Certainly nothing is impossible. However, in order to live the impossible I think we need two significant things accomplished.
1- Even though this may come through Coroware, bottom line overall company revenue growth pattern and visibility on assurance for revenue sources.
2- Whether through revenues or alternative debtor/investor, paying off Cornell debt.
Especially the first one may take another two quarters to see being established.
The day when we see these two checked as 'reached', INRA will be something people want to own.
Spin, to comment you on...
"how many others can you say contributed even comparable quantity and quality of information regarding this company?
"
the answer is 'None'!
Give Ceasar's right to Ceaser, you are absolutely correct on this. You have digged and found things as no one here on this board would be able, from the during days like ABB settlement (good old days) and many things after that.
Aside from revealing things for Wiesel management, I just hope that given your vast knowledge and ability to reach details, you can focus on the company's own position in terms of potential and future, if you believe it still exist today, perhaps even more clarity now with the resignation of WW from active management.
Gee, Innova, in terms of hope and excitement, where we were and where we are now in less than a year!
With regards.
Thanks for clarification, yes, I meant 'Autonomous'. Appreciated the attention and positive thinking, yclip.
I would expect this correction from Mr.Spin first though! I guess he choose to dig for negativity only, which I am fine with that also, as he represents the another side of coin. As long as any posting contains substance or some material to discuss about, I welcome.
All aside....ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WE HAVE SHARED SAME DESTINY. I AM SIMPLY HOPING THAT FUTURE IS TO REWARD, AT LEAST HELP TO RECOUP OUR TIME, MONEY AND ATTENTION WE INVESTED ON THIS.
WISHING HAPPY NEW YEAR AND A BETTER YEAR TO EVERYONE HERE...
Regarding your quote Spin, lets see what ‘anonymous’, an Innova employee thinks about those people’s comments!
You wrote:
perhaps we should ask the former Coro employee who left recently (after less than 6 months), and according to that employee, there was "no room for growth." of course, more than a few people have left that company in the last 6 months or so, giving us more than a few to choose from.

This stock has enormous potential, in my opinion due to a couple of different factors. First, INRA's intellectual property alone is worth more than the current market capitalization; if this company was doing so poorly that it was forces to liquidate the company, an outside company would more than likely see it as an attractive M&A opportunity. Second, if the management is serious about protecting and licensing this intellectual property, we could see a significant rise in revenue, and profit potential. Third, the robotics industry is an immature marketplace, with immature technology. The fact that this company is out growing its intellectual property portfolio and trying to bring new technology in the fold is a prudent move. Fourth, for no other reason to hold this stock for long term was the acquisition of coroware. In fact, I bought into this stock after reading about Microsoft Robotics Studio, and Bill Gates article regarding robotics. I sought out public companies that were involved in robotics, and found coroware, which as we all know is a close partner with Microsoft. I am holding due to the potential of Coroware, because if I based my decision solely on the financial health of this company and their balance sheet I would have never bought. I too have lost money so far in this company. But I will also say that I just recently picked up another 10k shares at this bargain price.

It will be interesting to see how this news and also after tax-loss selling season will play out altogether in early 2008.
Looks like WW has as-you-go incentive on patent and licensing revenue thing, which make sense to me. It was assigned to unrelated, unexperienced persons in the past and there has been zero progress so far, just a talk and announcing PR, that was it.
We will see how WWless Innova will be like and how far it will go going forward.
It was obsolutely in the air that discontent and mistrust amongst some investors in negative tone and reaction was high against WW, which might have caused pps fallback in last three quarters of 2007. Who knows, maybe this news may turn some investors' confidence with the company back and support the stock price!
Folks, this deal does not take Cornell financing away from the current situation, by the way.
I personally would like to see two other things to happen. One, is change in current debt financing to more a respectable source and the other is continuous revenue growth qtr over qtr in order to assuring pattern.
Our one day dream of hefty government contract, NASA, Microsoft deals and even a take over potential would certainly be great if happens but would not be dreaming reasons to get good return out of this if this company manages sustainable growth.
