Please explain "scam".

There is simply no method for AMHD to "scam" anyone.

AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.

AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.

The data:
http://inlaredo.fidlar.com/INAllen/DirectSearch/Default.aspx
Type in AMELOT

*There are no recent "TO MORTGAGE" filings. What does this mean......it means AMHD is accumulating real estate without selling it. In the beginning AMHD seamed to flip the houses back into the market, but it appears they have not sold anything in about 2 years.
*All earnings has to be going straight back into the company to purchase new residential AND COMMERCIAL real estate.
*It is not possible to keep buying without the earnings being re-invested.
*It is not possible to keep buying if the money isn't staying in the company.

In the past AMHD was clearly working on BioDiesel. They had engineering completed, processing equipment ordered, an industrial building that I personally visited, and firm deals for feedstock.

The processor was never delivered by Fitzsimmons systems. The lawsuit with Fitzsimmons systems was well documented. Fitzsimmons filed for bankruptcy protection. It has never been disputed that AMHD paid Fitzsimmons $312500 for a biofuel processor and never got a dimes value back.

Without that processor, there is no point in continuing paying for a building of feedstock.

How is it possible for this to be a scam when any money raised by the sale of stock, sold nearly a decade ago, clearly went into the company?

There is simply no method employed by AMHD to "scam" anyone.

All posts are in my opinion and I went to public schools.....In New Hampshire.
