Hey Drew.... .46 is a good place to start - .30 would have been better - lol... I'm in a .43..
This company has been around for more the 35 years. It took a beating like everyother company a few months ago. Opec will soon reduce oil production while we will increase oil production.
KOG is in a catbirds seat - BAKKEN. All the companies involved with that area have, over recent years, improved their equipment, technologies and techniques in order to make themselves productive in a more cost effective way. THey are extracting far more oil far more effeciently. That area is expanding quickly and there are many plans for continued expansion into the coming years.
KOG will naturally increase in PPS because of what's mentioned above - further, they have a number of new wells scheduled to come on line very soon - perfect timing IMHO.....
GLTA!!
I believe those of us that are in this are in a very unique position! The timing couldn't be any better. I believe, IMVHO, that in two weeks we will withness something wonderful. Watch GSX too!!
GLTUA
mdavid40 - lol... allow me to rephrase - any guess where we open tomorrow?
Any Guesses where we open tomorrow?
Dave - we know Jason reads iHub. Perhaps the silence means he has too much repect for you to call you and risk being untruthful.
It's hard to be untruthful when silent.
Yes, Happy New Year ALL!!
Happy New Year All!!
Welcome Back Shorty!
As Ralph would say "To Da Moon Alice, To Da Moon!!""
Sammy - it seems to me I was told that Art lived "down the street" - a short distance away. My lawyer at the time lived near there - we met at the resturant/bar a few times to talk.
Submariner? Well, let's just say I've been to the races a number of times> lol
Sammy - I was living in Groton then Gales Ferry at that time -back in the mid to late 80s early 90s. I was born in Hartford. Roger Tory Peterson (the Bird Feild Guide series) was from your area somewhere. I was at his home a few times. He once autographed one of his books for me. Shortly after a litter of puppies got ahold of it and chewed it up - I didn't have the heart to ask him for another.
Sammy, what was the name of the Resturant/Bar Art Carney would drop into? Did you ever see him there?
Correction - The Honeymooners Marathon is over a two day period and there will be 39 episodes on WGN America.
Phil - I am sure I'll have that tune in my head all night now. Earl Hagen, the guy who wrote and whistled that tune, died a few months ago. I may be lousy at investing in Pinks but I'm good and TV and Movie trivia.
Phil - Yeah Jack Web play Friday in "Drag Net"! Man, he was about as dry a character as there ever was!! And his side-kick went on to be Colonel Potter in "Mash". I guess I watched too much TV as a youth!!
dwood - You are welcome. Gosh, watching that video brought back some memories. Some TV station is going to air a "Honeymooners" marathon on New Years Day! All 36 episodes - that is 18 hours!
Art Carney lived in a town in Connecticut (Old Lyme I think) not far from where I once live. There was a small Resturant/Bar near where he lived. Now and then Art would come in, sit down at the the piano, and play a few tunes and tell a few jokes. I had the pleasure of being there twice when he did that. You could tell he really enjoyed himself. He didn't have to be on, there was no pressure to do well, after all he wasn't working, he was just there to have a beer, play a tune or two, get a few laughs and go home.
Happy New Year All!!
LOL.... There really should be a group on iHub for unfounded bashers and NaySayers. LOL...
I don't mind when an intelligent person can make a case and warn others about something based on facts based on real DD. Saying something is a fact doesn't make it a fact. Taking the time to do do good DD and show something to be true is another story.
Bashing anything based purely on opinion is like calling people, who have worked hard for their money, Stupid for investing in something. Fact is, I have felt stupid for investing in somethings but I don't need, or apprciate, anyone else calling me stupid!
So, if you have something intelligent (good or bad) to say - fine. But, if all you want to do is be negitive a beat something or someone down I feel sorry for you and urge you to grow up and go somewhere else.
dwood - here's one for you!! Crazy Guggenheim...........
a few months ago I tried to call his "blackberry" - his phone number now belongs to someone else.
Happy Holidays Everyone!!!
-18 here at my home......bbbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Merry Christmas All!! Here's Hoping we'll all do well here in 2009!!
GLTA
OK Dave. Thanks for the info! Have a good talk tomorrow. And, everyone have a healthy, happy, safe Holiday!!
GLTA!
Chocherita - good job but old news... thanks
Dave - U da man! Thanks for your efforts and persistance. As Phil (Clint) would say "make my day"...
Phil - Clint Eastwood plays Thunderbolt in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot.
Phil's appearance is now uncovered - click the following link.
What range of minister and in what faiths would you consider someone being a preacher?
In what movie was Clint Eastwood a Preacher?
I promise I won't say a word. I'll leave that to you when a young lovely Chinese gal with a new born shows up at you day-care center looking for Phil...lol
Phil - the Truth be told I am 58. Several months ago, while in China, one of the young gals (21) I mentioned asked me "what is your age?" I answered with a question "what do you think my age is?" - she replied "36?" - I replied "Yes!" lol... (this is an example of a lower degree lie, who got hurt? Yet, a lie is a lie none the less)..
