How does the swells, currents, water depths and other natural phenomena affect the process? I’m getting more curious about the whole process. There’s got to be periods of better water visibility.
Revisiting a topic that I have brought up twice but has been not addressed by Sir Hedge, I have decided that perhaps the best solution is to make the it a single point and make the questions simple.
Here is the quote that I am referring to and am attempting to understand the foundation behind this declaration.
72722
“The platform is an unpatentable shallow water ROV built around readily available third party sensors. “Even the “alleged” machine learning algorithms touted by SFRX are not a new idea and are being used by many other providers of subsea survey sensors.”
I would love to know the answers to the following questions. Please share them with us as we are looking forward to reading your answers soon.
1. is this your quote from a post 72722, on the investors hub board, specifically sfrx?
2. Have you ever seen this “shallow water ROV before?
3. How close physically have you come to the “shallow water ROV”?
4. To be clear, is this “shallow water ROV” is in fact the same as the one pictured on the sfrx website, facebook page ?
5. Now, you have made several claims about the “shallow water ROV “ in this post. Would you agree with this statement?
6. Have you ever seen the inside workings of the “shallow water ROV”?
7. If so, please share the date(s), time(s) of this examination.
8. How did you get your knowledge about the algorithms that you make mention of in your post?
9. What exactly are these “readily available third party sensors “?
10. Since they are so readily available, and you know what sensors they use, I would think that you would be happy to out the system in the “shallow water ROV”
By the way, I can’t make off the cuff conclusions like some people so I am going to do some due diligence and read it through. Thanks for providing the information.
Thanks for not responding and defending your position. You need a new play book. Honestly, if you can’t defend your position, you’re not fooling anyone reading the posts by changing the subject. I was surprised that you didn’t somehow bring up worm poop again. Why do you demand a response when you don’t do it yourself?
Next, we need to examine the concept of expert. This board is the free expression of information that given, and as such, I imagine that the public following the forum would expect truthful information.
Now, if someone has posted that a company is a scam, a fraud or something similar, one would expect that they would have rock solid proof that what they are saying is true. These terms carry enormous weight and enormous liability.
Scam, sham are have a wiggle room for what they meant. Fraud doesn’t. Won’t bore the board with its definition. But if you call a company a fraud the you better be 100 % sure.
News flash, I have read all the links and more and I have news for you: Guilt by and because of association and assumptions aren’t proof of anything. And, it’s doesn’t make you guilty just because your best friend is a drug dealer. If you don’t know, then you’re not going to jail because they find your fingerprints in the house.
Now, changing directions, what about some one who has been posting daily for years and years and years. Correcting people, establishing that they are the expert on the subject. Does that make them an expert? Does that matter if they are or are not an expert? The real question is by posting as an expert have they taken on the mantle of being the expert? Don’t know.
But if they post misleading information about the company, for example, the companies technology,
Now, if they posted something like this:
“The platform is an unpatentable shallow water ROV built around readily available third party sensors.”
Unpatentable. What was he saying? That he knows what technology is in this equipment and he knows that the technology is not unique, in fact it is “readily available third party sensors “
“Even the “alleged” machine learning algorithms touted by SFRX are not a new idea and are being used by many other providers of subsea survey sensors.”
Alleged. His quotation marks, giving emphasis to the statement,
So, what affect does he want the reader, the stockholders to take away from his post? Positive or negative? And how does he know anything about the vehicle or its software? I can’t find anything about the software, innerworkings or anything. So, why does he make such statements about something he doesn’t have any knowledge about? Don’t know. He’s the expert.
Where to begin, I am just trying to figure out the story. It is interesting enough that I have been sucked into it. Purposefully misleading repeatedly on a stock bond has a certain smell to it. Don’t you hate it when you come in and start smelling something? Check your shoes!
I’m having fun collecting peoples misleading statements and thanks to the post to “read and learn”, I’m going to check out some more people’s posts as well. Now that I think about it, I’m going to see how everyone is “connected” , in league with each other. Three obvious ones, but I am just getting started. But, unfortunately, I don’t have any standing with regards to bringing anything officially since I have not been harmed. But, I will certainly be able to help out if needed. So, I am not saying that there will be any legal action. Never have. Just observing. Taking notes.
What is the reason for the the “bashing” ? They must have a reason.
Are the very people who are saying that the company is pumping the turd actually pumping the turd? Don’t know. Pure speculation.
