Yeah...That post doesn't even deserve a reply...
bb
yes I do. Do you know how to apologize to Little Red?
bb
Do you think CNOOC LTD would get upset if we used their symbol, CEO? CIG,CSSO,CEG,and CW are also taken...
bb
Then the dividends could buy you a pile of Hartcourt shares and you would still have all your shares to collect more divvies next quarter. But if waiting, and waiting for HRCT is what floats your boat, then wait...
bb
Not really that difficult Tin. Of course that would depend on what you are looking for. If you are looking for a quick turnover, then a bit of careful research is necessary. Long term investments in companies with a profitable history and sound fundamentals are the way to go. We've been waiting for Hartcourt for how many years? I think Hartcourters are capable of long term holdings. And some of them even pay dividends. The OTC is not the way to go IMO. Some OTC's do make it to other exchanges, but most just flounder along...like Hartcourt. To each his or her own. I've had GIGM since 2004 and it has made me big bucks. Same with FRO and the dividends from Frontline have paid for my investment in it alone. Also NEW and NFI have paid healthy dividends. Holding them for the divvies can be rewarding and more than make up for the fluctuations in the shareprice...but that is just me. I like to make money from my investments. You should give it a try. Little risk and nice rewards...
bb
"If we wait for HRCT to put out a PR before we can post i will have to blow trhe Cobwebs of the PC."
...I thought the "NEW" Hartcourt was going to be shareholder friendly. I'm confident that they will educate us as to what is transpiring in Hartcourtland. Aren't there some acquisitions in the works? C'mon, have some faith. Or if you have any money to invest in a real company, do so. Hartcourt is not the only company that is publicly traded. Try NYSE or NASDAQ listed companies. You will be surprised at what is out there...Your welcome
bb
24 years of existence. 13 years listed on various exchanges, and this is all you can come up with? Seems there might be more to the Hartcourt saga. Wonder why shares trade for under a nickel?
bb
History

Hey ec, I'm curious too. Please elaborate on this good chance, cuz I'm having a hard time grasping the reality of that statement. Thanx in advance for your time...

bb
ok mark, I'll do that. You wait here...
bb
I hope you are wrong about that. Thinker had a large pile of shares if he bought everytime he stated so. A Lot of it done in the .30 area. I remember him happily proclaiming that he "punished myself and bought more"...He deserved to be around to see if HRCT fulfilled his wishes for himself and his family...Good luck to you in all your ventures...
bb
I hope thinker is alright too...I don't really care about a s/m but I do think it would be a good idea to let us know what is happening with HRCT's business, even if it is negative. We have a right to know, considering what has been happening...And yes I do realize that HRCT is OTC, but do they have to prove it? Heck, some info pertaining to the 2003 filing just might be a reason to buy shares...for some. For all we know, Carrie could have been sitting on it doing nothing the whole two years. Now she is gone and where are we? She told us it would be ready by the end of May. Is it just sitting on her desk waiting for someone to get it to the SEC? Doesn't seem likely to me...but what do I know. Peace
bb
There is no big deal. I answered weske's query with my opinion and you and your buddy decided to answer me. Why? Just answering weske with your opinion would have sufficed, but that is not your way. You and I didn't need any debate. I know where you stand and that is your business. Where I stand is mine. Why does me giving my opinion bother you...and ez and shovel? Just cuz it differs from yours? That's what makes the world go 'round...Learn to tolerate others and you will be happier in all your actions. We ain't all the same...
Do you think there will be a shareholders meeting this year? Or a pr letting us know what is happening? What happened to Thinkerman? Seems odd he would just stop posting here as he was a believer in Hartcourt's management. Curious minds want to know. Now you have a reason to address a post to me...Enjoy your weekend...
bb
...They say the same thing about you. Doesn't mean a thing to either of us...If weske looks at the chart, he/she can see that the trend is down. If he/she waits to long, HRCT may not be around to invest in. You wouldn't want him/her to miss all this fun, would you? Besides, I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this stock. Not now or later...or follow my advice either. DD is not done on a message board...
bb
And you think that is a valid reason for weske to buy in at this time? That is the topic of this thread before you guys changed the direction of it. To bad you can't change Hartcourt's direction as easily...
bb
Not a boy and not little...but do keep up the attack. How has Hartcourt made you money? Enlighten the board please...
bb
Take your own advice ez...quit yer speculatin'...your actions could be construed as a personal attack, but who would delete your posts? That's ez...nobody...
On a serious note...What happened to Thinkerman?
bb
ps...Been over 22 years since my last taste of alcohol, so hope you don't mind if I ignore your advice. There are better things to do for your heart and mind...
...If I had only invested in Hartcourt, my life would be miserable. That is not the case...Show me where I have posted my buys and sells in Hartcourt. I can't remember doing that...but I do remember you repeatedly saying you have enough Hartcourt. But at these bargain prices? No way...This is a MB and that is all. Why can't somebody post an opposing opinion from you or EZ and not get criticism for it? What are you trying to do here? Veil the truth about Hartcourt's performance. They might get it together, but the odds are stacked heavily against them...but if this is what you guys want, then here...Weske, this stock is about to take off. Management has all the ducks in line and are awaiting approval to proceed with a NASDAQ listing. 2003 filing is almost done and now is the time to go all in before you get left behind...There. Is that better? Now you can delete my other posts...Thanks for your patience and understanding. You guys are the best...
bb
I answered a question to the board. If you didn't like it, delete it. Your a monitor...You seem to have a thing with Wine and Whine. I think if you didn't drink so much, you wouldn't cry so much. I really appreciate the way you monitor this board and always seem to be around to help out ol' Tin. Shareholders meeting this year? Yes or no?...