So, she thinks I'm 36 and my name is Phil, and that I'm a minister from Texas..lol
Dave and Chef - I'm glad it lightened your day! I find a sense of humor can help get most of us through adverse times.
But I was dead serious about the girls
Dave, thanks for you efforts. Keep up the good work. And I do, as best I can understand the message you convey and appreciate it. As I've said before - you are always the voice of calm and reason.
China Connections - I have lots of connections in China! Professional and Personal. I can't get anything but I can get many things very quickly. A great thing about China is this, if you know one relatively industrious person you are connected to thousands! They network incredibly well and quickly and all of them are dying to make a $.
Are far as lies go. I believe a lie is a lie and a sin is a sin. However, I believe there are degrees of lies. The intent of the lie and the damage it causes is the measure. If I lie and I only hurt myself in doing so then I'll suffer the consequences. If I have no conscience and I lie and gain by it then those I've gained from through the lie are hurt.
We could go on and on about this topic. but I'm sure we all agree it ain't good to lie. But as Pixel and Dr. House say "everbody lies".
SammyTheBull - I caught that post about rules at the other Board - your response was the best I thought.
In regards to who is really who I have come to this conclusion. Dave is Dave and you are you - but, Des is not Des, James and Jason are not James and Jason, Phil is not Phil, nor is Pixel himself either! Frank Caliendo is Des, Phil, Jason, James, and Pixel.
Dave - Phil can have a girlfriend the age of Pixel's. I am older than Phil and I have 2 girlfriends that age. They live out of the country and only think I'm younger because I told them "I" was Phil.
Wyatt I feel the same way... Dan was lucky to get the call. I have a feeling the judges penalized Gono alittle for the the 2 knees to the head so late in the fight! That foul was fresh in their minds.
As far as the shorts are concerned. After Dan got those 2 knees to his head he looked like he needed to change his shorts!!
I think he felt he could coast along against Gono.. Gono didnt have too much trouble taking Dan down but the size difference was against Gono on the floor - a 5 inch height difference and 6 inch reach difference is a big deal.
Yes, he'll need to be sharper and stronger against Markham.
Juke - I suggest you don't ever tick the guy off! lol
Markham took advantage of Farber's one big flaw. When Farber throws a right punch he would gives his back away, which makes him lean too far left then he takes a split second too long to recover. Markham timed one of those perfectly and Farber wound up getting knocked out instantly! He was out on his feet and went down like a sack of potatoes - h-ly s--t!
I'm sure Hardy has studied that fight many times. Markham will be tough. But these guys are getting better and better at training for specific fights.
I am very curious what kind of Marketing BBDA will do around this fight and during the fight - any ideas or guesses?
Hardy's fight with Markham should be a good fight. I wish it was in Vegas instead of London though.
I just watched the Hardy vs Gono fight. With his Height and reach advantage Hardy should have handled him easier. Gona really got even with Hardy for the 3rd round groin kick with 2 knee to head strikes while Hardy was down - OUCH.
Last night I watched UFC fighing. Consistantly, as the camera panned around the octagon, I counted at least 6 guys who were standing on the outside of the Octagon holding bottled water. Our promoting bottled water in this sport is a good idea. Maybe Piranah could dole out some complimentary water at some of these events - esspecially the big matches. It would be nice if they could get a logo on the floor of the Octagon too.
Hardy seems to be a very good sportsman and spiritual too. He seems very Good for the sport and good for BBDA too. Good luck to him and to us all!!
Thanks for calling Shehzada! ANy other info you can share?
Wyatt - Ok, I see. I also expected more of a campaign than what was announced. So, in my mind, if they've fallen at all short on any of their promises it would be the ad campaign.
You're right, it's best to wait 'til after the new year anyway.
Thanks!
By the way, has anyone talked to Adam lately? Any word from him?
Wyatt - have I missed something? Not a bash just a question.
Werent' we promised, in other words, a major national ad campaign before the holidays?
Dave - lmao! But he may go on to say ..................
"Oh Yeah, and one last thing - why does everyone always complain about the lack of transparency? Everyone can plainly see I never do anything I say I am going to do! Isn't that transparency?"
"remember the video games I was going to deliver?
And all the ecfl mergers I was helping to orchestrate from behind the scenes - how may of those came true?
And, how about rolling out a new Market99 every 3 to 4 weeks - how many of those came true? 0, nada, zip? Now there's transparency.
Oh yeah, and our spokesman, where was he? You never saw him did you? That's because he was transparent too.
But you gotta admit, I did deliver on one thing - the cute shopping cart gal!"
Thanks Phil
