I would respectfully disagree. VESL is actually a global outfit having connections to United States, Singapore, Philippines, India, Africa and Canada. I found that the Singapore outfit has at least one US patent. Also, they handle financing for smaller companies. Assuming that all of the VESLs are interconnected somehow.

I am relatively confident that if sent a PI out we would find a connection between all of these players from each company.

They would also need a few months to set everything up into a holding company.
