Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up. So just because they worked together back in The 90's means they can't have a successful business relationship now???
Hightowers previous experience as a lead technician for the largest slot machine manufacturer in the world doesn't qualify him as an expert in the casino/gaming field??
The biggest revenue producing industry in the world is gambling. And if NTEK can grasp even the smallest of recurring percentages from this would means millions in future and recurring revenue. FACT
In my meeting with Phil over the weekend he had said to me that NTEK has 7-10 products already completed that nobody has even heard of yet. If you look at past PRs you can guess at which area some of the products are in???
Do you think NTEK hired a casino/gaming expert as just a coincidence??
For the past ten months all we hear about was the new xbox and the new play station. They were both delayed multiple times. They don't get much bigger than Microsoft & Sony. I don't see the point you're trying to make.
I saw it so what are you saying. Don't you remember, I was at the Mass office that you had claimed didn't exist. I SAW the player SO WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY??
I believe my own eyes and my own DD. So that's what I believe not an internet message board. Phil said he'd welcome you to come down & see the existence for yourself.
This is my re-cap from this weekends visit to the NanoTech's offices located in East Bridgewater, MA. Just in case anyone missed it over the weekend.
Yesterday, another investor (Rickley) and I visited the East Bridgewater facility. We were very impressed with the courtesy we were shown by Phil Foley. We saw some current products, NP-H1, a couple Seiki TVs, some prototypes of products in development (wink wink), were given some Nanotech Gear and a couple cool trinkets Phil had made for us on NTEKs 3d printer.
While the facility isn't very large, it is impressive. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and while we were there, at that time there was 5 employees on site working. Phil had informed us he did not attend his 11 yr old daughters dance recital because of our visit. Very nice guy I might add.
We sat at Phil's desk for about an hour and a half. He showed us about 50 projects he was currently working on with clear memories. He informed us that by the end of the year (this is the busy season with the holidays) they would bring in excess of $150k profit. He also showed us some neat projects he was currently working on for the Sacramento Kings basketball team.
While I would describe this as a business meeting, it was probably the most comfortably environment I've been in while work was being performed. There was 2-3 workers cleaning up 4k video on computer workstations, we watched some magnificent 4k video that was being streamed through the NP-1H onto a 50" Seiki tv. It was amazing.
We saw one of the apps in development running on Phil's phone. He did not tell us a release date of the app but said it would be released shortly. It's a really cool utility that everyone could use in one way or another.
Phil likes a low key profile. He's been asked to do a few interviews and has declined. He also stated that by the first week of the new year there will be no way to keep that low profile. He stated NTEK was in for exponential growth of the next 3-6 months.
He made a statement to point out that while the current products in development (NP-1) will be a great revenue producer for NTEK, the great amount of content being produced by 4K studios will be a game changer with regards to revenue.
Overall I was very impressed with my experience there. Phil was very forthcoming with our visit. We didn't pry or try to have him release any private information and told is what he could. He also described David as Steve Jobs like and after my experience yesterday, I don't doubt it at all. If I could double my position, I'd do what I had to, to make that happen.
Feel free to post this wherever you'd like. Take any information from it that you'd like. And if anybody has any doubts, you should get your head checked cause this is the ground floor of a once in a lifetime experience. Have a great weekend everybody.

I have some pics of some nanogear and some cools trinkets that Phil made us from a 3d printer. I didn't take any photos of the facility because I was requested not to. I will post a full recap of my visit with Phil & Nanotech later on. I am currently at a family party but have 110% confidence with where NTEK is and where we are going.
I don't believe you. I believe the information I looked at with my own eyes. So what are you getting at. I SAW IT WITH MY OWN EYES.
That is not the certificate I saw. Don't put words in MY mouth. I saw the certificate from the Massachusetts Secretary of State. It has the raised seal from the SOS. It has the name of Nanotech on the form. So don't call me a liar cause I believe my own eyes. If anyone says otherwise, they are full of it.
I saw the certificate from the SOS and it is definitely real. I believe my own eyes and my own DD.
THE OFFICE IS REAL.
THE PRODUCTS ARE REAL.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE REAL.
The only thing I'm not sure is relate the intentions of some on here.
I'm 100% committed to ntek and after meeting Phil today, who by the way who didn't go to his daughters dance recital today because of our visit, NTEK is COMMITTED to the people who are truly invested in them.
Walking into the East Bridgewater NTEK office now. We have a 1:30 appt with Phil.
I will be visiting the Massachusetts R&D office tomorrow afternoon. I will gladly take pictures to show proof of the existence of the property.
I emailed Phil this afternoon about my impromptu visit and he happily got back to me within 8 minutes. Imagine that, with everything going on right now with the company, he responded within 8 minutes. Wow, what a great company.
If anybody has any questions or special request, please let me know and I'll be sure to take advantage of.
Wow, I'm actually excited. Like a kid before Christmas.
Who's dumping. It's more like accumulating to me. Higher lows lead to higher highs. The stick currently is in a beautiful consolidation period creating higher lows prepping for liftoff to higher highs going into the end of the year.
Then next year comes uplist with tens of millions in revenue. Gonna need some seat belts for this rocket.
Tic-toc. Tic-toc. Better cover up.
Gotta love when the 50 SMA looks like the below image. So according to the charts, the only thing that can't be misconstrued, it says the run & uptrend is still ongoing.