February 28, 2023 Shajandr states: read and learn. I took a look at both links and here’s what I found:
December 31, 2018 posts revealing:
According to Shajandr:
1. “It (Sfrx) will go to trip zeros and basically stop trading - maybe some days 2 or 17 shares will trade so an MM can keep the ticker alive. But it will be No Bid x 0.0001 soon.”
Just how accurate was he?
2. “Re: hedge fun post# 4921 which was “Can anyone explain the 60% drop in.... the price per share (DUMP)"
(what I learned is that Sir Hedge and Shajandr are joined by the hip (it’s a figure of speech hedge so you don’t need to misconstrue the words) obviously they are hostile witnesses and have similar goals .
This was the response Shajandr gave:
“Sure, happy to. SFRX is a scam - a typical Huffman pennyscam. These are all he does.”
(What I learned is that Shajandr has published in public, a statement that possibly could be construed as libel against a public company.
Just to be clear this is what he is saying:
Webster Dictionary defines:
1. Sham noun? that which deceives expectation; any trick, fraud, or device that deludes and disappoint; a make-believe; delusion; imposture, humbug
2. Sham noun?a false front, or removable ornamental covering
3. Sham adjective?false; counterfeit; pretended; feigned; unreal; as, a sham fight
4. Sham verb?to trick; to cheat; to deceive or delude with false pretenses
5. Sham verb?to obtrude by fraud or imposition
6. Sham verb?to assume the manner and character of; to imitate; to ape; to feign
Having been over six years since he made his claim, of being a sham and that they are really “still pumping that turd” If it had proven, wouldn’t the SEC would have done something about it by now.
It was interesting that I did find a judgment against someone who posted derogatory information about Sfrx.
To be continued, …..
“Hard to grade a coin we can’t see……. ??Just sayin’ FW62.”
I never said that you could hard to grade a coin you could not see.
It’s RC62 and I never claimed that treasure was under worm poop.
“ Must be mint condition by my standards“
82786 quote from hedge
What must be mint and what are my standards?
So, is that all you have? Make something up? Amazing, if you can’t argue, then poison the well. Wow. Amazing.
Regarding the worm poop, Don’t know. Don’t really care. If you have not looked under it then how do you know that it is not there? I don’t know why you are so fixated with this one location.
I’m pretty sure that the company has not just been sitting in speed boats just over the worm poop. I would have to quit regardless of how much money they paid me. It’s been what two years, five years…. I don’t know. It’s been long enough, eh?
Anyway, it’s hard to swallow that people who work for them for how ever long are still doing it. What do they know that they can’t say? Like I said, maybe they are just fishing, waterskiing, sunbathing, drinking beer, smoking pot, searching for treasure or any combination of those things. Got news for you, I don’t know. You don’t know. We have to come to our own conclusions.
If you have not already figured it out, I don’t like it when people are misleading others. Bait and switch, straw man and other misinformation are not good things. In fact, purposefully misleading is, well … not recommended.
Got news for you, if you have to make stuff up to prove a point then it’s certainly clear that you don’t have one to begin with.
I’m glad that you have go to cards when challenged: worm poop and poison the well …..
I’m glad that it seems to work for you. I’m sorry to say that only you could believe that it works. Nobody else does.
Have not laughed this hard in years. Thanks
Wow!!! Hedge goes for the trifecta and the Pom poms are waving madly!!!! It’s been verified. Congratulations!!!!! Sir Straw Man!!! Fireworks? Indeed very warranted
So, the devils in the details so just follow along
What Trueblue said:
He’s dreaming if he thinks the silver coins can’t exist and can’t be in great shape!!
Problem being, he is not talking about all coins!!! Does he say ALL? Nope swing and a miss.
It’s referring directly to your comments about
The possible conditions of coins that Sfrx may find.
So you then go ahead and make your statement:
Lighten up Frances. No one said silver coins…… ??can’t exist. ??Here’s a grade 1 coin turned into a piece of jewelry. ??Grade 1 and the assayer and date aren’t visible.
Problem being, he doesn’t say what you claimed he said!!!!
Amazing. Can’t believe that really happened
I so love this board I need the laughs
Wait, breaking news! Sir Hedge has presented a form documenting coins found. Something that can actually be evaluated. Can it back up his claim? Pom Pom waving Hold on, the form only contains information on location and not condition. So, we are still in the hearsay department. Premature with the Pom poms Sir Hedge.
Pontificating about hearsay doesn’t prove anything. Except that you grasping for straws and again demonstrating the straw man fallacy. Let us pretend that they exist. We don’t know.
But again, those “supposed” coins are going to be exactly what the ones Sfrx will find. Ummm, how do you know? You don’t. You can’t.
