Trump is going to have the conditions of his release revoked. He will be jailed very soon, thanks to his behavior:
Yes, I looked at it… It was simply a Facebook page of somebody who is on the board of directors. How can it be inferred from that video that whatever that guy is promoting has anything to do with a lack of commitment to the NFT marketplace?
You didn’t claim anything… a simple declarative sentence [subject—verb—object] should help.
Interesting post history you have... been a member here long?
There was just an alert for a new posting on Instagram by the NFT marketplace, and as soon as I clicked on it, I got a notification that said “this story is unavailable.”
If you look at the other filings, they filed a similar one on the same exact day one year ago, so it looks like a routine annual filing. This years' took three days to post; last years took 17 days. FWIW.
Can you think of anything that may have disrupted the world in the past three years…hmmm?
Then why the Instagram posts mentioning the FINRA situation, and the multiple reposts of same?
If they are appealing a decision, they should inform us of that. As it is, we are left to guess what is going on.
Almost THREE weeks late.
Do you believe that some people should be above the law in the US?
This is a question with a straightforward YES or NO answer...
The thing that bugs me about Lazovsky is that he was chairman of POET's board several years ago. He probably still has POET stock holdings. You would think that those factors would contribute to helping POET with at least a very public wink.
Trump Company (TMTG) LOSES EVERYTHING in COMPLETE COLLAPSE....
This is directly about DWAC:
And how is that relevant to the question I asked?
Be honest - can you imagine ANY US President prior to 2016 making similar public comments about a country that attacked one of our biggest allies?
What do you think of PUTS on this pig? say $10 strike or less out around March '24?
And guess what: the electorate PUT HER IN OFFICE to do what she promised. That is representative Democracy in action. If Trump did not violate the law, he would have nothing to worry about.
Not to mention: Trump could have moved his businesses to Florida years ago. Doing so would have allowed him to avoid the strict NY laws that he could never abide by. Why didn't he? it's like asking: "why did Trump go bankrupt with so many businesses, including a CASINO?" - the answer is that Trump is totally incompetent in business. He never makes the correct decision. Correct business decisions cannot be made if the primary goal is self-aggrandizement, which in Trump's case it always is.
The argument that "no one was harmed" by Trump because he paid his loans back fails to account for the fact that the money fraudulently loaned to him was no longer available to someone else who was NOT submitting fraudulent documentation, as well as the lender being denied the higher interest rate that would have attended a loan to Trump if his finances and appraisals were truthfully provided.
Will Berry have to REDO the entire vote, since it didn't achieve a decision by the original deadline, or is he merely extending the deadline?
iHub puts NO resources into improving the phone app. It is missing numerous features that the web interface offers. I can't even remember when the last update was issued. (I don't even see it on the App Store anymore...)
When is the last time you guys actually updated the app?
“TFG claims election interference. Problem with that is this New York case was filed 2 months before he announced his candidacy.”
—————————-
Most of the other cases were already being developed long before he announced his candidacy as well… It was his knowledge of these cases being developed that caused him to announce so early, thinking that it could possibly shield him from accountability for his crimes.
That should please FINRA, shouldn’t it?
Yet, this equity still trades at over a 60% premium. And so it goes...

how is DWAC not worth ZERO, let alone $10?
Interestingly, TD before it became Schwab, allowed this buy. Also, I had Level II Bid/Ask overview, and that doesn't seem to be offered in the Schwab app.
Trump campaign arranged for fake audience members at his recent speech in Detroit:
I can glean several things from your response.
1. You didn't watch the video.
2. You share DT's juvenile and denigrating sense of humor.
3. You share DT's disdain for articulate and well-read people.
4. You have no shame. Like your con-man hero.
Fed up Pete Buttigieg finally GOES OFF on Trump in rare smackdown:
Thank you - but I have learned much following the legal journalists I mentioned. I have some courtroom experience dating back several decades working with a trial exhibit design company (one case involved Harlan Crow screwing a former Trammell Crow partner named Joel Peterson).
It is a pleasure to listen to people who know their craft so well and have the gift of verbal clarity. Something I came very much to appreciate reading many of Isaac Asimov's non-fiction books.
