Why should you invest in Hartcourt? Well, for one, the most you can lose is .033 per share. For two...hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, doesn't seem to be a second reason. Guess you should look somewhere else if you are looking for an investment. May I suggest looking into companies with a consistant business model, management that has been faithful to the company, growing revenue and profits, low P/E, and perhaps even an increasing share price over the years. Use a stock screener and see what you come up with. Bet none of them will produce Hartcourt...Been in Hartcourt since 1999 and I have yet to see them complete anything, and now we have an interim CEO while we wait for a new leader. I have lost all of my money invested here, but fortunately I have recovered that cash by being more careful with later investments and now receive more in dividends 4 times a year than I have lost in Hartcourt. Good luck to you and do come back every now and then to read this board. Some real characters here. They still believe that Hartcourt is about to turn the corner. Oh yeah, that reminds me, there still is a minor SEC matter about a 2003 filing that seems to be an impossible task to get done. Our last CEO, the cute Carrie H, who spent her 2 year reign telling us the 2003 filing was getting done. But she was mistaken and has resigned and left us for greener pastures. Maybe you should go to this years annual shareholders meeting, if they have one. Some here seem to look forward to that event...