HOPE and MATH
In one message, Spin had mentioned that it would take 20 fold to be at pre-split prices. True. No one is able to argue with the math.
If this company starts showing what it has been promising and also reassuring the investor confidence, here is brief math how to get there:
From a penny per share to 20 cents (just the level before reverse split), it would take…
- just 4.5 days with 100% price increase
- 7.5 days with 50% price increase
- 12 days with 30% price increase
Looks like a long way now? Normally, very true.
But, thanks to power of compound interest, it is mathematically possible.
The question is will Innova management deliver what this company is about and bring us back there and beyond?
everyone here... I am wishing you all Happy Holidays and Happy & Healthy New Year.
As far as our common interest, I am so looking forward to see several positive things to ripen in the next year, including being cash flow positive company finally. Also, I cannot wait to see tax-loss stock sale season coming to end, too.
Hopefully, we and this board should have happy, excited days like once but very short time we had experienced in March 2007 during/when lawsuit settlement was officially finalized.
We could, in fact, should be a takeover target.
But, lets say we are because of Coroware alone or altogether with the value of RWT licenses , etc... how is it going to effect the shareholders given the fact with these depressed share prices? If we are bought out, is it going to make pps valued at 10, 20, 30, etc cents?
Nice article. Giving us hope and some level of assurance.
Coroware is doing its job as almost everyone agree here. Thanks and Congrats to entire Coroware team.
It would be a nice thing to have if Microsoft would highlight Coroware's efforts and indicate its position where it stands MS Robotics's goals and/or in entire technology.
Meanwhile, still no word or progress update as far as RWT, licensing, legal initiatives, etc.
kids..kids...stop it!
Unbelievable! You all have same common interest.
Why dont you turn your energy to some of the positive things Innova has! If you believe there is no such thing, than just move on. This place is for sincere interest or feedback, not neither for bashing nor pumping.
INRA turned out to be not a good investment of my choice, but mostly timing! Because I would say the opposite if I had invested same amount of money just now instead of two years ago. However, I dont feel like my money is gone or scammed. As I have been saying all the time, we have company and management making many mistakes but we have a working, money earning, involved, engaged company and one way or another but potential in future.
Joe, and everyone reading this...
Surely INRA is not a 'hot ticket' item as you referred but it certainly kind of a company who does not deserve this type of treatment in the market. This is a company increased its annual revenues multiple times in the past year, quarter after quarter and potential and strong ties.... then, its stock price goes opposite.
Dont you folks think this is not what it is supposed to happen? In other words, what is happening, WHY and WHO is/are doing this?
In my own belief based on my search and observation, it is about either or combination of following:
1- Stock goes down due to huge Cornell financing pressure
2- Stock is intentionally undersold by a person or interest group in order to halt and take over the company because of its current intellectual assets and potential know-how in robotic business
That is my bottom line feeling. I am not scared with what is going on but this is very upseting and frustrating and I believe, depsite some mistakes Innova has made in general, based on revenue performance, connections and potential, this company and all its investors DO NOT deserve this.
Current CEO, Walt and rest of the management have to do whatever it takes to change current debt structure (with Cornell) with a respected equity partner or another financing alternative.
And, stop the nonsense.
EXACTLY. That is how I think as well. I have been investing many years by now. I made some, lost some. I cut my losses over the course of those years when I believed the performance of a stock will never get back to what it was and moved on. There are times I walked out with a fraction of what I invested. In this case,
I did not sell even a single share. If I knew we would see levels, it would be opposite of course but certainly would buy back again. Instead, I add more as much as I can. It may weeks or couple of quarters but I betting that INRA will have its days. And, will be center of attention in IHub world again, as it has been a short period back in last March prior to ABB settlement news broke.
Nasa took (I guess, couple of) successful deliveries last year. Microsoft is happy with Coroware. And, MS is not the only client of Coroware. Lloyd is a real robotics person coming from this business, working hard and very closely with stakeholders at Microsoft and with others in the industry. He is personally very nice and knowledgable about the business. I think, his expertise, connections and business acumen are essential reasons to expect progressive, strong growth continue to come from Coroware. As an investor, I had given him my blessing/personal endorsement when I had met him during Robotics Convention in Chicago last June.