NTEK long & strong since 1/11/13
http://scharts.co/18syC3b
I'll stick with the charts. They are more reliable than listening to nonsense that is spewed around
It's more like accumulating. Dumping is a term that's used with scams. This company is the furthest you'll get from a scam on the pinks. And only for a short time cause the time for an uplist is in short order.
Well I was replying saying that if you look at a chart while the 20 SMA has leveled off, the 50 & 200 SMA is clearly in an uptrend. So while they are still pointing north, the chart is still in an uptrend hence the run is still ongoing.
If you look at the chart the run is still in progress. It's still in an uptrend!
What scam? Please advise
I've been here for just under a year. I've stopped reading this board for obvious reasons. I give credit to you longs that have put up with the drama that has unfolded here for the past 2-3 months. I'm still holding strong and not worrying about the day to day.
But after reading this statement from David, I have nothing but confidence moving forward with this investment. Only regret I have is not purchasing way more when this was sub .05'
"Bottom line is that if you don't believe in the company, don't purchase the stock, but to claim anything else is just disingenuous and an obvious ploy to disparage a very successful company that has done everything not only to raise the money it needed to pull out of R&D, but to generate some of the worlds greatest products and technology in its chosen markets. With a an ever growing team of over 30 hard working people putting long hours in this company is destined for continued success and name calling won't sway anyone at NanoTech."
Here's to all of our futures.
Well what you assume and reality are two totally different things. Why would the company be issuing shares if there is currently a buyback ongoing.
And how do you know when and where these pictures are from. Did you take them??
I don't think so.
I'm expecting news to come out after hours today.
Can you PM me what details you have and I'll let you take credit for YPHI. Thanks
Nitty, don't misbehave now.
C'mon david. The time is now.
RELEASE THE KRAKEN!!!
I have a pretty good feeling that it is Foxconn manufacturing the Nuvola. We want to be a big time player in this emerging business, why not surround ourselves with big time partners. There have been rumors of the 40 million shares as a line of credit for the manufacturing deal, that's a ton of Nuvolas if you ask me.
Go post this fluff on your other board. If you ask me, that other stock is a joke and & most here knwo that. Their so called app has terrible reviews and costs $8. And it's hardly been downloaded.
NTEK on the other hand have been making newer strides every month. Can your other stock claim right now that they are profitable?? Can they boast that they had $3 million in sales? Are they about to release a innovative new product that will redefine the way people watch television? Do they own not one but 2 machines that are valued at over $300k to perform 4k transfers at over $25k per transfer. It's a joke to been trying to compare the two of these companies. Now get lost.
Go post all that fluff in the P&D boards cause all it is, is the flavor of the month at the moment. I'm up over 1,000% by buying and holding and have no plans to give my shares up for the time being.
Happy trading.
I didnt realize you had any chisels left to etch anything into stone. If I'm not mistaking we saw .15's 16's & 17's before your last etch of .05's in stone. Wanna bet we see 20's before any of your other etches come to fruition???
Don't listen to all the chatter. Trust yourself with your own DD and it will pay off. I bought my first shares of NTEK on 1/11/13. Couldn't be happier and I'm still hearing the best is yet to come.
Keep on etching. Your etches have been making me money!!!
That was my suggestion 2 days ago.
Can I get this PM that's going around about someone's buddy that visited the demo today in Florida. Thanks.
Anthony
For the past hour I was trying to stay in front of Worl. Lost my patience and just bought on the ask. He wants people to sell to him on top bid then sell on top ask to make a few ticks each sell. He never shows his real offer and will sit there til anywhere 12-2pm. Only consistent buying pressure or bid support will stop his games.
I'm putting a bid in for 38,000 shares right now. Watch what worl does right after.
I'm trying to get in front of Worl on the bid and he won't let it happen. I'm convinced he's nothing but a short seller just trying to make a few ticks by sitting bot top bid & ask. Sell to him on the bid, and he'll sell it to the next guy on the ask. Such a scumbag move blocking any growth.
Would YPHI be a good ticker symbol?
What does the "48" mean?? Some kind of secret code?
Worl has been on NTE-K since their big run and I honestly believe he is a shorter. He usually does what he can to sit top bid and top ask, then drops the bid & ask significantly. He usually disappears by noon and the only way to not have him drop the price, is constant buying pressure. But that's what he does on the other ticker. I didn't have time to watch him this week on this.
As of right now the 20 day SMA is at .10. So what are you waiting for??? Put your money where your mouth is
The nVidia Tegra 4 chip has a built in security feature called HDCP (High Bandwidth Digital Content Protection. Probably one of the biggest reasons they decided to upgrade to the Tegra 4 chip.
HDCP is meant to stop HDCP-encrypted content from being played on unauthorized devices or devices which have been modified to copy HDCP content. Before sending data, a transmitting device checks that the receiver is authorized to receive it. If so, the transmitter encrypts the data to prevent eavesdropping as it flows to the receiver.
This is probably the greatest thing NTEK could have done in order to secure content from providers. Most providers would want some type of protection against piracy & illegal copying.
Again NTEK looking ahead to the future to make sure they are ahead of the times.
I know I'm not wrong when I say, you are absolutely wrong. You should take your opinions someplace else cause you aren't doin any good here, for yourself or anybody else for that matter.
In my opinion, by the end of next week, we will have everything laid out for us that NTEK has planned for their future. And I'm sure there will be a surprise or two included in those plans.
Have a great weekend everybody. Cheers
