Etrade allows you to buy the warrants. As far as exercising them, Im not sure
The risk I guess would be the awnser because the warrants cannot be exercised until June. However the risk doesn't seem to be there so someone else posted that the warrants only hold 1/3 of the real value we calculated due to some clauses. I'm not sure if this is true but it seems to be the case.
You subtract the price per share of each warrant and the exercise price from the current pps. At the time, warrants were trading at 22 dollars.
Doesn't Mike still work there? And isn't Mike a director as well? Definitely could be wrong. I'd look into it further but at work ATM so I can't until later.
What do the codes mean next to the number of shares sold?
Do all directors have to disclose selling shares or only when they drop below or go above 5 percent?
Also, is there a way to figure out if the shares being sold are dilutive or owned?
Not invested here but have watched the warrants for at least five years as I believe cbd could be the most effective option against Alzheimer's and/or dementia. Thanks in advance!
Warrant price = 75-11.50-22= $ 41.50
41.50/22= percentage of upside
Appreciate your civil response haha just looking to learn as I grow as an investor.
More of a general question, if there were two bids for the company as a whole, why would the low ball offer be accepted? 4.3 million upfront versus I think 1 million ish upfront but taking on the debt and shares seems like a much better deal. Say 80 million of debt versus 4 million upfront. We're talking a 20x difference just for the money now? Seems like it's too obvious that more is to come. What are your thoughts philosophical/ logical stand point of the above scenario?
QS.W EXERCISE PRICE $11.50. Currently trading at $10.70. With QS trading at about $36 range, these warrants are under valued by $15. Am I missing something or is that an easy double up when the market corrects itself?
The difference between 5000x and 72x would be a good start lol
Now during regular trading hours, etrade say this service is temporarily unavailable when attempting to buy Bioamber shares. Probably still nothing but regardless sharing anyways.
My app was behind and I showed no bids but it's fixed now
Halted? No bid no ask
Eno was CEO of Bioamber for how long again? His linked in says "Sept 2017 - Aug 2018." He came in for less than a year and decided selling everything of value was in the best interest of all stakeholders. He came in as a leader to start the restructuring.
He goes on to say in his description, "Functional expertise in innovation and growth, sustainability, and restructuring." I say again, he came into Bioamber for less than a year and claims expertise in sustainability, restructuring, and growth.
Under his Bioamber section, among the mentions of lowering costs, focusing on long term and commercialization, at the very end he writes, "With Board, agreed to ultimately restructure company. Result was a competitive sales process with approximately 100 inquiries and ultimate sale of company."
Now I know Eno's linked in profile is not written in stone, and I also know this board has discussed the validity of his linked in profile before. Just wanted to put it out there again, straight from one of the closest horse's mouths involved in this process.
Weird that they are reporting, to secured creditors, the cash flows from the company they no longer hold interest in. The secured creditors accepted a measly 4.3 million minus expenses and fees. Why oh why would they care about cash flows?
Have you looked at financials? They aren't diluting anything major. Scam with FDA approval haha okay.
Haha I mean im already locked in here and I prefer the rose colored glasses. Let the imagination wonder. Though I do believe we will get paid
A recapitalization to a liquidation is devolved, imo.
Can't believe igc hit 4.50 and this barely touched .09 haha time will tell
I'm with ya there, the closer IGC gets to 5, the more potential we have here. IGC to 10 bucks will make me very happy haha
IGCIW - Expiration 3/8/2021
Strike - 5$
Each warrant represents rights to 1/10 of a share.
This halting is killing us.. halt positive momentum, selling starts
If another company has a recipe.. I'd imagine reverse engineering something like this would be difficult but hey what do I know? Bioamber has the recipe made already probably worth the money to avoid r&d alone ??
What does the eur mean? Haha
Same, iHub always gets me with these pump and dump dilutions. It had potential but the financials don't back up that potential. Out down 45 percent...
If your have doubts, take a small position. However Ttrade worth 165,000 dollars. All aboarddddd
The company was not profitable. How does a company that never made money owe taxes? Not that I'm doubting that they do owe taxes. Just wondering how that works. Thanks in advance!
I've seen it plus the other snippets posted here. I'm just wondering, why the SEC would wait months to finally halt trading? The SECs job, I would assume most of it anyways, is to protect investors, so when a company flat out says, "No shareholder will receive any money from the liquidation," what's the wait for? "Shut the scam down" is what a lot of people on here say. Haha
The 8k filed 10-26-2018 said nothing for shareholders from the liquidation. Why would the SEC allow it to trade for months after? With that filing and the straight forward nature of our beloved courts, why?
Exactly, it's a non argument. You can't change my mind from the two years plus of research by saying " I'm 100% sure I will be right." I don't know you, I don't know your work, I don't know what you've done. I've seen people say "I'm batting 1000" but no proof, no examples just talk. Another example of a fallacy of logic in your post. I'll let you figure that one out.
How could you miss it? Though, the cusip still exists. I doubt LCY would have the shares they bought be represented by the former company's ticker symbol. Just my opinion.
I can say we will see. Your definitive statements hold no merit as does your percent confidence. Essentially those are just fluff statements. Fallicies of logic don't hold well in debates. Good luck on your BIOAdventures.
When you search "chkaq" on Edgar it does show Chesapeake.. so not sure what your getting at. When searching Bioaq in the past, bioamber would appear. Now it no longer does.
Sorry merging of results of Bioa and Bioaq and also no search results for Bioaq on sec website
Any explanation for merging of Bioaq resulting in zero search results on the Edgar database?
I would think news this week. And when the sale is announced, I would think money comes with it, however I've never seen a 363 sale happen while I owned shares.
08/09/2019 was the last filing. Wait wasn't it Bioaq last August? Hmmmm. Good to see Bioaq doesn't appear when searching Bioamber.
Do you or anyone else remember for a few days after the ticket was no longer trading that the pps shown in accounts was 17 cents? It reflected this in my etrade account and wondering why the official last price was between .05-.06. Was .17 a glitch? Or, for lack of better word, a precursor?
Chesapeake energy voluntarily filed chapter 11, and it was said in the filing the shares are gone. They didn't trade a single share today. Bioaq traded for well over a year after they voluntarily filed. However it leaves me wondering, did Bioamber trade the day it filed for chapter 11?
So close to maxing out a/s.. r/s coming soon?
