From what I am gathering it is a private entity that has partnered with Stanford and a few other not-for-profits. They have had a lot of activity recently and made several partnerships over the past few months. Kind of in line with CUBV time line
Other possibility of the name is that it means "Function R" which is computer coding. That may make more sense especially that the recent reports all indicated they are exploring software initiatives.
Who knows at this point. Only saving grace is it is affiliated with Stanford university which means it has its network and more importantly…money. Still anyones guess
Here is the Twitter page
https://mobile.twitter.com/FUNRScience
Well here something that I just found. Another possibility is it is a biotech company associated with Stanford. Check them out on Twitter too looks as if they are partnering with Stanford in fall 2022. A lot of recent activity too. It’s call FUNR Lab

319 shares. Looks like today there are a lot of mm signals. Recent trade was for 700 which means move the price up. Something is going on as we have not seen mm signals in a while
Agreed, a mm signal of 1000 may have just posted with the latest trade. For those that are not aware of the meaning it is a signal to other mm to not let the price run
Going with what we know, quarterly reports state they are exploring a mobile app company. Ethan checked “other tech” instead of “construction” on form d. The quarterly report also states they are affiliated with Vesl, llc. Vesl llc is a software consulting company using oracle applications. US headquarters for Vesl are about 40 minutes from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Coding for oracle is based upon function r. Their new name is FUNR which could mean function r. All evidence points is pointing in that direction.
Needless to say, it’s anyone’s guess at this point. Right now every guess is vying for bragging rights on what it actually will be.
Volume is very low today so they can drive the price down if they like. Not enough interest at this point as there is only circumstantial evidence of a possible merger. Price may be volatile on some days today is a prime example. Rack today up as a loss.
Another theory why Ethan is taking a salary could be that he is no longer an equity holder but the new company needs him to stay on until they are organized. In essence they are licensing his name for $2500 a month
I am not sure if Norward was legitimate
Form D is filed on Edgar
I don’t think so and it’s also required to put on Form D what your last name was
It’s on Form D that they filed today
That is the one in Fort Collins, Colorado. It is about 40 minutes away from Cheyenne Wyoming where Cubv/Funr's registered agent is located
They do have to file according to rule 506(b). Not really sure what to make of it other than that they checked "other technology" as the industry group. I think that is a clear indication that they have something in place.
FYI Ethan just filed an offering to raise funds for a salary. Key take away from this is that the under "industry group" they checked "Other Technology" I find that very interesting. Also, note they did not check "Telecommunication technology"
here's the edgar filing:

Who knows at this point, lol that is only my guess. I can't find a silver bullet connecting them all but they have an awful lot of similarities (i.e. software, telecommunication, IT consulting and engineering, etc.) and all have the same name.
I would respectfully disagree. VESL is actually a global outfit having connections to United States, Singapore, Philippines, India, Africa and Canada. I found that the Singapore outfit has at least one US patent. Also, they handle financing for smaller companies. Assuming that all of the VESLs are interconnected somehow.
here are the ones I think are interconnected

this article also mentions that VESL is also in the telecommunication business which may be the link to AC tech, another telecommunication business

I am relatively confident that if sent a PI out we would find a connection between all of these players from each company.
They would also need a few months to set everything up into a holding company.
he's a paper pusher, former SEC counsel. Known for filing papers and keeping companies current. He does not handle in mergers and acquisitions like Indeglia, so that may be a good sign. If all they need to do is keep the filings going he would be much cheaper.
On a side note, filings keep mentioning affiliation with VESL, LLC. The new attorney is in Florida and VESL LLC also filed in Florida right around the same time VESL filed in Wyoming, about a week apart from each other. Should be noted that it was around the same time we saw all the changes start to occur for CUBV (late march 2022). If it is the one I am thinking of, they are a software company. That means, they will likely able to hide their tracks very well on the internet if they had to. Needless to say, that can be a smokescreen as well.
Finally, 4th quarter is right around the corner, they may wait until after October 1, to announce anything.
That happened a few weeks ago
Never used that tab either, glad that I am eating my own words
They can post all they want but n Twitter only place it truly matters is on OTC and as of the time of this post, it’s not there.
Your guess is as good as mine
It’s not otc it’s the stupid federal govt that feels they know better how you should invest your money than you do. Their hands are tied because of the recent laws enacted by Congress. Probably the reason they keep getting knocked to yield.
The address is related to something that Eddie Norward filed and I question whether he actually had authority to do so. It makes no sense to register the company in California if you were only to change the name a few weeks later. Its better to file it after the name change.
They have been making regular changes on OTC, you figured they would have added him as a director or an officer by now. Management seems to be on top of things, why not add him? I find it suspect, IMO.
not really IMO, the company itself has many facets, and some have their own corporate identity as well. It is possible, again this is just speculation, that the FUNR will be a holding company for all of them.
One positive note, is that the same security attorney for CUBV filed VESL in March 2022 just around the time CUBV started to morph. This is a good sign as he is a well respected security attorney and he merged with an even bigger security law firm in July. Bigger law firms do not typically merge or consume smaller firms unless the attorney can bring in quite a bit of money and clients.
One con point, A couple of variables though, Eddie Norward has a couple of software companies as well, still would like to know what his role is here. He scares me, cant find a good track record on him but my mother always said that if you don't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all. lol
After review of the two filings, I would agree with your assessment.
Fingers crossed that if it is VESL, a company in Fort Collins, Colorado, they have ties to the Lithium business.
Either way, I agree they are making every effort to make this PC. Even if there is not a merger at this time, there is a lot of value to having a clean shell.
It’s not just a ups store at that address
Feeling hopeful… like most I was extremely puzzled about the name change. Outright baffled. Then began thinking that all the reports indicated the new managers were exploring software companies. So I started to do some google searches. FUNR May mean Function R a common tool in software programming. Did a tad more research and learned Oracle uses Function R programming for some of their applications. I pointed out once before that VESL, the company noted to have ties to CUBV, was connected to Oracle in some way.
Keeping my fingers crossed here but this is only a guess.
Sometimes private companies (usually bigger ones) don’t want their competitors to know what they are doing or possibly put a wrench into things so they create rabbit holes
The new attorney did not have much to go on since the previous attorney screwed it up. They tried to re-argue but Judge was not buying it. So they fell on the sword and cut losses. Smart move, would have cost double to litigate
That’s what I’m thinking as well. On another note looks like sharp litigation is over. CUBV didn’t even submit a response to challenge attorney fees
It’s the old toys r us symbol but don’t get your hopes up on that I believe they are under another company vornado realty trust
I also want to know who Katherine Willis is, she signed the change of address with Wyoming SOS.
There’s no symbol change yet
No they have been here for a while Marc indeglia joined glaser weil in July and formed Vesl in March in Wyoming that has the same address as cubv address that was updated yesterday
Your guess is as good as mine!!! FU and run maybe? lol maybe they are giving us all the finger at this point? lol
I really have no guess on this one
Name change just posted on Wyoming SOS new name for CUBV is "FUNR". It is stamped for August 24, 2022. Anyone's guess as to what FUNR stands for. Address change posted yesterday signed by a "Kimberly Willis" I have not heard that name yet
It’s defunct…symbol is dark has not been operational in some time. I don’t think they have any employees. Their Arizona filing is littered with delinquency notices
