Just tossing this out for thought. Andrea Small-Howard is the one who could revive the patent application in her name. Are the Aussies wanting to claim patent protection?
Why would Andrea Small-Howard's photo be on a website with other management of cstamdl? She very intelligent, Phi Beta Kappa, and knows a ton about DR70. She also has an interesting Linkedin bio.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/andreasmallhowardphd
LS, that is very interesting and the timing was certainly right.
I do agree that the game plan for the Aussies looks just like Gartners.
One more question. Why would her photo even be on the website? Do you think they have made contact with her? She is a PHD and certainly knows all about DR70. It would give them legitimacy and last I saw, she was working for a weed company.
Jim, I don't think Charter, Brown or any of the other Aussies are reading this board. They apparently decided not to publish something on their website written by Small-Howard, probably for legal reasons.
We don't know for sure who is responsible for the website. I would suspect it is Brown because he was the party who registered the other sites.
One of the other parties involved probably had second thoughts about publishing the work of a non consenting party on a website that has pirated all of the work and property of Radient. I doubt that anyone besides the few who post here are actually looking at this site.
Remember when the Aussies were given the management control of Radient? After learning the past history of Brown and Charter, I became convinced they approached Mac for the know how to make DR70 for their test in Hong Kong but probably had no money and a poor deal to offer. Mac in turn had just finished with the lawsuit, used the remaining stock to pay for his lawyers and was ready to dump Radient anyway. He surprised the Aussies by just offering the company lock stock and barrel and he would be done with it.
I was certain the assets had all gone West shortly afterward. I was disappointed to not hear anything at all from the Aussies.
I should have known to not give up on them. Criminals will be criminals and sure enough, everything shows up in Hong Kong, New corporation, new website, claims to all assets Radient ever had and nary a word about Radient or all those 5 billion former shareholders.
The Aussies are alive and well and doing all that I expected of them. I will try to stop by Tustin soon and if the former business is still vacant, I will take some photos of the front office. Want to bet if I still see that "Radient Pharmaceuticals" on the wall? Well, the building probably has new tenants anyway but I will stop by.
Living, the AMDL logo is the one used prior to 2009. I don't know what was on the wall prior to my first visit several years ago.
Also, if they knew anything at all about the facilities, they would know they were in Tustin and not LA.
Someone took quite a bit of time to create all of this so I would suspect it was Brown.
The photos of the lab in Los Angeles have one showing AMDL DIAGNOSTICS.
That photo was taken just as you enter the door in the Tustin, Ca office. The only problem is that since 2009, the sign has Radient Pharmaceuticals displayed. This is a really old photo and IMO, proves that the Aussies raided all of the paper work from the office including old photos.
"Looks to me like Charter and Brown accepted the jobs at Radient so they could ensure that Radient Pharmaceuticals Inc. stays dead."
I could agree with that statement but would add that it allowed them to take all of the technology Radient had.
What I find unique is their claim that the old Radient building is their lab and manufacturing facility.
Most of what is on the website is a pack of lies.
Other POC devices exist for IVD testing and a DR70 test could no doubt be adapted to a POC device. BioCurex was hyping a POC device for their cancer test that looked similar.
Nope, this is just a new company for the Aussies. The fact that he is the appointed CEO of Radient has nothing to do with cstamdl.
Also, there is no mention of UNI at all and their test appears to be a drop of blood on a rapid ivd hand held device. This is certainly not the 64 well test UNI is using.
This is what I find interesting.
http://www.cstamdl.com/?page_id=49
If you search for a picture of the device, it will be something they have stolen from another company and claiming as their own.
It would appear that the true Aussie purpose of taking over Radient was to just steal everything. IMO, the new effort in starting cstamdl clearly shows they got all the technology information they wanted.
They are not "placeholders" as DCSPA claimed but are just thieves who stole the remaining assets. The fact they do not mention Radient at all certainly shows they are distancing themselves from Radient.
BTW, great work finding the cst site had been updated. Kudos.
The Aussies seem to be indicating a preference of using AMDL as part of their name. It was in AMDLAustralia and they have kept the AMDL-diagostics parked and dumped the Radient-diagnostics site.
All of the FDA information was for AMDL INC so they would have some continuity in name. It does appear they are claiming world wide distribution which eliminates any current agreements with UNI or GCDX. The IVD testing they are indicating appears to use a hand held device and not the 64 well testing machines.