Despite its mistakes, fallback, shortcomings, etc., this and many other things make me to continue my faith on Innova in general.
add one more zero to your example and you will be right for my latest addition.
I thought, if I believe this company/stock certainly will be doing better than currently, why not take advantage of today untill it come back to my breakeven and expecting to exceed that.
Althougt the smallest but I think, that was the best move amongst my entire venture.
Sometime opposite thoughts become rightful at the same time... I give credit to both of you, Canadian Scott and yclip.
Scott: You are right with 'take your pick' thing, which none of us deny. Comapany made 'many' mistakes, took wrong steps. You know what, I wish not but they may still make a few more. However, intention is there, to be successful and more importantly by being a real company in the scam full of penny stock world. Despite some peoples continuous attitude here in this board, Innova with all its mistakes, is a real company with real entities and tools on hand. I am not saying this the best investment at any point but it offers more upside than down, especially now.
yclip: You are right and I join you on your perspective. We investors in Innova look forward despite the past, because company does look forward and I respect their efforts to do better things for itself and shareholders.
I may be getting 'factual' critics but these are my sincere, without intentional bash or pump my thoughts and feelings regarding Innova.
Very true, robmon. That is the ultimate bottom line of all kinds of discussions. Basically what INRA needs is tangible, sizable revenue related happening (announcement) that will help pps to propel upwards.
How much will be based on the dollar amount. This would also provide assurance amongst current and potential investors regarding the sustainability of Innova as an entity.
Otherwise, pps appreciation will be depending on a trend in each reported quarterly financials, if revenue exceeds what was previously realized and turning into cashflow positive is imminent if not realized. This would certainly be helpful in stock price but to recover from previous levels (of mid 0.20s), it would take at least another two quarters in my opinion.
As Rodeo put it nicely lately, many things are imminent, or potential to say the least. Contingent upon happenings of one or more things, picture of INRA price can change very suddenly.
Yes, if/when this happens, real beneficiaries of these levels will be the new money! What I mean by that is either new comers or us the veterans who would/could add new positions (fyi, I already did) at these almost comical prices. I think, this is ironic to think about.
To let you know, yes I am disapponted, yes I am frustrated by what we all have experienced but I am very much faithful regarding Innova/INRA's future.
anonymous... please help me to understand... Because, I never ever understood so far how such a so-called high potential robotic business company cannot find an alternative debt or private funding to pay off Cornell?
Aside from what it appears to be almost absolute that Cornell is the one behind long lasting deliberate stock price dragging by underselling INRA share, this act also has contributed very negatively for all potential INRA investors not wanting to buy shares.
As far as I can see, Cornell debt is about $2M. As I agree with you, these amounts are chunk change in world of business. Even a private investor or investment group convinced for Innova's potential especially on licence and Coroware prospects can easily payoff this ill Cornell debt situation. This would be not only payoff the debt for better terms, also would lift the negative pressure and increase market cap back to levels as before or at least between 15-20 cent per share.
I am really puzzled how Innova management could not have success finding an alternative debt/funding to payoff Cornell so far?
-----
For everyones information... I have not sold a single share of my accumulations since summer 2006. Instead I said what the heck and almost doubled my holdings by taking advantage of recent 2 cents a share.
This thing is like a gamble. No explanation as to why it happens in relation to company. One week 2 cents and the other almost half of a cent!!! It’s got its weeks for good and hopeless.
Pretty interesting zig zag. It does not even deserve to call it volatility.
I have an order for 0.65 a cent, set to be filled whenever. I think, I am being generous.
Folks, when time comes and no one is out there to buy at sub-penny, I will be there to buy yours.
INRA vs INRA
I chose to remain quite and just watch. And, this will continue to be this way for sometime.
