Praise the Lord and God Bless !
Did the buy-in notices just hit.......?
Or is that some maker cheating ........?
"All we have to sell is fear itself...."
This morning's strategy session
when the trading took a break.......
Here Today, Gone to Maui.....
Joe K came up with that one...
Aloha and Mahalo........
"By waiting till late Friday, or better yet Monday morning to release the PR, (both 'pay up' & 'instruct to cover') its too late for the temptation to be effective. Between now and Friday, with out any PR, the MM's think this is just Pinky BS and continue to short the stock into the ground.... Then bang!!... the snare is tripped..."
This is the plan all along I'm thinking........right on Blue....
"A man is not judged by his actions in times of comfort and convenience, but in times of trouble and controversey" MLK
Somebody still does...........
...And don't fret, it was forecast to be dark before sunrise......
.....who read the quote from the CEO......?
......."I'd be crazy if I only gave a ten cent dividend..."...
.....and thank the Lord, you are not on the buy-in notice.....
.....that's really something to worry about.......
....too many holding for .10 divy, won't sell here.....
.....short again, of course.......
......that's why the divy and the audit.......
It wasn't theorhetorically speaking, it was fact as explained in the original post.....
The Broker did have so many clients in on this genius idea to keep shorting down to oblivion with all his clients accounts, he had to reject his clients pleas to cover, that he couldn't afford to start buying. It would adversely affect all his other accounts. He's still real and out there....be careful. Anyways, not all this broker's clients even understand totally what they were in for.....
You think pennyland scams are good, try an aggressive broker know-it-all who knows how to get the approval eventualy from their clients. Ever watch "Boiler Room" I suggest tonites movie of the week if some of you think your broker is such an angel.....you'll especially love the part about the industry's slogan about women clients;
"Don't pitch the Bitch."
There's plenty of agendas to go around........and when brokers swap short positions over night, they avoid these REG-SHO lists report requirements......
They've been doing it since REG-SHO started to cover the $400 M + in Naked Shorts that could never be covered......early this century.
REG-SHO was to solve that problem of what to do with this pile of sh**ts, I mean shorts and so the LAW allowed them through your Law makers in Congress to just pass it on, stinkie and all, everynight from one MM to another I have no clue for how long, years. To me, the most incredulous part is the explaination for this REG-SHO exception for over $400M of shorts not to be covered was;
"Because we don't want to create an artificial short squeeze....."
Can you believe that but shorting to death is ok?
Point is when my Broker, Walter, the real guy, not rhetorical, called to get the several $100k he lost in my account leaving me with a negative balance well over $100k, I told him I had no assets that were liquid or even attachable by him legally and thinking about it today, now, I have just had an epipheny that I was an unwilling naked shorter at that time and I ain't the only one out there.........
My agenda is so clear. I own and I was born on the day Patrick Henry said those immortal words....."I don't know what course others may take, but as for me, give me dividend or give me my shares....."
Painful ain't the word fur it........
He got called into his office the next Monday and ordered by the Branch manager of the International brokerage firm that he had to cover immediately.......
the stock went from .25 to .65+ in a matter of a couple of hours....
Personal true experience and that's why the real culprit in all this, imo, is the regulator who said....
"Sure you can sell something that you don't even own, it will help liquidity......"
Laughing bittersweetly to myself, not OL........
Yea, my broker had his father and ten other people short millions of shares. I had already told my Broker :
DO NOT SHORT, THE LIABILITY IS UNLIMITED.......
He fought it every which way on the way back up even calling up during the Conference Call to try to bash the great company news.......
I couldn't believe my ears......trying to question the companiy's ability to maintain revenues and I'll never forget what he said sitting there with my broker on the CC, and having the CEO say to everyone listening......
"Sounds like somebody shorted the stock!"
He was desperate because he couldn't afford to start buying back even when I told him to because he had so many people short including over $100,000 of HIS OWN FATHER'S money tied up....
Thank God I had a witness when I yelled at Walter to CASH ME OUT three times.........
Not trying to rub anything in any broker's faces, just to let those of you who may be worried today know that the bounds of worry on those with heavy short positions, and they ARE out there, are endless....so smile, relax and know YOU"RE NOT getting a buy-in notice!
I asked mine. He said he would check but based on the current turnaround, might be looking like they just did receive their buy-in notice. Don't worry. That jewel is on the way and you'll be so Happy you didn't get one of those with a million plus short position like my broker did once.....I'm thinking.......
Just felt Green today.......what's two hundred bucks amongst friends..?
650 shares, that's what.
Thank you.
And Nice 250000 !!!!
Here is my SEC complaint excerpt of the day.....
Following confirmation from EIGH Co Executive today...
"The company's transfer agent verified all issued regular (common) stock, certifying that all 138,824,700 regular shares were accounted for in the register, with 5,000,000 restricted shares out of a total of 143,824,700 issued common shares. The report also verified that between the dates of August 22 and September 30, the number of shares bought and held was 51,839,151, with a trading volume for the period of 63,185,590 shares.
