One of the biggest problems USSE and ONYI face is legal issues. They pretty much have to do everything the lawyers say. They may want to go ahead and file all the 8Ks as fast as possible but they can't until the lawyers say it is ok to go ahead and do it. The dates usually aren't set until the 8Ks are filed and then from there everyone will get a notice of dates. Your questions are very valid and there is nothing wrong with asking.
