Waht's more, all this under dinky volume. Another open miracle EOM.
Nothing short of an open miracle EOM.
Any guess what pps WAMUQ opens tomorrow? Anybody?
Question is: What is the value number?
OldTymer, are you infering that there is the possibility that WAMUQ can go the way of most bankrupt OTC companies and reorganize under a new name and ticker, leaving the WAMUQ shares worthless? I was under the impression that the big news released was that - bottom line - no matter what they turn out to be worth, WAMUQ shares will not revert to nothing. At the very least, they will be rolled into the new company. Am I correct?
A University of Oklahoma Finance Studies on the Bear Stearns collpase concluded there was no evidence of a squeeze to cause the price to surge.
Hey diamond:
If it does settle at $14.00 (2X) how will that translate to real-time trading.?
Will we suddenly see a pps of $14.00 on our screens? What is the mechanism to lock in at $14.00 for a retail trader?
I did DD on the Bear Stearns buyout from pennies to $2.00 to $10.00 but I am still at a loss as to how the retail common stock holders locked that price in.
Thanks and Good luck to all. Exciting times!
Correct me if I am wrong, but that pennies to $10.00 was for prefered and warrant holders only or was this for common retail share holders?
Read the a article ' 7 bilion dollars for credtors...leaving little for shareholders.'
Because the EC's role is to drastically minimize reward while drastically mitigating damages. No one wins alot and no one loses alot.
.20 per share for the current public float sounds reasonable. I'll snatch that up.
IMHO
$12 - $24 after a reverse split. No way in the current public float. Big question is what will be the r/s? 100:1?
Thnak you and everyone else who responded to my point of clarification.
Newbie here. Please confirm that the commons only refer to those who owned shares prior to the WAMU fiasco and bankruptcy.
Hey hstrader:
What is the name of the software? I 've been looking for these same metrics the old fashioned way (DD through brokerage houses) If there is a software name you care to share that would be most welcome. Happy belated Mothers Day to all us amazing mothers.
I don't see COPI or Teleblock mentioned on the NBS website. Figures.
I'm looking to get out at 0.058.
I've been here for years and have capitilized on Linda's pump and dump scheme to announce iron closing dates only to have them pass.
This is my third 'we are definitely closing this time' go-arounnd.
I've made out well because, thank G-d, because I have been able to buy low and sell higher. The key is not to be greedy, or to be foolish by NOT playing the game that is always played in pennyland: PUMP and DUMP. There is little value in pennyland, only buy and sell opportunities.
Linda and co. may be deceitful, but that is irrelevant, as she has always given us the chance to make some money.
As usual, look for a diversionary PR to come out just before or after the 'closing date' to announce an acquisition, a sale, a new executive or a potential investor to keep the longs baited, yet again.
You stole my response patriot. LOL
Actually, I am looking to buy.
Absolutely, olly, the chances of this closing happening on Monday, November 30, are 100%. Everyone should buy right now. What's more, everyone should buy at the ask or higher. Put as much money as possible into this incredible opportunity of a lifetime.
I have a feeling the closing has been accomplished.
I have a feeling the closing will get done in November.
Patience, Jetmek, patience. Give our CEOs some time to do what they need to do. It must be stressful for them to have to go past announced deadlines.
There is no need for a merger to make money on this. EOM
ag2000 wouldn't stand for Aggies would it?! My husband's a TA&M Aggie diehard
Merger will/will not happen. I'm a profit taker!
It's a tactic to allow individual retail traders to make some profits by generating excitement and then flipping until the deal actually closes or never gets done.
I am grateful that RTGV has the chart bouyancy to allow us to take small profits almost on regular basis, so much so that whether there actually is a merger is irrelevant.
I last bought in at .035 and sold at 065. I am looking forward to get back in at .040 in December if the closing - surprise, surprise - doesn't happen. If it does happen this month, that's fine too. I have made nice profits buying lower and selling higher with RTGV over the past two years.
GLTA
June 2014. That's an eternity.
Clearly the ATT deal has no impact. Just play the flips and small profits down here. I am happy to do so.
I'm completely OK with it too as i got out at 0.065.
Looking forward to the next flip job when Linda "closes" again when November comes and goes and the price goes down again. I got back at 0.039 a few weeks ago. I will flip at 0.05 or higher.
There's no money in being greedy or be taken for a "long" fool. Very happy with my profits.
Thanks for all you answers guys. Always getting educated. GLTA
I know that. I was talking about a few days ago when it was at 0.016. Why was I not allowed to buy? Thanks
I've been trying to buy over 350,000 shares at 0.016 and when the price was 0.016 they still wouldn't execute my trade. Any reasons why, anyone? TIA
Everyone's been flipping,Otterman. I really don't know who the moderators are trying to fool with their "long" and "never flipped" hilarity. It would be justice, however, if they actually were stupid enough to believe their own horse hockey.
30 days or less until the closing...or whatever.
Easier and wiser to flip in smaller increments isn't it.
What's your flipping price?
Zoo,
Don't think for a moment that hate mongering longs haven't been flipping as they see fit as well. They just don't advertise it. GLTU
It's a reverse split, of course...
It will reduce your share amount and increase your price per share. So there is no change in your dollar value but...
These microcaps will throw in this last minute RS as part of a closing or merger: Get the price high to give them a lot of room to wack it downward. Has the same effect of dilution without the dilution. Typical.
Not suprised.
I'm just hoping this POS gets to my sale point of .058 BEFORE the RS.
I've entered a trade (flip) at 0.058. Wondering if I should bring it down to 0.055
Yes it's a latin term (modus operendi) or method of operation: set a promise for a merger for the not immediate and not far off future and then "update" the promise.
Didn't have to go to Harvard to learn that one. But the Harvard credential doesn't hurt; for some reason it impresses people like us.
