Typical roller coaster ride before PDUFA date.
Just hold on and ride it out.
ronpopeil said he was going to the meeting so let's wait for his report.
Good find, those are manufacturing jobs. You can't manufacture if you don't have a product. They seem very confident of approval on June 22.
Good buying there Popper. If you just keep the bid there you might get more. Every once in a while someone wants to sell some for whatever reason.
I picked up 20,000 myself. Need a few more to round out my position.
PFOB has more potential than any other stock that I have ever invested in.
I believe that the longs here will be rewarded in due time.
I am not the least bit worried about the 'trading pattern', it is trading the way that I expected for these types of plays. You must be new around here.
If this gets approved the only trading pattern you will see is up.
OPTR - it should recover soon.
Folks did not see a pop and are panicking.
FDA NEWS RELEASE

FDA approves treatment for Clostridium difficile infection
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved Dificid (fidaxomicin)
tablets for the treatment of Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD).
Clostridium difficile (C. difficile) is a bacterium that can cause diarrhea
and lead to colitis, other serious intestinal conditions, and death in severe
cases. C. difficile bacteria are found in the stool of an infected person, and
others can become infected if they touch items or surfaces contaminated with
the bacteria or spores and then touch their mouths.
The safety and efficacy of Dificid were demonstrated in two trials that
included 564 patients with CDAD that compared Dificid with vancomycin, a common
antibiotic used to treat CDAD. The clinical response was similar in the Dificid
group compared with the vancomycin group in both studies. In some patients with
CDAD, symptoms can return. In the Dificid trials, a greater number of patients
treated with Dificid had a sustained cure three weeks after treatment ended
versus those patients treated with vancomycin.
"In recent years, many in the infectious disease community have seen an
increase in the number of cases of people with a C. difficile infection," said
Edward Cox, M.D., M.P.H., director of the Office of Antimicrobial Products in
the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. "Dificid is an effective new
treatment option for patients who develop Clostridium difficile-associated
diarrhea."
Dificid, a macrolide antibacterial, should be taken two times a day for 10
days with or without food.
To maintain the effectiveness of Dificid, and to reduce the development of
drug-resistant bacteria, the drug should be used only to treat infections that
are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by C. difficile.
The most common side effects reported with Dificid included nausea, vomiting,
headache, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
People at risk of developing the bacterial infection include the elderly,
patients in hospitals or nursing homes, and people taking antibiotics for
another infection. The most effective way to prevent CDAD is thorough
handwashing with soap and warm water.
Dificid was developed by San Diego-based Optimer Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Approved!
Crazy volume action!
14.10 and dropping but still doesn't appear to be a bear raid.
14.40 we are moving now!
No signs of a bear raid.
Yep, the price is all over the place today.
Buys are coming in fairly quickly now in anticipation of the news.
Folks do not want to be left out over the long weekend.
I would like the news today as I will be busy early next week.
Friday news, that is what I am counting on here. You would think that it would happen before the long holiday weekend. Could be after hours like DEP? was.
This one appears to be flying under the radar so could be very interesting on approval.
Those Pompis girls are everywhere!
Now let's see if they can shake their little Pompis' to bring us a little reverse merger.
I am surprised that the volume and share price is so low with only 10 days to go before the PDUFA decision.
Of course if they get approved the price will surely pop.
Yes, really strange trading. Went up to 14.19 then down to 13.64 and now at 13.88 and trying to climb back up.
Decision day is fast approaching on May 30th.
Interesting posts on Holigan's Facebook page from May 13.
Patrick Crask By the way if you ever start up the BooKoo team again, I believe I have the gear from all of the riders that I bought through several charities :)

Michael Holigan No team, but I did end up with Boo Koo. Long story, but I ended up with all of their assets. Made some changes and launched with a new beverage line, Pompis Energy. Check out www.Facebook.com/PompisEnergy.

Yes, let's get the word out.
Yes that is me in the picture near the finish of MS150 in Austin.
This looks to starting to be starting its move up towards the 5/30 approval. Only about 2 weeks left so the late comers to the party will start getting on board.
Yeah I got tired of looking at the low price here so I decided to do something about it. Notice how few sellers there are at these levels because the vast majority here know that we have a tiger by the tail and he will be loosed anytime now.
Not for long, watch the action......
Yep, here is the news story on the new rules:
New FINRA Rules 6460 on May 9 2011
Categories: Rules
Of the 3 new rules kicking in on Monday 5/9/11 FINRA 6460 is the one to concentrate on. My legal buddies are referring to it as the “new leap frog rule”. MMs now have to show the full size of any orders that are the high bid or low offer. Before they could hide a large buy order by only showing 5,000 shares of it which was and is the minimum for penny stocks. The key concept here is “forced transparency”. From now on if a “whale” shows a bid for 10 million shares of XXX and it is higher than the previous bid then the MM must either reflect it or jump it by a notch to hide it. The “whale” would then need to jump it to get it to be the high bid. Hence the term leap frog.