Perhaps taking a little break, I could not refrain from commenting and sharing my personal thoughts after the latest 10Q.
Looking at the financial performance lately, I cant help to think that INRA has HOPE.
Quite frankly (to share with all of you) my assessment, therefore my predictions were that INRA was a fast track investment when I first invested last year. Because of industry experience of Mr.Wiesel, his personal connections as well as high level connections Innova had on board (organic involvement at Microsoft, alliances with Mr. Ashcroft and his firm, etc.), the licenses and of course Coroware, its potential seemed high and very imminent.
While some of these attributes above seem to work and company still has all of those things I mentioned….. I came to realize, this company is really not a bad investment although with one difference. That is I had to accept that return on my investment may not be as fast as I would expect.
Another way I look at this is that if Innova manages to obtain a single large (government or private) contract, I will cheer as if I win a lottery. If and until this happens, I will not gaze at INRA price like ‘another day passed by and today I did not win the lottery again!’.
Whether some people here like it or not, Innova works hard to make more money and be stronger and better company… not because of us the shareholders, for themselves. Once this is better achieved, we ALL will benefit, period. We all should accept that we are certainly in Innova’s clock and anything less will keep disappoint us.
After latest -progressive- financial results we have been seeing consecutively, I once again find it strange and unfortunate that despite its positive efforts and financial progress, INRA is being treated like foster child in the market and amongst the investors. I personally could not figure out that why more investors have not discovered INRA!!! Frankly, I am envious that even fishy, phony companies have more investors, many traders attracted to those companies/shares but a fully reporting, progressive good potential company, our Innova lacks those. I wonder when this will change!
On an ending note, I am looking forward to see either a clarification or a change in Innova's debt financing, in my opinion, this feels as single biggest pressure over INRA.
I did too, although not as much as doubling up, but I am happy with my new position (and, comfortable the risk I am taking).
I think PPHM is due to recoup (at least some of) its losses from a $1 a share.
A thoughtful and meaningful -in my opinion- approach. Thank you.
I am not sure if we have seen enough blood in the market and particular to PPHM, but I think, likelihood of people and funds to take advantage of current lows is higher than further continuous selling pressure in the short term. In other words, I would not be surprised if PPHM goes a bit lower, but when dust settles, given the condition of PPHM same as is today, 60s may not be seen again soon.
I picked up a bunch at 0.60 yesterday in fact and I would like to thank to those who sold me at this price. :o))
I agree with you on the probability of price drop. I think today we had a nice recovery. But also, we saw that it tested another low, below 1 penny!
I am willing to buy more (like almost a gamble to tell the truth) if price drops below 1 cent a share again. Looking at the big zig-zags it did last couple of days, I think it is possible given the fact that so many people may be thinking to cash this 'gift' shares rather than treat this (and GFCI) as a faithful investment.
Sorry my mistake. I did not pay attention when replying.
Meanwhile, I would like to ask you if you dont mind tha what is your own insight, since I have not followed this company for about 2 years. I did look into old PRs but they give little 'insight' really. Thanks.
I am thinking that if other orders for your bid price were prior to your order (sequence of order received) while all available 1 penny are sold out. I suppose, if you are willing to bid for example 1.3 penny, which is slightly above the asking price now, you should be able to get your filled. Of course, if you are willing to pay 1.3 (30% above your initial price)
You have not anwered my other question and I will appreciate if you could please, what is in November to wait for? Is it worth to wait for? Thanks.
Also, do you mean that you (and, some others) wanted to buy CTBG around 1 cent a share and you could not? Is this despite bidding over asking price? If so, why do you think it is?
What is in November? Excuse my ignorance as I have not been following this a long time.
I received mine. I did not check into when transaction occured, but I have them.
I was in GFCI for a very short time. Because as so many people I lost belief and trust on these companies, I dont have position neither in CTBG nor GFCI for a long time.
I really dont know yet what to do with these shares between selling and holding on sometime. Any ideas?
Today's selling volume I guess is that many people want to sell get behind this. It has been overwhelming selling pressure. If company has even some reasonable substance, I think, this will be over selling and price can settle back to better than this, all in my opinion.