You are correct about no mention of Radient in any way so this is certainly not an attempt to revive Radient but it is indeed a conflict of interest since the same people are involved in both situations.
IMO, this new effort is just "throwing something against the wall to see if anything sticks".
Looks like the Aussies are getting ready to scam any investor they can. I like the statement about their facilities in Los Angeles and they show the old AMDL building in the city of Tustin.
At least they are doing some creative writing.
Interesting information on the deletion of Denis Charter's self promoting wikipedia page.
" This guy is a minor, non-notable figure in music promotion who tried to get into pharmaceuticals. The article is riddled with unreferenced name-dropping. Yes, he served some jail time on a check scam, but if that made someone notable, Wikipedia editors would hang around jails at discharge time, to write biographies of two bit crooks. We don't."
The above opinion just confirms my thoughts that Charter and Brown just wanted to take anything of possible value that Radient had remaining to sell or use in future scams. So far, it does look as if Charter is getting any bites on his saliva test and I doubt he will.
Uni may not have even paid the first full $100,000.
"UNI shall pay an up-front (the “Up-Front License Fee”) of one hundred thousand USD ($100,000) to RXPC in two installments: twenty thousand USD ($20,000) will be wired upon co-signing of the License Agreement with the remaining eighty thousand USD ($80,000) to be wired to RXPC after tech transfer training and commercial-scale trial-run production for Onko-Sure (DR-70) from RXPC. This License Agreement will become effective upon receipt of the Up-Front License Fee to RXPC."
The patent expired less than a year after this agreement so UNI may have not even paid the remaining $80,000.
Living, I do disagree about UNI paying anything to anyone. That agreement was void when the last patent expired as stated in the agreement. The agreement also stated that UNI was to continue the efforts of getting the patent application approved. They certainly have not done that.
So, no money, no patents and UNI just took whatever they wanted including the how to knowledge and the trademarked names. It's just a Chinese thing. Steal what you want.
Gartner stole what he wanted also so I guess it is an Arizona thing also.
Jim, it doesn't matter if "onko Sure" is trademarked. Anyone who wants to can use it now. Who would complain? No one.
Dogs have been trained to detect different cancers since the mid 90's. They can detect the products produced by cancer cells through urine, sweat or breath. The accuracy is usually in the 70 percentile range with some dogs being higher.
It would appear that the lung cancer test referenced is now testing for compounds produced by lung cancer cells. Dogs are amazing animals.
This test is a follow on to the dog sniff test where dogs were trained to accurately identify those with lung cancer.
Living, It looks like Brown is selectively keeping anything that might be of use in their private business in Australia as long as it does not cost that much. He obviously preferred amdl.com to amdlaustralia.com which he now allowed to lapse. IMO, they are still looking for an investor for their spit test.
Just because Brown is doing something, it does not mean he is doing it on behalf of Radient.
Jim Tash stated: "Is that why the Rosen lawsuit wasn't appealed?"
Do you not know that it was a "settlement"?
That was my laugh of the day.
Jim, The wesite names that Brown created have now expired. They do not come up when you enter the url. The whois information shows that the domain name is being held for a while in case Brown re-registers them.
This is just more confirmation that the Aussies got what they wanted and have now just totally abandoned Radient.
Jim, Just because Radient is broke is not a valid reason for filing bankruptcy. They need a reason to file. Reorganization would be the only reason to file.
The lenders could take them to court and force bankruptcy but the lenders know the net result would be legal costs for them and they would get nothing in return.
Radient is like Mac's other failed companies where he also did not declare chapter.
Jim Tash, Onko-sure.com cannot be found. I get these results when I do a who is.

Living, what I see in the Aussies is not diligent work to reinstate a registration of a stock. These guys are quick buck, fly by nighters. They had amdl-austraila for years and did absolutely nothing with it. What ever they wanted as officers of Radient, I think they got it.
These are not nitty gritty hard work type of guys.
Living, annual reports need to be audited. Do you think the SEC is going to accept some garbage about lost data? When the Aussies took over, they had access to everything.
From what I see, I think the SEC is attempting to cut back on all the slip shod corporations so why would they let a bunch of foreigners wreak more havoc?
Radient has just plain died and all traces will soon be gone. Also, if there was any value in coming back in 5 years, Mac would still be there.