More straw man from Sir Hedge! I see that you’re keeping up your disinformation agenda. Let’s see if you can actually fool people with it. I’m guessing that you aren’t. You really should have gone into politics. Clinton has nothing on you …. I did not have 5ex with that woman ….( Just her blue dress! ) and define is are being overshadowed by your prowess. I didn’t think that was even possible.
So, here we go. Sir Hedge aka the straw man in post 72852 states that these “trinkets” were found in the Pulaski wreckage. (Bonus points for providing visual evidence in the photo provided)
True of course, but wait for it …. Since they were in the water only 186 years then OBVIOUSLY, to the straw man, anything that is 470 years must be worse.
Hmmm? Where did the Pulaski go down. 20 miles from the search area? 100? 300 hundred? More? No way? Come on Hedge… you forgot to mention that it was off the coast of North Carolina!!! Why’d you do that? What are the chances that the sand, sea, sediment will be different? I’m going out on a limb to say that they are very different.
So, the classic straw man argument is exposed. You can not make any claims, conclusions, about what state the silver is in Florida or for that matter, anywhere because you don’t know!
Trueblue’s got a beautiful picture of a coin in very good condition. I’m not sure why the straw man didn’t mention that. I’m the featherweight according to Hedge, but I believe that it would crush his argument.
I sooo love this board
Volume is amazing
Some of favorite best of Hedge
No heads on the boat??? (that's a toilet)
What was put on the ship determines how a valuation is made.
Real salvors develop research files and look for specific wrecks.
A salvage boat with proper equipment is the most efficient way to salvage.
Who all has made his “you’re a good fit for the room” club?
I won the bet!!! I bet that Hedge would not respond to any questions and would pick up on a speculation that I made and make it his focus!!! It’s priceless indeed!!! Well, actually it is a steak dinner so about $30 bucks
My apologies Sir Hedge, the heavyweight, but since you have named me featherweight, lightweight, you will take my status into account, have you answered any of my questions?I’m going out on a limb that you have not.
Also, sorry for driving your argument regarding the silver to the absurd. You tend to not clearly state what you mean. So since you have made it clear, what percentage of the silver is in the degraded state? And, more important, how do you know?
My caveat lector is that I don’t have any experience with archaeology in any way. A featherweight. I’ve come across this company, its website, facebook page , and this board. I’m also an avid reader and rather have enjoyed reading the back and forth between you and what you call the longs and the brainwashed. The company concepts are very interesting and I hope them well.
You are a self proclaimed skeptic who loves to pop bubbles and demand proofs. In short, a hostile witness. Yet, when asked simple questions, you don’t want to answer them.
Are you still implying that treaties are never abandoned? Never been amended?
I love that you have the legal prowess that dismisses appeals, equates two totally different companies with different goals so that you can make conclusions for the court.
….. “How many patents does SFRX have?”
I’m curious. Do all archaeology companies need patents or is it just SFRX?
Why would they want to patent it? So the Chinese can steal it and build their own? I’m not sure what the purpose of getting a patent is. Are you saying that they are going to begin manufacturing “the toy”? You, yourself stated that:
……. “ The platform is an unpatentable shallow water ROV built around readily available third party sensors.”
How do you know this? Have you seen the ROV up close? What sensors exactly are involved? To claim this information you must really have studied the schematics! Give us the scoop, please.
…… “Anyone experienced in the industry will tell you that a multi year program focusing on either Juno or Melbourne indicates a really poor selection of shipwreck targets and exhibits their inability to work in any type of water depths beyond scuba depth. “
Is that in scientific journals, books or magazines? Define experienced please. Who are these experts?
…..,”If true, which is definitely in doubt, it wasn't a valuation, it was an assumption. Neither the size of a nail or even the size of a ship determines the value of a cargo. What was put on the ship determines how a valuation is made.”
I’ll be glad to let them know.
….. “Real salvors develop research files and look for specific wrecks.”
Amazing! And if they run across a wreck, while looking for that specific wreck, what should they do?
….. “Speaking of the tech, where's the data to support waiting for two years on the permit? SFRX claims it works. How do they know?”
I’m guessing that they know because when the “anyone can build one” sends a signal to the computer on board. If it is interesting, then I would think that they get coordinates with the intent of exploring it hopefully sooner than later.?
…… “Finding treasure and a media deal are both material events, so SFRX would have filing requirements if either occurs. ??Plus, the two research vessels (speed boats) aren’t big enough for divers, archaeologists, camera crew, etc. They’ll need a much larger vessel to accommodate. And don’t forget security.”
I’m pretty sure that they are on top of that.
