Thank God ibat doesn't do those conferences. They literally don't get anything done. Ibat been doing the right thing for years. Good work usmag for selecting ibat as your technology provider among the others evaluated.
Side note, if you or anyone has seen references that stated salton sea produces carbonate please share it!

“I am smelling something that doesn’t smell good, and it’s not the Salton Sea,”
https://inewsource.org/2024/04/22/california-lawsuit-salton-sea-lithium-imperial-valley-ceqa/
I am sure you can do better, let us know when you start lab operations so we can follow.
You spelled sayona wrong lol, glad you're still around. I'd never know all the non ibat related happenings. Invaluable 🤣
Doesn't really matter how many "contracts" other companies sign when ibat announces production this month does it?
How's sayona doing
Not surprised the Salton sea jockeys haven't shared this here yet. For anyone who isn't blindly sharing non related information here is a link to the upcoming conference that burba will be presenting at.
https://energy.apexevents.cn/
Last year when burba said they're evaluating all uplisting possibilities? Or when ibat announced they're applying to the tsx.v under the ticker DLE, not sure which you're referring to but you're hilarious I appreciate the laugh.
Burba in London June 18-19...acceptance testing and commission complete, they gonna wait for Chile acceptance letter or make 2 monumental announcements this month.
Oxy, BHE....swipe right
Time has already illustrated it isn't BHE or the Salton Sea haha
Days away from production announcement and not a peep haha.
Might need to check your references. Please share them. Here is a link to current events in Chile with Lithium. Expect the "big 5" being announced first week of May.

Operating sunresin technology. The obvious statement is use technology that works, but the majority of the overcrowded DLE space just looking for investment money to continue to pilot.
Still waiting to read where it says the salton sea is producing carbonate.
Quite the list of assumptions. Good luck bud
Rumor has it, CTR got a turbine finally built and it'll be a few months before it starts to integrate. Amazing start, I remember not so long ago they were commercializing a few times.
Energy source and got smart, decided to sell their absorbent to liveny
Then there's BHE who knows geothermal is the way to go until all the morons sort themselves out for another decade as that brine is never going to be economical again.
Even when the burbs had his demo at simbol, the nearly identical market conditions then had 0 appetite to advance the project.
Yet here we are staring at uneconomical dle prices, some random Cajun conjecture and sqm brought adionics on board. Slap in the burba face! 10 years later SQM says OK demand is here now hahahhaha
You're out of touch. Good for you there are people who share their amazing research. Salton Sea is a flop, you're burning midnight oil on nothing.
Must be. Makes way less sense than e3 or salton sea
I never checked your math, to me anything over 3-4k production is irrelevant as i view unit 1 as the proof of concept to Exxon as they validate their pruchase of the goldilocks. I'm still waiting to see what references are available that led people to believe salton sea produces carbonate.

I respectfully disagree. However it's a free world and actions have consequences. The offer will remain on the table until later this summer, then ill be closer to the bayou and will happily oblige.
When you're capable, please share your reference suggesting Salton Sea or any other region in the United States is producing carbonate that would be qualitative enough to support the company press release stating "existing lithium carbonate producer" in the Western U.S.
You're using some choice wording. Come on down to the Imperial Valley where you can feel free to choose your words in person.
I'm sorry your resources have misled you to think there are producers outside of the 2 that have been listed by USGS. If you need help with academic resources feel free to reach out.
I've also shared the permit data on USmag for everyone here. I believe it was more likely to be the customer over the only other carbonate producer in the United States, Albermarle. Who has continiously stated they're not interested in the application of DLE to expand their Silver Peak project as they are currently planning to expand with the use of additional ponds.
These social media platforms are a great way to share information, and typically involve discussion regarding information provided. I am all set in the friend department but thank you for your kind offer.

Domestic Production and Use: Commercial-scale lithium production in the United States was from one continental
brine operation in Nevada. Lithium was also commercially produced from the brine-sourced waste tailings of a Utah-
based magnesium producer. Two companies produced a wide range of downstream lithium compounds in the
United States from domestic or imported lithium carbonate, lithium chloride, and lithium hydroxide. Domestic
production data were withheld to avoid disclosing company proprietary data.
There are 2. Albermarle and Usmag, I've already shared the publication that illustrates 100% of carbonate producers in america.
If you have a publication that illustrates more, could be helpful in identifying potential customers in the Western United States.
When Jon Evans says ibat tech works. I believe it. I'll be happy to see it working in the Western United States ✅️ with a n existing carbonate producing company ✅️
These 2 details exclude 98% of lithium companies in america. There are only 2 companies in america producing carbonate. Salton sea is not one of them.
Good news about usmag permits ✅️ and it isn't on the great salt lake. Can't wait to see an existing byproduct waste pool turned into 3000ppm concentrate.
Dr. Burba discussed "multiple brines" in his recent stifel interview. Might help clear up his opinion on what the technology is capable of.
Sincerely wish you the best. Emotionally responding is unbecoming of you.
Been around 3 years, not sure why the Salton Sea is so attractive to you. Every piece of information available suggests IBAT isn't on the lithium graveyard.

June is expected production. Acceptance testing and commissioning until we hear otherwise.
Monthly is out
Plain English "existing us carbonate producer" there are only 2 in the United States. Western was an added bonus.
Language is clear. Words matter
Maybe I'm reading too far into "IBAT will immediately begin mobilizing the MDLE plant to the customer’s site where it will be integrated into existing production facilities."
And
"The Customer is a significant producer of metals and minerals including the production of battery grade lithium carbonate."
There are only 2 carbonate producer in the United States. Both are Western United States- Albermarle at Silver Peak & US Magnesium LLC in Utah.
My take is since US Mag is a private company they want to keep it that way. I imagine there is nothing definitive until acceptance testing meets agreed criteria. EOM April is my guesstimate on production update.
Unit is on-site.
There are only 2 carbonate producers in the Western United States. Us Magnesium LLC. and Albermarle. Albermarle is not using DLE to expand Silver Peak so.