If an abusive MM with an enormous preexisting naked short position puts in a large offer to scare buyers aware then he has to place it below the former offer and he’s going to have to honor that sale if the “whale” chooses to take him out. The “whales” are going to get pretty ticked off if the MM representing his order fraudulently makes him pay higher because of his antics needing to be performed to hide the large order. This might violate the “best execution rule” (NASD 2320) wherein a broker has a formal “duty” to find the best market to aim an order towards.
“Whales” want to buy size but a crooked MM sitting on a monstrous naked short position with the fear that XXX just might “have the goods” does not want to sell size. He just wants to fraudulently induce selling and dissuade buying. A variety of the “3Ms” (“market maker manipulations”) are going to be rendered moot. As you can well imagine, a crime as obvious as selling nonexistent shares all day long while pretending to be “injecting liquidity” needs to be done in an environment with no transparency. “Leap frogging” is going to look very, very obvious on a time and sales sheet! There is no better disinfectant than the light of day.
6460. Display of Customer Limit Orders
This version of the rule (or interpretive material) does not become effective until May 9 2011.
(a) Each OTC Market Maker displaying a priced quotation in any OTC Equity Security in an inter-dealer quotation system shall publish immediately a bid or offer that reflects:
(1) The price and the full size of each customer limit order held by the OTC Market Maker that is at a price that would improve the bid or offer of such OTC Market Maker in such security; and
(2) The full size of each customer limit order held by the OTC Market Maker that:
(A) Is priced equal to the bid or offer of such OTC Market Maker for such security;
(B) Is priced equal to the best bid or best offer of the inter-dealer quotation system in which the OTC Market Maker is quoting; and
(C) Represents more than a de minimis change in relation to the size associated with the OTC Market Maker's bid or offer.
(b) The requirements in paragraph (a) of this Rule shall not apply to any customer limit order:
(1) That is executed upon receipt of the order.
(2) That is placed by a customer who expressly requests, either at the time that the order is placed or prior thereto pursuant to an individually negotiated agreement with respect to such customer's orders, that the order not be displayed.
(3) That is an odd-lot order.
(4) That is a block size order, unless a customer placing such order requests that the order be displayed.
(5) That is delivered immediately upon receipt to a national securities exchange or an electronic communications network that widely disseminates such order and that complies with paragraph (c) below with respect to that order.
(6) That is delivered immediately upon receipt to another OTC Market Maker that complies with the requirements of this Rule with respect to that order.
(7) That is an all-or-none order.
(8) That is priced less than $0.0001 per share.
(c) The electronic communications network:
(1) Provides to a national securities exchange, national securities association or inter-dealer quotation system the prices and sizes of the orders at the highest buy price and the lowest sell price for such security entered in, and widely disseminated by, the electronic communications network; and
(2) Provides, to any broker or dealer, the ability to effect a transaction with a priced order widely disseminated by the electronic communications network entered therein by an OTC market maker that is:
(A) Equivalent to the ability of any broker or dealer to effect a transaction with an OTC market maker pursuant to the rules of the applicable national securities exchange, national securities association or inter-dealer quotation system to which the electronic communications network supplies such bids and offers; and
(B) At the price of the highest priced buy order or lowest priced sell order, or better, for the lesser of the cumulative size of such priced orders entered therein by OTC market makers at such price, or the size of the execution sought by the broker or dealer, for such security.
(d) Definitions
For purposes of this Rule, the following definitions shall apply:
(1) Best bid and best offer mean the highest priced bid and the lowest priced offer.
(2) Block size with respect to an order means it is of at least 10,000 shares and has a market value of at least $100,000.
(3) Customer limit order means an order to buy or sell an OTC Equity Security at a specified price that is not for the account of either a broker or dealer; provided, however, that the term customer limit order shall include an order transmitted by a broker or dealer on behalf of a customer.
Those 173,000 on the bid at .028 are mine. Did you notice that the high bid and low ask show the full quantity of shares now due to a new FINRA law. It sure helps to see that so that you know how strong the bids are and are not just test buys of 5,000 shares.
Still accumulating before any news.........
Bama, things will be better before you know it. I went through several hurricanes along the gulf coast so I know what it is like.
The main thing is that your family is safe. RV's are great, in fact I live in mine full time now by choice, traveling through our great country as a volunteer in National Parks. It is a great life.