…… “I am a skeptic. ??The speed boats they have been using of late aren’t salvage vessels. Not even sure what’s up with the speed boats. ??No heads on the boat??? (that’s a toilet) ??A salvage boat with proper equipment is the most efficient way to salvage. SFRX doesn’t have the proper equipment. I “assume” they will use that as an excuse in the near future. “
I’m thinking that the boats are for waterskiing or fishing. Or, perhaps they are examining radar hits and placing markers. I’d like to think that they were actively targeting hits, marking them and making it easier to find when a salvage ship is needed. Establishing a wreck debris field track would be an another possibility. Since they have been unable to do any salvaging, I, the lightweight, would have been concerned if they were out there in a salvage ship. Waste of fuel, and so forth.
Glad to know you know what a head is. That must be one of the criteria to be a heavyweight.
I soooo love this board
So, you know that if the treasure is found and seafarer requests to make an underwater archaeological excavation with the goal of “not plundering “ the treasure. Allowing the artifacts to be placed in museums, that Spain and Florida would absolutely, unequivocally deny that because Sir Hedge has predetermined that just can’t happen. Underwater archaeology would be amazing, but it just won’t happen because Sir Hedge knows how it works. This featherweight bows down to the almighty Hedge
Did I mention Florida being wrong as well? Nope.
I’m pointing out that you don’t know what the response from Spain will be. You throw down your wild card and pretend that it’s the game changer. Game over. Sorry, I don’t buy it. And for you to claim unequivocally what will happen, is per usual for you. Nobody knows. Admit that. But you can’t. I’m not sure what will happen.
Let’s see.
I never said I was a “you’re a self-professed hedge expert”. You did. Why did you do that? Oh, wait, if you can throw me into the mix then you can attempt deflect my questions.
“Silver degrades in salt water. That’s a fact.” True, enough, but you’re implying that it’s all gone.
You build the straw man argument then prove your prowess by knocking it down. TKO by Sir Hedge!!!
Rut ro, wasn’t a knock out …. What about silver that gets buried under sand, mud, whatever? Is that gone as well. How do you know what happened to the silver? Proof please.
When did Spain make you their spokesperson? I’m confused. Have they told you that it’s not going to happen? No other options? No negotiation? 10-90, 20-80, 30-70, …
Again, bring out the straw man and TKO Sir Hedge. I’m not the one claiming that I know exactly what and how Spain will react. You are. Hence, proof please.
I’m not the one that has given any opinions. I’ve only reflected upon your comments that I just pointed out that you have yet to provide evidence for your claims. Definitely believe that you are an able politician who has yet again deflected the question of where your evidence comes from. You’re the one who’s making outrageous statements and my calling you out for you to provide evidence still stands.
I apologize to Sir Hedge and the board. I realize that I am new to this adventure and after reading tons of past posts I have concluded that I have confused Sir Hedge’s fascination with expertise. I mean what qualifies someone to be an expert in evaluating turds? Perhaps it is only a fascination. A master’s in Biology with a specialty in turds?
I’ve read that Sir Hedge has a problem with someone’s toy …. So, what direct knowledge does Sir Hedge have with it? Has he seen the schematics? Has he seen any of the test results? And what degree in engineering does he have? He never mentions any concrete facts, but he looks deep into his toilet bowl and suddenly he knows all about the toy … He says, with authority, that it doesn’t work. How exactly does he know that? Proof not poop please.
Sir Hedge is quick to point out the law and unequivocally makes conclusions based on his knowledge about past cases… where did he get his law degree? If he had, he would know that every case stands on its own merits. According to Sir Hedge, it’s a lost cause. Probably thinks O.J. really was not guilty.
I was particularly impressed by his claim that if silver was lost in the site that it would have been destroyed or something like that … how does he know that? They found a coin that looked pretty intact to me. A silver real. Hmm, but if you follow Sir Hedge, it’s all gone now. So sorry. Move on. Did he look deeply into his toilet bowl and watch the silver degrade? Yes, silver in contact with salt water, over time, will do this. But, I ask you, Sir Hedge, how do you know that has happened? Proof not poop.
I’m new at this and this is my honest opinion about Sir Hedge’s fantasy about seafarers future.
Well, the amazing, the astute, and the all knowing turd examiner has spoken and must be acknowledged for their ability. I hereby and forever acknowledge that they are indeed the king of turd knowledge and as such I am limiting their expertise to the same. What fertilizer penny stocks should we be buying Sir Hedge? Your constant inputs remind me of my kids complaining about scraping turds off their shoes.