As for me whining, you are wrong about that too. I'm laughing and amused by this board...You know, some people expect a retun on their investment. How have you done with Hartcourt? Wipe your tears and tell the truth...or delete this post...
bb
Now there you go again, interpreting to your satisfaction, and being wrong...again. The money has evaporated due to the decline in shareprice, which in turn is due to the irregularities and inconsistancies of Hartcourt's management. I have my original shares, but did trade this stock years ago when it had the volitility to make it worthwhile. Now there is neither the volume nor the fluctuation in price to make a dime. You are the most faithful supporter of HRCT. How about you tell weske when you last invested any of your own money in HRCT. A staunch believer like you must be taking advantage of the current shareprice. Don't know why you would try and mislead someone into thinking things are going to turn around. How is that arrangement with Shanda doing? I've written Shanda asking them why they would affiliate themselves with Hartcourt. Suggest you do the same...
bb
Why should you invest in Hartcourt? Well, for one, the most you can lose is .033 per share. For two...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, doesn't seem to be a second reason. Guess you should look somewhere else if you are looking for an investment. May I suggest looking into companies with a consistant business model, management that has been faithful to the company, growing revenue and profits, low P/E, and perhaps even an increasing share price over the years. Use a stock screener and see what you come up with. Bet none of them will produce Hartcourt...Been in Hartcourt since 1999 and I have yet to see them complete anything, and now we have an interim CEO while we wait for a new leader. I have lost all of my money invested here, but fortunately I have recovered that cash by being more careful with later investments and now receive more in dividends 4 times a year than I have lost in Hartcourt. Good luck to you and do come back every now and then to read this board. Some real characters here. They still believe that Hartcourt is about to turn the corner. Oh yeah, that reminds me, there still is a minor SEC matter about a 2003 filing that seems to be an impossible task to get done. Our last CEO, the cute Carrie H, who spent her 2 year reign telling us the 2003 filing was getting done. But she was mistaken and has resigned and left us for greener pastures. Maybe you should go to this years annual shareholders meeting, if they have one. Some here seem to look forward to that event...
bb
Seems they have done what Hartcourt has done, only faster. Why put shareholders through years of hope, promises, and disappointments. MKAC got it all done in less than a year. Enjoy your wine...A toast to Morty... Adios, we hardly knew you...Most likely, he came out better than anyone else in this deal.
bb
Doesn't matter who it is. When they do settle on a new CEO, I am 100% positive that it will be just the right person to lead Hartcourt toward a NASDAQ listing and completion of that 2003 filing, for the duration of the contract signed. I'm hoping for David Chen to return. Never a dull moment with DC at the helm, and he has to be hating things over at MKAC land. They haven't let him do any dilution since the merger and Hartcourt is just sitting there waiting for dilution through mergers and acquisitions. Who cares about history...
bb
Are you sure she said or meant May of 2006?
bb
I said she was ON my side, not BY my side. Are you trying to get me in trouble? LOL...
bb
Getting closer to my mad money buy price as the days, weeks, months roll by. Carrie is on my side...
bb
...The rest will take care of itself..
That's what Webb Wilder said/wrote. You can find the song on his 1991 c/d release, titled "Doo Dad". If you can listen to Junior Brown, you can handle Webb too. He is far from mainstream, but you guys in Texas may be familiar with him already.
bb
Howdy...back from Hong Kong and the New Territories and a great trip, 'cept for a little problem at the Mainland border. Damn Commies lack understanding and a USA passport doesn't mean much to them without a Visa to go with it. Consider myself fortunate to not be rotting in some Chinese jail. It was my mistake and I should not have tried to reason my way in. Bad decision on my part...ETLK seems to be offering promise, but I'm not unhappy with my decision to sell my shares at 3 cents. MKAC seems to be having some problems getting off the ground, pun intended, and I await the dilution Chen is so prolific at. Hope Morty can keep him under control and I am glad I sold my dividend shares at 4 cents, no matter what happens. And it looks like I came back in time for yet another buying opportunity before Carrie gets things done and her efforts are rewarded by an increasing share price and institutions start buying up all available shares. Will I be a buyer here? Not a chance of that happening. I'll never be a buyer of another company listed on OTCBB or the Pinks, and haven't been for years. I just want to see HRCT get it together so I can sell the shares I do have that is representative of the time I have held them and the lies, I mean the failed intentions the company has said would be accomplished...Soon other stocks I'm in will be paying dividends worth more than my Hartcourt holdings, and I'm happy about that...
bb
no Phil Simms?...
bb
ok...but the holidays are the last 4 days of the month and that's when I'll be there, plus a little before and a little after...gonna be fun for sure
bb
Chinese New Year is during the last 4 days of January...
bb
my net was 100% profit, and equal to the gross...no complaints from me and selling was hardly what I would call an effort. You still wishing bad luck for me? If so, good luck with that...
bb
Looks like me selling at .03 was a catalyst for ETLK to take off. Congrats to those that hung in there and don't forget...I also sold my FLTL shares, so that stock should start to move up also. Where's my thanks for my sacrifice? I regret to inform you that I have no intention of selling my HRCT holdings, so HRCT will have to improve its s/p on its own...
bb
Really? Going to .39? Thanks...I think...
bb
Just didn't want to see it in my portfolio anymore. Certainly wasn't the .04 I was trying to preserve. Sell 9 shares, borrow a penny and I can mail a letter... If they get it together, there will plenty of time to get back in. For now it looks good from the outside. Things do have a tendancy to move up once I abandon, so good luck to those that hang on, and I hope you do get shares of MKA Capital. You deserve them and they have to know that much...Still got Hartcourt and no plans on dumping that anytime soon...
