors.
There is 100% proof AMHD is not diluting. The shares are not gagged. The A/S has not budged.
The dribble rule prevents any executive from selling their shares without notification.
Besides, even if execs were selling, how many could they possibly have left after 10 years of it? NONE!
Please explain the "scam". There is no mechanism for AMHD to collect a single cent from investors.
Please explain how this could possibly be a scam. They, AMHD, have not diluted a single share into the market in nearly a decade. There is simply no mechanism for investor dollars to end up in AMHD hands.
AMHD has not diluted a single share in nearly a decade.
AMHD continues to grow the real estate business.
AMHD CEO holds over 20% of the float.
Nothing but upside here.
Please explain the use of the word "scam". Use of that word insinuates a method by which AMHD insiders are somehow getting investors money.
This assertion, that AMHD is a "scam", is simply 100% false.
Here are the reasons:
AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.
AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.

Type in AMELOT
To my understanding there is little bennefit for AMHD to pay the nearly extortionist dues that OTC charges....the only requirement to getting the STOP sign removed. Who's scamming who?
It will be interesting to see how this plays out when AMHD does PR. They have clearly been diligently working.
There are a lot of real estate filings under AMHD's name.
Still an incredible amount of activity in Indiana. Amelot continues to fly under the radar.

There is 100% proof AMHD is MAKING money. They continue to buy, but not sell property. There has to be significant revenue to pull this off.
That's not what was stated by todd.......
They were not Fitzsimmons parts. They were paid for. That is theft.
Ok....supposing that is even remotely true....where are the parts?
Where are the PARTS?
AMHD paid for them. Where are AMHD's $312,500 worth of parts?
How so??????????????????????????????????????
Everyone wishes they could collect $312,500 and not even show a single delivered product.
One can only hope to be screwed in such a fashion.
The FACT is the Fitzsimmons DID collect $312,500 from AMHD. The undisputed FACT is that Fitzsimmons never delivered any single particle or atom of material to AMHD for that Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (and no cents).
How do you figure? Where is all that money coming from to buy all those new properties?
Superb DD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, not at all. Another nicely done deal that provided a way out should the need arise. This is the type of deal that is done by superior businessman, such as Fred, so they don't get burned.
Show me where they said they had a plantation. A memorandum of understanding with farmers is not the same as having a plantation.
How do you figure? There was an expectation of a biofuel processor being produced. The plantation was for the feedstock for the processor. Pretty cut and dry.
Scalig, the vendor never even started assembling the processor. Not a single nut, bolt, or valve was ever delivered. Not bad for $312,500.
Why go through the time effort and expense of building a plantation if the processor is never gonna get started, let alone delivered?
