Yah it is incredible!:)eom
From my understanding from participating in past dividends from other companies you have to hold through the pay date or else you lose your right to the divy. It (the divy shares) must be fully accredited to your account before you can sell.
lmao good point. I do notice the older I get the harder it gets for me to go without sleep. I will be one of the first people to admit that I am not the healthiest person alive atleast as far as my sleeping habits etc. go but for some reason I still don't get sick very often at all.
The President of Colombia only sleeps four hours every night. I personally also sleep very little and work for extremely long periods of time and I am still very much alive and kicking. It is not unusual for me to be up for well over 24 hours without even so much as a nap. My record is literally 3 days without any sleep at all. I also do not get sick very often at all. I could be around sick people all day and still not catch anything. Everyone's body is different and some people just happen to need more sleep then others. It all mainly depends on the person and there own body.
My dad's record is 5 days straight without sleep in a combat zone before he retired!!
Just a general thought not directed at any one poster.
I agree:) I think things will get better with time and I can't wait until that day comes!!:)
(NEW)James Monroe Capital Progress Report
Saturday February 3, 10:31 am ET
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--James Monroe Capital Corporation (Pink Sheets:JMCP - News) has been in talks with multiple companies regarding possible ventures. Principal shareholder Taylor Moffitt commented, "I've got a lot of equity tied up here, and while I'd like something to happen ASAP, we shouldn't just throw some junk into the company and do it half way. Considering the assets the company has in ONYI stock and real estate, we don't understand the low stock price, but we intend to do as much as possible to maximize value."
The company has been in talks with multiple ethanol and biofuels companies, a gold mine, resort developers, franchise chains, and several other possibilities. CEO Chris McGovern said, "Whatever we do, we have to make sure that it ends up making our stock more valuable and liquid. A suitable business must meet all of our business ethics standards, be approved by our financial advisors, and be well-received by the public. I've been very busy working on paperwork for ONYI, but I will enjoy being available to devote more energy to help see the success of James Monroe Capital come about as soon as possible, while still being selective and responsible with our company's future."
Moffitt added, "No matter what happens, Chris and I will remain shareholders and remain available to help ensure the success of OUR company."

I believe ONYI would have to file one due to them being OTCBB but probally not USSE I would think.
Amazing! The industry is really staring to take off. And couldn't be at a better time!:) Also thanks for the update my cable is out at the moment so I can't turn CNBC on:(
Don't let the price get to high because I can't buy any USSE shares for a couple days yet lol j/k
Will have to buy on a dip:)
The smaller plants are going for around 1.6 million dollars.
Around 1.6 million eom
Everyone is gonna hate you for that one lmao
Gentric you make a very great point! There could be huge future problems later on down the road if they try to create to huge of a monoply.
Thank you:) And I agree I think stuff is gonna start appearing clear very soon. I think things will be great for all of us in the long run and I can't wait until everything takes off!:)
When the CEO and top managers of a company decide that they want to do a merger or acquisition, they start with a tender offer. The process typically begins with the acquiring company carefully and discreetly buying up shares in the target company, or building a position. Once the acquiring company starts to purchase shares in the open market, it is restricted to buying 5% of the total outstanding shares before it must file with the SEC. In the filing, the company must formally declare how many shares it owns and whether it intends to buy the company or keep the shares purely as an investment.
Very well said!!:)eom
I agree with Kip!:)eom
They can announce a record date whenever they want and don't need an 8K before doing so. But they do need an 8K before announcing a pay date. Also if they have acquired a shell yet then they can't file an 8K until the shell is fully acquired. Because they will have to state the name of the shell in the 8K. It's not as easy getting a shell as people may make it seem even though there are several companies claiming to sell them. A lot of shells are dirty and have many legal and debt issues still attatched to them so they have to be really careful and dig through a lot of shells to find a clean one. I have to go shake and bake some pork chops but will be back asap:)
There has to be an advanced notice of the pay date from my understanding. But the record date is set by the company itself so no advance is needed (concerning record date only). The record date was Dec. 1, 2006.
One of the biggest problems USSE and ONYI face is legal issues. They pretty much have to do everything the lawyers say. They may want to go ahead and file all the 8Ks as fast as possible but they can't until the lawyers say it is ok to go ahead and do it. The dates usually aren't set until the 8Ks are filed and then from there everyone will get a notice of dates. Your questions are very valid and there is nothing wrong with asking.
Buying an OTCBB shell is a lot more expensive then a pink sheet shell. There for a lot of companies start on the pinks and if they are good determined companies then they try to work there way up. The process is very expensive and can take quite a bit of time to happen.
Someone else with a sick sense of humor like myself:) Welcome aboard! lol
Big ouch! That will hurt.eom
The mayor and other people might end up like Martha Stewart if they are not careful! Good Luck All:)
Your welcome anytime:)eom
Diversified Ethanol's ticker symbol is ONYI because they just recently moved to OTCBB land and haven't changed the symbol yet. Diversified Ethanol used to be a division of James Monroe Capital Corporation (JMCP)
Thank you very much:)eom
Can't wait to buy more shares!! Atleast as soon as I can.
www.onyionline.com still down as well.eom
Maybe consolidating websites? Which would be good because it would make it a lot cheaper in the long run instead of paying for several domains.
Awesome post! Thank you King:)eom
Yah as well as with: grain sorghum, Wheat Straw, Barley, Potatoes and lot of other stuff as well can be used to make ethanol. As long as ONYI continues to work on researching and creating newer technologies then the potential for ethanol is pretty much unlimited. With the combined technology of USSE and ONYI we can create fuels with just about anything imaginable:)
Can anyone reccomend good sellers that they have personally used themselves? Thank you!
He is only refering to corn and not other ways to make ethanol. He is partially right corn does suck the nutrients out of soil and is ruff on the ground after a while. My family and I have grown corn in our garden two years in a row now and the crop does require a lot of care. But that doesn't mean that ethanol can't be made out of other stuff.
Thank you all for responding about the sellers it will help me a lot!:)
Anybody else on here actually used http://www.gidassociates.com/products.aspx before
I know it is listed as a reliable seller. But I just wanna double check and verify as I am considering buying though them. Thanks!
It's great that I see some familiar screen names on here.!:)
Your welcome:), no sadly I don't get to talk with him very often. He has been very busy working really hard trying to make sure the company does well so I try to stay out of the way as much as possible and just let him be so he can concentrate on the important stuff. He is a really great guy though imo if you ever wanna talk to him just send him an email and I am sure he will try his best to answer any questions you may have. Non-public information of course. I have dealt with a lot of management and CEO types before and in my opinion he is the most honest one I have ever had the pleasure to talk with. But then again that is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt.
I'm not selling either:)eom