Living, it is just going to be too difficult to reconstruct all those years of financial reports for the SEC. The cost of preparation and auditing would be prohibitive for any company thinking about a reverse merger.
Also, the rules have changed regarding reverse mergers and it is not as easy as it used to be.
Thanks Living, we know for sure that the Aussies are in fact the current officers of Radient.
What we can only surmise about is why nothing more was done after the 8K announcement period.
This is what the Aussies actually did immediately after taking over.
1. Announced they would be evaluating a reorganization effort.
2. Registered two websites pertaining to Radient.
3. Cancelled the website radient-pharma.com
4. Cancelled the phone.
This is what actually occurred during the months following.
1. Nothing about a reorganization effort.
2. Got rid of the message on radient-diagnostics.com that radient was coming soon. Now it is just blank awaiting website expiration.
3. Allowed sheriffs office to seize assets in Tustin.
4. Allowed AMDL.com website to expire.
5. Did not respond to the last patent application rejection.
6. Did not replace the patent agent when they resigned.
7. Allowed amdl Austrailia to become a void company.
8. Allowed Radient Pharmaceutical inc to remain a void corporation in Delaware.
9. Allowed the de-registration of RXPC to be effected.
10. Has not made any comments at all regarding Radient since they took over.
It would appear that the Aussies have totally abandoned any hope for Radient or the prospects of continuing DR-70 as a product.
DR-70 is now being manufactured and sold in the generic version by multiple companies.
William Gartner of GCDx denies any connection to RXPC.
woofie, you apparently have again forgotten that Gartner has denied any connection with Radient or Provistadx.
This is the second time William Gartner has denied any connection with Radient. He also denies any connection with Provistadx.
Dear Mr. Gartner,
I am intrigued by your recent press release about offering a new Lung Cancer Test.
How do you get your financing? Is there an opportunity for a private investor like me to invest, and if so, how would I accomplish that?
In researching GCDx, I am finding several rumors on the internet (particularly on InvestorsHub.com) that your company is merging with, or taking over, Radient Pharmaceuticals and/or Provista Diagnostics. Is there any truth to that rumor? What is your current business relationship with Radient Pharmaceuticals and Provista Diagnostics? Do you own RXPC stock?
I am concerned that Radient might be carrying a lot of debt -- if you are involved with taking
Woofie, At the time the new officers of Radient were named on the 8K, the corporation was already void so there was not any way that a filing could be made in Delaware regarding the change. So was it a legal change with regard to Delaware? It doesn't matter because Radient was no longer a corporation.
Did mac and crew resign? Absolutely yes. Were the Aussies legally appointed as the new officers? Notice was given of that fact to the SEC and it is a fact that a private company can have officers and a board of directors. The former shareholders of RXPC do still have shares in the company but they cannot be traded and there is no longer any mechanism whereby shareholder rights can be exercised.
So yes, the Aussies were legally appointed as the new officers but the former shareholders of Radient no longer have any official mechanism to exercise their rights other that a court of law.
Do you intend to sue the Aussies?
DC, Your claim that AMDL Diagnostics is receiving royalties is totally bogus.
How are royalties being "funneled" to AMDL Diagnostics? They have no address, no email, no phone.
Also, the owner of the Onko Sure trademark is Radient, not AMDL Diagnostics.

The owner of DR-70 is AMDL Inc., whose name was changed to Radient Pharmaceuticals Inc,. AMDL Diagnostics has no ownership of any trademarks.
Why are you still even mentioning Gartner? He has totally denied any connection with Radient or Provistadx. You called him yourself. Are you denying you called him? You even stated that Gartner answers the phone himself.
AMDL.com was the only website left up after the Aussies took over.
DC was claiming that site to be the new site for Radient. Well, it has also expired and is dead now.
There is no longer any website with even old news available. Piece by piece, all traces of Radient are going away.
Woofie, you have a major problem with Provista and LC Sentinel. The Provista pipeline no longer lists LC Sentinel nor does it have anything related to DR-70.
You also are failing to note the 20 year patent life of DR-70. The patent expired last June and Gartner is now using a generic version of Radient's FDP test for his lung cancer test.
Even if Provista was interested in the generic FDP test of Radient's, they certainly would not need any involvement with Radient to use a generic FDP test.
With all the debt and outstanding shares and lack of registration, Radient has a huge negative value as a reverse merger shell.
Come on, think something up about Charter and Brown to talk about.
