Joe, and everyone reading this...

Surely INRA is not a 'hot ticket' item as you referred but it certainly kind of a company who does not deserve this type of treatment in the market. This is a company increased its annual revenues multiple times in the past year, quarter after quarter and potential and strong ties.... then, its stock price goes opposite.

Dont you folks think this is not what it is supposed to happen? In other words, what is happening, WHY and WHO is/are doing this?

In my own belief based on my search and observation, it is about either or combination of following:
1- Stock goes down due to huge Cornell financing pressure
2- Stock is intentionally undersold by a person or interest group in order to halt and take over the company because of its current intellectual assets and potential know-how in robotic business

That is my bottom line feeling. I am not scared with what is going on but this is very upseting and frustrating and I believe, depsite some mistakes Innova has made in general, based on revenue performance, connections and potential, this company and all its investors DO NOT deserve this.

Current CEO, Walt and rest of the management have to do whatever it takes to change current debt structure (with Cornell) with a respected equity partner or another financing alternative.

And, stop the nonsense.