The judge appropriately sanctioned lawyers for making REPEAT frivolous filings. Lawyers have a duty to the client, true, but they also have a duty to the law and their profession.
Ironic you would mention first-year law students, because that's the level of legal talent Trump hires. No good lawyers are willing to risk their necks (and risk not getting paid) representing him.
You really need to watch some of the MeidasTouch network videos - they are all practicing lawyers who know their shit who are reporting on every single filing and legal response.
Trump is done. He knows it, and that's why it's now going to get dangerous. Because he doesn't care about anyone but himself (not even his own children - he's already blamed Eric directly for filings that have led to his legal peril).
Moving docs around in a secure environment doesn't really bother me much.
------
Whether or not it bothers you "much" is not the bar for illegality.
And what was "secure" about storing them in publicly accessible spaces? Bathrooms?
An earlier you likely would not have tolerated this behavior from previous Presidents of either party. It's amazing what the cult of Trump has done to what once was an elevated sense of moral scruple and comportment. YouTube videos of Reagan and Bush speaking reveal a shocking level of decline by comparison in just the grammar and intelligence of the publicly spoken word. Now we have Trump spitting and sputtering out fragments of incomplete, incoherent word experiments like a rogue lawn sprinkler on high-spin. And people lap it up like people used to sit in thrall to Carl Sagan.
If you haven't seen the movie Idiocracy, you should. It's like a documentary of what has happened to political discourse and general intelligence in this country. On par with The Handmaid's Tale in prescience.
Just because some powerful people get away with malfeasance more often than they should doesn't mean that YOU need to adjust your philosophical underpinnings to accommodate this as "the cost of doing business." If you surrender the spirit of the law as written to the cynical appraisal of what an otherwise bad actor "can do for you," you are already 90% of the way to accepting fascism.
And yes, Trump OBVIOUSLY was compromised by many foreign countries. Saudi Arabia for one. How else did his son-in-law secure $2 billion in funds to manage from them mere weeks after he left the Trump administration? Trump never raised ANY objection to how Jamal Khashoggi (an American citizen) was murdered by MBS's people in Istanbul.
Trump is very good at speaking in code and then watching events unfold and claiming he had nothing to do with it. We all know he does.
I am 100% positive he will be calling directly for the murder of those prosecuting him in the coming weeks. Will you still be standing by him then? It is codified into law that your first amendment rights DO NOT extend to physical threats, jury tampering, and witness intimidation.
A small price to pay to be # 47
-------
Paid by whom? I don't want to pay it. Trump NEVER pays for anything, so it won't be he...
You seem to be operating under the assumption that Trump is somehow above the law... He is NOT. And if he escapes conviction for his treason, the American experiment is over.
We started this country to escape people who were thought by themselves and others to be above the law.
No more monarchies.
No more cults of personality.
It's scary that the supposed Republican party, which used to excoriate this very thing in every (valid) criticism of the USSR, now wishes to submit to a Soviet-style personality cult.
You don’t seem to understand the legal argument… It doesn’t matter if you paid your loans back if you obtained them fraudulently to begin with. In doing so, you have spoiled the marketplace for everyone everyone else who could have obtained financing, but did not, because of your fraud.
This is not a statute that they just made up now to deal with Trump… It’s a long-standing principle of how Business is fairly done.
Since when is the size of a viewership taken into account when information is made public that violates the law? in the case of libel or in the case of violating court-imposed restrictions on speech, the mere fact of it being public is all that matters.
Plus Trump knows that certain cultists plus Newsmax and other nonsense sites will effectively re-post his postings for him, as they always do. That's why it's no argument in his favor that his *thing* is so small.
“boll weevil”
Sorry, I was posting on the wrong board. I thought you were talking about a stock I follow that is around 3.85/share currently.
$33,000 will get you closer to 8500 shares at the moment. Not anywhere near a million shares.
So, if TD was taking away profits from those people who profited in the security you were trading, does that mean they’re also going back and restoring funds to the people who were on the losing ends of those trades?
At least Schwab can’t stop you from selling your shares that you may still have carried over.
If anyone would ever have had cause to contest an election, it would have been Al Gore after what happened in Florida in 2000…
Why didn’t he contest it?