Perhaps the best PR statement/communication I have seen coming from Innova since last year. It has been long overdue but THANKS.
Also included is a REVENUE GUIDANCE for 2007 that is exciting which will be officially out whenever the 2nd quarter reporting is due.
I am happy.
123... I quoted a few things you just wrote on your last post that I have not said anything like those at all. I assume when you wrote as 'you' and 'your', you meant 'people', 'some' or 'they'. Am I correct?
"If your claims of him living this lavish life in previous posts..."
"Ofcourse when you consistently throw out the idea that users who put a positive spin on this company are insiders you will eventually lose all credibility"
"So when you make these accusations and I come on and read them it goes in one ear and out the other"
Spelling and composition of that message was noticeably so terrible that I personally think that CANNOT BE Walt or any other person from the management. It is not Innova and it is not a way that people in management would ever act or approach (even disguising). Without commenting to message itself, the way it was written was quite redneckish and it was pretty interesting the way it came out, however.
Remember -everyone- that I had met with Lloyd and Ken last month during the Robo Show in Chicago. Based on my interaction (and, was not just a few minutes) I was very happy observing their professionalism, look, industry knowledge and business acumen. Just basing this experience and trying to think even the possibility of someone whose writing skills are like that can be part of Innova management, I say NO WAY without hesitation!
No, - for the record- I am not an insider.
Thanks a lot, hoshaky.
It looks like a lot of ups and downs in the past too. However, history also shows recoveries and happening so fast. Looking at 2005, between Feb and May, just in three months, price change is 600%.
Also, recent best example happened last March that during ABB case development, price surged from 10s to 30s+ (300%) in one week and most importantly, with a very strong volume.
SUMMARY: Today things may seem bleak or incredible but with a concrete news and/or developments, INRA may be in levels that can make us falling from our chairs. I am looking forward to those days...
Once again, I am frustrated today but I am not naive for the future for this company.
joe, how much was Innova pps 3-4 years ago? I am curious if those who invested then are in the same levels still?
When I invested, it was IVHG then (last July). I remember from research back then IVHG share price had been as low as half a penny (today's 5 cents with reverse split) in 2005, which is ironicly where it is hanging these days after 2 years! Then, in early part of 2006 same IVHG (INRA) was able to move up from 5 cents level to 70 cents level (again, reverse split factored in) with some positive news, such as acquiring and successfully delivering NASA project, acquiring Coroware, having Mesa sales&marketing agreement, etc.
From 5 cents to reaching 70 cents! Looks like a long way today. But, we all know that anything is possible in stock market.
While the idea/dreaming to reach back to 70 cents even over a $1 is exciting, and I think it is likely, I also think that most important part is to maintain the value/price level that is reached and with a dynamic volume.
As for the robotic industry, yes it is still in its infancy. However, yet this robotic technology is already capable of bringing a lot efficiencies in industrial fields. As far as Innova, there are two biggest values this company has. One is its subsidiary Coroware, the group that closely works with Microsoft Robotic Studios and (already has been) expanding to acquire more business, therefore more dollars. The other biggest value potential is the proprietary licenses RWT has. Recently initiated licensing program whatever its worth, is about going after companies using the technology without paying its intellectual rights. The chances RWT collecting licensing fees from many (but unspecified number of companies) is hopeful, because of $3M Innova/RWT settlement last March with a multi-billion corporation, ABB. This amount was not even for the license fees, by the way! RWT’s licenses/ technology alone are already worth millions, interestingly enough, much more than company's recent market value!
Today, we may not have encouraging activity going on with solid news and share prices, but especially for these factors above -in a nutshell- give me enough appetite to hold my existing shares (despite my cost in high teens) and add more whenever I can.
Yes, I am disappointed for now, but certainly not naïve for (near) future.
anonymous, what initiative was that? I think, I missed.
Looks like there is a fresh breeze of a positive spirit lately. I welcome it.
