Great, been gone for a week. Had a few "specialist" doing some DD on the "legal" shorts on this stock. Appears there is some short shares available for a short position and there are several that are shorting from a questionable source. The source is being investigated. It wasn't making sense why some noise was avoiding the overwhelming growth of this company with shares being purchased by high net worth individuals. Now it does. They are in a short position. The CEO wasn't aware of shares for short positions being available. Now he is. So is the legal team.

Wrong. I know of 2 that have made it a priority to get this front attention. There are 2 hedges involved here. Corruption at it's highest. Patrick Byrnes is getting involved is what I heard this am. These front people will get attention very soon.

My prediction for spring of 2011.
1) DKAM debt free. Zero, Notta nothing owed.
2) Win of the LIQR lawsuit
3) Dkam shows a 3 cent profit per share in March of 2011.
4) DKAM is debt free. Notta, no owed debt.
5) DKAM launches 2 new beverages.
6) DKAM has a net cash flow of minimum $600,000 in quarter.
7) DKAM pps market value is $1.60 pps after.
8) Rheingold is on tap and selling very well.
9) Company has real cash available from simple bank financing for 2 new launches.
10) Company wholesale market value from product ownership and rights is valued at 35 million.
It's a no brainer, the pps is extremely oversold and after the conversion the price will increase to $1.60.
Get the facts of this company, they are on a new model and the noise is on a different agenda. Period.

It's going to get more interesting when some new investors start buying boatloads Imo There's only 28 million in float. I would guess about 22 million are long term (2 years or more) held by investors outside of any flippers, den, or short term. Maybe more. Now what will happen if say 10 more million shares were bought for long term hold? And the launch occurs and revenues increase substantially and then another 10 million shares are bought up. Yes, there are some serious investors coming in...and they are betting on the future.

That sounds about right. Maybe a small retrace after the R/S, depending on news. Then it will run because the company will likely be debt free and cash flow positive. With the values of the product rights and cash flow from increasing Mexcor sales and Rheingold and maybe some new products, I see it well above a buck. Some folks just won't put the pencil to the new model unfolding.
His history would indicate he did a lot of DD on PNTV. He is very much an expert in market analysis.
Yes, A lot of DD. Very sophisticated investor. That means there are now several high net worth individuals that have done their DD and bought PNTV shares on the open market.

That's right. Very few shares for sale. As more whales come in and buy I suspect they will own most of the float. These look to be ultra long holders of many years. I own a lot of shares and plan to hold for years as the company is obviously in a growth plan to increase revenue with the unfolding of the new technology in the next days and months. If you want volume , then you must be a flipper. This is not a flip stock IMO I am confident the 20's will be taken out and the climb up will continue as high net worth people see the potential. I think most flippers are gone. With a couple whales already in, I suspect others will join them. I expect as revenues increase the pps will go above $1.00 for 90 days and PNTV can uplist.
