LJ - That's on the Ball lease, not the Smith lease where the 246.7MM in gas reserves are. But, yes, they could get gas from the same well. A well can produce oil and gas simultaneously. Whether or not it is, I don't know. I know they are producing both oil and gas from some, if not all, of the wells on the Ball lease as referenced in this 12-5 pr.

"Six of the eight wells are in the de-watering process, which should take about 30 days before the bulk of the natural gas in the formation will become marketable," said Company President Larry Sanford. "The remaining two wells have flushed 700 barrels of oil before each one settled down to five barrels of oil per day, along with 40,000 cubic feet per day of natural gas," he added.

But it's impossible to say if the well producing 31bbl/day is also producing gas.