Pompis is growing by leaps and bounds.
I can see things coming together here. If and when the reverse merger happens between the clean shell and the private company Pompis we will all be happy campers.
Well we are still waiting on any news about audit, uplisting or the new IR company.
The silence is deafening from the company.
Patience is wearing thin.
Hopefully the big buy was from someone in the know about upcoming news and not some shell player rolling the dice.
Glad I bought that extra 100k on Tuesday.
Like I stated yesterday events seem to be speeding up here and if it all comes together as we expect we can all celebrate some day soon.
I still have some extra dough from a big gain in another play and might even get more shares...............
Good job of buying there Popper.
Building my portfolio up to a level to where when(if) news hits on this clean shell I will be well positioned to take advantage of it. I don't like to chase after news hits. Better to own shares and sell into the buying strength from new investors.
Appears MH is building the Pompis brand very quickly and maybe by the end of the year something will happen with PFOB. Wasn't there a November date associated with the shell?
IMO our patience will be rewarded.
Added 100,000 today.
Thanks for the unscientific poll of 1 user, Chevy.
The young are heavily into energy drinks, I have one daughter that craved them, they are addicting. Big on college campuses for allowing them to stay awake cramming for tests. It is the drink of choice for the young who are always finding ways to do things differently than their parents.
I enjoy them myself on occasion and like the taste. Not a big coffee or soda drinker.
What especially I like about Pompis is the price which is much lower than the competition. Remember the target audience here are the young who do not have a lot of discretionary income or maybe no income at all if they are in college.
The Hispanic community is growing fast and MH is a marketing guy who knows the game here.
Wow, $1.18 each is much cheaper than the competition. I pay about $2.50 for red Bull or Monster. Do you know the size of the cans?
Yes, good volume yesterday. Hopefully the start of a trend of accumulation by new players here. Our days of waiting maybe coming to an end soon. Many things in the works.
- 2 years audits completed soon.
- uplist to OTCBB
- double revenue for STS per CC
- talks ongoing about Iris recognition
This could start popping..............
This was posted on the Pompis facebook page today:
"Pompis will be on display at EXPO ANTAD in Guadalajara Wednesday through Friday. Stop by and say hello if you are at the show."
So they expanding as planned; first Utah, then Texas, and now Mexico where the spanish themed marketing push should pay off handsomely.
Now just waiting on connection between Pompis and PFOB......
IMO That is what is holding us back. If Richard could have definitively stated that we would get $2M/yr from that contract our share price would be more than double where it is now. Also the delays by the DOD and DOS in awarding TO's have not helped us.
In spite of that I am optimistic about the Iris recognition side and hope that Sym's talks with the potential business partner lead to marketable products that bring in significant revenue.
So for now the waiting continues..........
Bama, if we get an LOI here the buying pressure will push us up quickly due to the low 11 million share float. Most are tightly held so you would be chasing it up to get any kind of volume. From a risk/reward ratio standpoint, your risk and reward would of course be lower.
We saw what happened last November when an uptick in volume got us to 10 cents in a hurry.
I plan to ride this puppy for all its worth.
Dollars is not out of the realm of possibility here at all if what we expect to happen really does come to pass.
I imagine that it would be an established company with some biometrics capabilities but want to break into the iris recognition part and would like to utilize our 2 patents in that area.
To me this would be a win-win for both companies as EVRM does not have the finances to go it alone and they could share the profits.
50% is better than nothing.
Thanks Cricket for taking notes for those of us that could not listen to the CC today.
I sure hope that Sym gets the Iris technology off the ground with or without a partner. A larger partner seems like the smart choice though. It would be a shame to let the patents expire without taking advantage of the ground breaking technology.
On the STS side of the business it seems like business as usual along with an increase in billings. They are winning contracts but they are small ones. I know all of us longs would like to see at least one multi-million dollar contract that will take us to the next level.
I like the 5 green weeks in a row......let's keep it going.
I have been involved in several pinkies that held CC's to keep their shareholders informed of current and future events. It is especially useful for those companies that have few material events and so is an attempt to keep the investors informed and hopefully to enable them to bring in new investors.
This CC is good news, they are following through on their promises. I will try to listen to it on my lunch break. Now if they can for once deliver a steak dinner instead of a carrot on a stick I will be one happy dude.
$8.80 is my average so I am just so-so at this point. Many catalysts to move this higher next 2-3 months. Looking for much higher prices.
Should be DFW considering all of the connections there to PFOB and 7-11 presence. Anybody there that can check out the 7-11's?
Board and stock very quiet lately, patience is key here. Hold on and we should be rewarded.
