As it should be
How could this happen? One share was traded today? Was it an insider?
It’s been like that for awhile. It’s 10 billion common and 10 billion preferred.
Hey WTF should be the ticker symbol in place of QPRC
So it has a faint pulse?
Big1Card always makes me laugh. That’s over 20 years old.
I got in yesterday so it will go to 50 and I can get some more at lower price. Every stock I buy tanks so playing into my strengths
That’s new seeing 500k shares bought on the high side at the end
Yes I remember the name. I can’t remember what my name was back when the chatter was on raging bull. Think it was sop. Actually the model now is kind of like the initial product incubator. Where are those sunglasses? I do remember buying the phase out product just to see what it looked like. Wonder how much Sol Wynn is making here.
And don’t worry, twenty years goes by fast.
Better call Saul
First time ‘on the hook’
I am wondering if this covid19 is going to spoil possible good news. Though the spread seems to communicate lack of interest?
Give it twenty years. They’ll come up with a new model and maybe it will get bss as ok to 4 cents. Heck maybe Trendtrade will still be posting his rage his exuberance of eloquence
CXT is losing the case?
Yes 10q 10k. Wonder if they will grow from astronomical one time settlements.
“...Although we intend to seek to develop portfolios of intellectual property rights that provide us for a continuing stream of revenue, to date we have not been successful in doing so, and we do not anticipate that we will be able to generate any significant revenue from licenses that provide a continuing stream of revenue...”
Have there been official reporting of the valuations for these settlements? The value stream they will contribute and the lifecycle periods for revenues? I don’t recall any disclosure or breakouts of $$ received by settlement. One would think some disclosure would be provided if $$ exchanged hands or qualified per recognition guidance. All I conclude is agreements reached on court cases but no significant $$. That may be why sub penny. No one knows what’s going on so difficult to determine valuation of stock.
Nothing is going on
Too bad. This should have already hit the dollars level and held. Unfortunate that it’s just an intellectual property stock. People can’t comprehend that along with the majority of those involved are lawyers.
QPRC Revenue Recognition:
The Company recognizes revenue in accordance with ASC Topic 606, “Revenue from Contracts with Customers”. Revenue is recognized when control of the promised goods or services is transferred to customers at an amount that reflects the consideration to which the entity expects to be entitled to in exchange for those goods or services. Under Topic 606, revenue is recognized when there is a contract which has commercial substance which is approved by both parties and identifies the rights of the parties and the payment terms. The Company adopted Topic 606 as of January 1, 2018 using the modified retrospective transition method, with no impact on the consolidated financial position or results of operations.
No it’s not for you.
Apple motion to move hearing to CA denied.
I keep thinking this should be in the dollars realm of share price. If we get some insight into value stream of Amazon and Apple on horizon plus all the other retail companies like ASUS and Huwae etc. This just seems to be extremely undervalued. Like they have no advocate.
Feels more like below zero temperatures.
I’m only comparing how they’ve been performing this year. It’s obvious they need 5 million in 4Q to match last years annual revenues. Hopefully good news comes in the 4Q annual report.
For the three months of the 3rd quarter Quest generated 600k+ of revenue. For the total 9 months combined of quarters 1 thru 3 they generated 2 million. On average 3Q generated less revenue on a quarter by quarter basis.

Quest Net Tech is the subsidiary that merged with the Wynn subsidiary that previously was not part of the consolidation reporting. Wynn gets 35% of the goods from my reading of that merger. Quest Net Tech has the case with Apple. This deals with payment/financial systems and should be significant IMO.
Quest Nettech corporation
Quest NetTech Corporation is the owner of US Patent No. RE38,137 a reissue of US Patent No. 5,859,419. I can’t access the filing so can’t see what the reason is for the extension.
Lawyers, more billable hours to consume revenues.

I’m not holding my breath. Doesn’t the whole show involve lawyers? ??
Pennystockinvestoralerts is pumping
It’s changing my typing nickle to buckle. Too funny
Buckle = nickle
Your values just get it to a buckle range. I’m expecting something more representative of a company with maturing its balance sheet beyond penny stock pump and dump fluctuations. Hopefully that is what the forthcoming 3Q and annual report will reflect. If it demonstrates Nasdaq potential the 400 - 500 percent is not worth my position. If the share structure is not improved and no significant improvement to net profit then shenanigans will be suspected. That’s just my take based on the history of last 20 plus years. 400 - 500 percent gain is probably good for folks that bought at current price and below.