I hope pps compliments this along with positive news coming from the company. We ALL have needed this such a long time.
I also cant ignore the contributions many longs made here in the board. I think they made many valid points along the way and will continue to do so.
We ALL are in this for same reason.
Bottom line is about shareholders' belief. If some shareholders believe that pps is worth 5 cents, they sell it at that level and it becomes the reality, regardless of (near)future potential of the company.
I personally believe INRA will be worth unimaginable levels (licencing potential and Coroware are my strongholds), but cannot prove it by myself. It is the management to substantiate this.
Rodeo, I read your post. While I am so disappointed with the level of pps and lack of adequate response/communication of the management, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you listed there.
Regarding the reference you made with Coroware staff increase, I also would like to mention it once again that my impression when meeting with Llyod last month was that they were using Microsoft experience/involvement as great reference to able to gain new businesses outside Microsoft engagement. This was paying off as new businesses/projects with other companies. As a result, Coroware turns out to be a division, entity in fact, not consisting only in Microsoft campus rather a viable, self-sustaining robotic technology consulting firm.
Value, communication and speculation.
Latter one would not exist much if first two are clear and there.
Perhaps, the one good example we saw for Innova was when they announced the involvement of Ashcroft as advisor to the company and his group as our lobby firm. Yes, this was a real news but until/if really ever happens, it was only a speculation on basis of its contribution to value in future. What happened? Market (and, we all) welcomed the news then reality took its place, so no deliverable no value, equals to where things were before, first to 40s then back to 20s!
PaperProhet: “Companies need to execute on operations--that's where the value resides. PR'ing just to raise awareness of the stock is a no-value-added activity.”
This is what and only Innova management should do first and foremost then clearly & effectively communicate to the market.
For example; management has to show another significant increase over previous quarter to establish growth trend (was +37% last qtr) and consistency... management has to send strong and credible message how Coroware is important for Microsoft and its relative position in MSRS... management has to communicate what else is going on with Coroware besides Microsoft... management has to give some indication (periodically) how many robots Coroware sold... management has to give some idea what is in place for RWT licensing program for companies they are/will be pursuing, etc. etc. etc.
Rest is… manipulation, speculation, frustration, anger, lost hopes, etc.
Market does not like uncertainty. I think, this is where Innova management is best… consistently being successful in not being convincing and clear. In my opinion, this is the most important thing to turn people off.
Whether it is current or potential, if the value is made tangible and officially communicated -believe me- it does not take much for market to catch up even if a company/management does a lousy job getting the message into investment community.
Of course, I would do the same if I was a MM and ask very low, as it was proven that some did not mind to sell at 5 cents. However, as long as holders dont drop the ball so low to satisfy buyers, better value will be there for us.
Until we have more solid message, there will always be some who will volunteer to give up their shares to MMs and discount hunters. I think this is so normal and so expected.
As I said in my previous note, it is THE INNOVA MANAGEMENT who is supposed to be CONVINCING that there is better value than what MMs are asking for.
Then, see if MMs can determine a price for our INRA...
I am a believer that those days will come, but looks like after some pain and stomachache.
After all said and written, it seems like science fiction now but, mathematically, if we would have another 6 more days like this (40% up), surprise surprise... INRA is 50+ cents! A level that we have not been a long time! Despite that is still not my investment goal with this company but even thinking about it is an enjoyable feeling.
For that to happen, Innova management ought to make INRA a desirable piece of one entity. I wonder what (if anything) is cooking while investor frustration is reaching to new highs as opposed to INRA!
...short answer to your question is YES. However, what I understand is that this announcement is not merely to target ABB potential licencing revenues, pretty much all the companies using RWT's patented technology.
Having said that I would like to remind that ABB case and the verdict back in March was related to infringement, not licensing. ABB paid Innova $3M ONLY to compensate its breach of secrecy and unauthorized use of technology & process.
I dont know, therefore I cannot speculate but at the same time, I would like to state that I am very curious to know how many companies or potential licenses are subject to this 'potential'. Anyone has any idea on this?
