It needs to close above the trigger for it to be considered 'triggered'. Even then, the 'trigger price' isn't a magical number that catapults us. It's just an average short sale price.
badandy - It's the belief of many here that PMCL has been a victim of naked shorting. There's 23M shares short with only 12M in the float.
Can someone please provide a link to or paste the PR that is being referenced. Thanks in advance.
Also, the pps is closing on the 200MA on the 30min chart. Nice.
With the drying volume and stabilizing pps, I'd venture to guess the float is nearing being completely switched to stronger hands. If we get one stable, solid green day it could trigger the run. All IMO.
PMCL.........Here we go! EOM.
Feels like it, but no. EOM.
With any luck, someone will be running naked in the street tonight.

CHNW - Broke 50MA on strong volume. Looks like a nice bottom play. GLTA.
Well, yes.....buys/sells. Think of it as the number of shares that have traded hands. If you think of it as the number of buys, you also have to think of it as the number of sells. For every buy there's a sell.
Good morning all you complete strangers.
Boardmarks up to 60. EOM.
Oil, call the number in the ibox. The IR guy is more than willing to shoot the breeze with you. Didn't give me the impression he had anything to hide. Came across as a good ole boy oilman to me. Invited me up from OKC to 'kick the tires' at their wellsites. Since I wouldn't really know what the hell I'd be kicking I don't think I'll go, but it was a nice reassuruing feeling for him to make the offer. FWIW.
OT - the mention of OKC was for peanut butter tainted with salmonella (sp). We always make the news for such great reasons! I had a jar from the tainted lot in my pantry, and had already used it, but didn't get sick. So I guess all of the jars in the lot weren't bad.
I spoke with him also - - - a sidenote on your post and for everyone's info.......the o/s increased by 6-7 Mill due to the financing for the Dark Treasure acq. So, it was for a good reason, not because they're diluting for sh!ts and giggles.
He said they sold the shares to existing investors that are 'safe' investors that will hold the shares and not dump them. Either way, even if they were sold to the general public, it was to finance a great acquisition, so I'm good with it.
Also, when the weather breaks (I live in OK and it is beginning to warm up today) they'll be able to flush out some of their wells and settle them into regular production. Once that happens (usually takes a few days to flush a well) they'll give us a total companywide production number. We can expect that within the next couple weeks. That's something to look forward to!
Looks like we may have run out of sellers. Hopefully those on the sidelines will take notice. EOM.
LJ - That's on the Ball lease, not the Smith lease where the 246.7MM in gas reserves are. But, yes, they could get gas from the same well. A well can produce oil and gas simultaneously. Whether or not it is, I don't know. I know they are producing both oil and gas from some, if not all, of the wells on the Ball lease as referenced in this 12-5 pr.
"Six of the eight wells are in the de-watering process, which should take about 30 days before the bulk of the natural gas in the formation will become marketable," said Company President Larry Sanford. "The remaining two wells have flushed 700 barrels of oil before each one settled down to five barrels of oil per day, along with 40,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas," he added.
But it's impossible to say if the well producing 31bbl/day is also producing gas.
Can't be too many to dump. We've gone through the float in the past two days. I'm thinking patience will pay here. Folks who were part of the sub .05 volume starting Jan 22nd taking profit now. With all the volume in the past two days the entire float is changing hands. They'll want to hold for gains just like us. Consolidation and maybe a bit of shorting too. I'm fine with either/both. All IMO.
LJ - I think spot prices now are around $8 per thousand cubic feet. I also think spot prices are about 10% higher than wellhead prices - so wellhead's around $7.30
They gave the reserve on the Smith property at 246.7 million cubic feet. That equals a value of around $1.8 million.
I'm by no means an expert though.
Thanks kewl and MWM for that info. That's great news! EOM.