Subsequent to the report, the company undertook a sample audit of 545 accounts, correlated to their clearing or brokerage firm. These accounts showed a current held position of 82,745,008 shares of 8000inc common stock. Further assessment identified significant short positions, (>10%), within this sample. Of the total number of retail shares that they purchased, 29,581,931 common 8000inc shares, bought and held in trading accounts, are yet to be allocated to the various market makers and or brokerages. These figures were measured against the absolute certified stock report for 8000inc prepared by the company's transfer agent. Notably, the short positions identified are attributable to less than 65% of the recorded retail share purchases of 8000inc common stock of this sample cohort and do not include stock purchases by the market at large.
8000inc are confident that as an OTC.PK corporation, non-reporting and with the dividend fast approaching, a resolution to these findings is imminent. The Board has and will continue taking appropriate advice in this matter. It is of paramount importance for the Board of 8000inc to safeguard our shareholders and their investment. Further statements will be issued immediately to our shareholders and the market as more information is reported. "
As a stockholder, it shows tremendous colusion when stock price drops as more share are taken at the ask, and at one point a few days ago, 4 or 5 MM's were asking the same .271 on EIGH and PNTV, same group including the above MM's and HDSN.(A rather odd ask, don't you think for a buying crowd unless you didn't want price to go up cuz you so short, munchkins look large) Since there has been reported inconsistances with some brokerage houses do you think you could do something like investigate and force naked shorts to cover? JUST WONDERING ABOUT REGULATION AND THE LAW WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT YOU GUYS CALL THE WILD WEST. Thanks for your immediate correction of this unequal and manipulative price fixing and naked shorting allowed by a few who can by just swapping the names on the shorts at night to different MM's so as to avoid the 3 day rule having to report on the Fails-to-deliver log. Nite Trading is on the ask and bid on these stocks today at about the Same Time??? PNTV and EIGH! So who's looking out for the stockholders?
Cooper
Badass American still rockin?
CEO, Directors must perform to get the Mil?
$1,000,000 debt off balance sheet?

Packs of bottles.........BRILLIANT!
You can count me in for $100 a week alone.........
Cuz maybe he thought you were gone?
Now we got farcical talking about farce.....lmykwo...
"So, therefore the quarter on quarter and year over year results will be that much greater in percentage terms..."
Still holds true........thanks for the heads up and support, Sneak.
And the Norman's is a newbie, baby.
Morning, Drinks fans........it's Friday!!!!!!!
Here's to a positive day........
"GREEN, GREEN, GREEN........again!"
"GREEN, GREEN!"
And there's oxygen in the air.......
Sorry you can't see the potential. You haven't been exposed to the entire position of the company today and therefore can't comprehend the whole picture and neither do can I. However, it takes capitulation and puking sometimes to get the scared money out of the stock and get to a price where you buy at the "low" and try to sell towards the high. That potential with future increased revenue, Q reports with high percentage increases because of comparibles back to this last two quarters won't take much to crush, or as they're talking about Chase today, "knocking the cover off the ball."
This is just one of the things that makes this Drinks of America stockholder and buyer excited. The BEER is way to exciting......the potential, STAGGER BOMBING What do you want for seven cents?
With dollar cost averaging, starting slow and hitting it hard down here, it won't take a lot of movement to start wondering why I listened to the doubters and didn't buy more back in October. I wish you no malice. I am not excited about WAMU but I don't go over there and comment about they're money. I just don't do things like that.
Have yourself a nice night.
Why bother?
Wow, O.....denial is the first stage, man! Go Dogs!
Doesn't always work tho, uh O? Ask the Browns......
HERE'S YOUR SIGN...
Probably when every single icon and agent and director and CEO signs off on it.......
Go ahead, Make My Day.......
May have to check out a Red Wings game, eh? More good news will get this puppy rolling.....stay tuned.
Certainly, a base then and these new sales numbers look great and will improve quarterly. The Range will grow to the point where we'll be signing: "Home, Home on the Range...."
Probably not this week but you know how my experience is.
As soon as I sell, everybody starts buying and that won't be happening here with me. No,I won't sell for you, lol.
By May, things will be a lot clearer, sales will be reported significantly higher and I know then if not sooner, I'll be glad I had the stamina to not only hang in there with all the consternation I read but to also add to my position. Anyways, hope it works out for you, too.
Have a nice nite.
Look's like a PHOTO FINISH WINNER today.
Where's all that selling pressure from all those extra shares............not.
3 sells since 10:30..........3100 shares....$ 265......maybe that new gelding got depressed when he came out of the gate and heard, "They're off"
And to what porpoise?
Answer: Flipper
You're right on, Rudy. Think the reported numbers will be more significant than the PR. Glad to see the growth being reported. Revenues will go along way to a profitable road. How's things on the left coast? Hear anything about the BAB, yet?
Ok, first trade 40k at the bell....and they're off.
Up 20% TODAY!!!!
Average 3 mon vol 279,000

Bet we have a lot more...
Smashing and have a g'd day, eh?
Serious, but there's someone else, too who can really
run the charts. He's posted here before.
I'll try to get him to post something for us, if possible.
Good luck with finding this gem here at this price.
Yes, but I believe he's sleeping in London........
