My apologies Sir Hedge, the heavyweight, but since you have named me featherweight, lightweight, you will take my status into account, have you answered any of my questions?I’m going out on a limb that you have not.

Also, sorry for driving your argument regarding the silver to the absurd. You tend to not clearly state what you mean. So since you have made it clear, what percentage of the silver is in the degraded state? And, more important, how do you know?

My caveat lector is that I don’t have any experience with archaeology in any way. A featherweight. I’ve come across this company, its website, facebook page , and this board. I’m also an avid reader and rather have enjoyed reading the back and forth between you and what you call the longs and the brainwashed. The company concepts are very interesting and I hope them well.

You are a self proclaimed skeptic who loves to pop bubbles and demand proofs. In short, a hostile witness. Yet, when asked simple questions, you don’t want to answer them.

Are you still implying that treaties are never abandoned? Never been amended?

I love that you have the legal prowess that dismisses appeals, equates two totally different companies with different goals so that you can make conclusions for the court.

….. “How many patents does SFRX have?”
I’m curious. Do all archaeology companies need patents or is it just SFRX?
Why would they want to patent it? So the Chinese can steal it and build their own? I’m not sure what the purpose of getting a patent is. Are you saying that they are going to begin manufacturing “the toy”? You, yourself stated that:

……. “ The platform is an unpatentable shallow water ROV built around readily available third party sensors.”

How do you know this? Have you seen the ROV up close? What sensors exactly are involved? To claim this information you must really have studied the schematics! Give us the scoop, please.

…… “Anyone experienced in the industry will tell you that a multi year program focusing on either Juno or Melbourne indicates a really poor selection of shipwreck targets and exhibits their inability to work in any type of water depths beyond scuba depth. “

Is that in scientific journals, books or magazines? Define experienced please. Who are these experts?

…..,”If true, which is definitely in doubt, it wasn't a valuation, it was an assumption. Neither the size of a nail or even the size of a ship determines the value of a cargo. What was put on the ship determines how a valuation is made.”

I’ll be glad to let them know.

….. “Real salvors develop research files and look for specific wrecks.”

Amazing! And if they run across a wreck, while looking for that specific wreck, what should they do?

….. “Speaking of the tech, where's the data to support waiting for two years on the permit? SFRX claims it works. How do they know?”

I’m guessing that they know because when the “anyone can build one” sends a signal to the computer on board. If it is interesting, then I would think that they get coordinates with the intent of exploring it hopefully sooner than later.?

…… “Finding treasure and a media deal are both material events, so SFRX would have filing requirements if either occurs. ??Plus, the two research vessels (speed boats) aren’t big enough for divers, archaeologists, camera crew, etc. They’ll need a much larger vessel to accommodate. And don’t forget security.”

I’m pretty sure that they are on top of that.

…… “I am a skeptic. ??The speed boats they have been using of late aren’t salvage vessels. Not even sure what’s up with the speed boats. ??No heads on the boat??? (that’s a toilet) ??A salvage boat with proper equipment is the most efficient way to salvage. SFRX doesn’t have the proper equipment. I “assume” they will use that as an excuse in the near future. “

I’m thinking that the boats are for waterskiing or fishing. Or, perhaps they are examining radar hits and placing markers. I’d like to think that they were actively targeting hits, marking them and making it easier to find when a salvage ship is needed. Establishing a wreck debris field track would be an another possibility. Since they have been unable to do any salvaging, I, the lightweight, would have been concerned if they were out there in a salvage ship. Waste of fuel, and so forth.

Glad to know you know what a head is. That must be one of the criteria to be a heavyweight.

I soooo love this board
