Phase II Expanded Critical Minerals Processing Facility Operational in August
SIERRA BLANCA, TX, Aug. 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – USA Rare Earth LLC, the operator and owner of 80% of the Round Top (“Round Top”) Heavy Rare Earth, Lithium and Critical Minerals Project in Hudspeth County, Texas, together with its joint venture partner Texas Mineral Resources Corp (OTCQB: TMRC), is pleased to announce significant progress at Round Top and its Rare Earth & Critical Minerals Processing Facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
“We are excited by the progress at Round Top and at our processing facility,” said Pini Althaus, CEO of USA Rare Earth. “The team has achieved important milestones as we build a resilient, long-term critical minerals supply chain that is totally independent of China.”
Why renew the lease for 3 years!
Why pay off outstanding notes!
Why is the University of Wyoming invested heavily in their research and development efforts?
Why finish the Kiln? Why not cancel the kiln contract early?
Why finish it??? Why deliver it?
Why doesn't UW divest its partnership?
Why hasn't Australia researchers divested its partnerships with CCTC?
I'm still waiting for a reasonable answer to these questions!
No, I'm afraid its too early so until the clock runs out, I'll wait for the next development! The tests have to be completed! The plant has to get built.
Nailed it!!!
They mentioned the 3rd gen development design in their past SEC reports!.
The technology development never really ends especially in early stages, you know! University of Wyoming never stops.
Technology is always being improved upon. Just like electric cars!
Take for example Tesla! they are still developing batteries, but need
critical rare earth supply which is hard to aquire especially in a timely manner.
They are most likely making new design changes to plant with help from University of Wyoming. 3rd Gen.
Still waiting for final draft infrstructure bill.
Sen.Joe Manchin announced today a deal has been reached for infrastructure.
Interesting conversation though. The devils in the details of operations and without knowing them, its useless to speculate. I will say though that with a renewel of CCTC's 3 year lease and growing optimism coming from Gillette,
things are looking up. it does'nt matter what price is now.
Only looking at future's now.
The Round Top REE and critical minerals deposit is located on state property owned by the Texas General Land Office (GLO), and the Texas government has recommended it as a high priority infrastructure project.
Rare earths, lithium, uranium, thorium, beryllium, zirconium, and aluminium
The stock market is a wonderfuly efficient mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient investor.
Opportunity Knocks!
Worthless patent? in Canada? who exports 4.5 Billion tons of coal a year.
Canada is home to 24 permitted coal mines – 19 of which are currently in operation. More than 90% of Canada's coal deposits are located in western provinces, in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Do you think they could use a technology like CCTI's? Why do I even ask?
Where else are you gonna find detailed information like this? Opportunity in Canada.
Wow. yes,I know. LOL.
@CCTCInc
announced today that it has been issued Canadian patent number 2,848,068 for its unique coal beneficiation process. The patent runs through 2032. Canada exported $4.5b of coal in 2020. It is a key patent in our global patent portfolio.

@CCTCInc is proud to be part of the technological advancements being made with Wyoming PRB coal. Under the guidance of
@GovernorGordon and the team at
@EnergyUW @WYOENERGY @lcarter_king the future of PRB coal is strong.
Now lets reassemble the plant.
Sen. Joe Manchin statement:
My bipartisan Energy Infrastructure Act is another critical steps towards finalizing our bipartisan infrastructure package, and an important reminder that we can find sensible solutions for difficult problems when we put partisanship aside and work together.
Key Note: "and establish a reliable U.S. based rare earth elements supply chain" https://twitter.com/Sen_JoeManchin
You really have to dig deep sometimes! I like to follow legislation cause that usually determines the direction we go in! State legislation also!
Stay tuned! things are looking up.
TMRC’s project partners include Penn State, Jeddo Coal Company and McCarl’s. The Texas Mineral Resources consortium objective is to ultimately install a self-contained, modular and portable pilot plant at a Jeddo Coal Pennsylvania site, capable of producing 1-3 metric tons of rare earth oxides derived from coal waste material from Pennsylvania anthracite coal. The project commenced October 1, 2020 and resulted in the TMRC consortium successfully concluding a three-month conceptual design phase. More to come.

Well...I just had a fairly long and "very comprehensive" phone conversation with Dan Gorski and he got my email to Tony and they both seemed very interested in my comments. I want to say "upfront" he could not give me any "specific" information, (and did not). What I say here is my impression and I was greatly encouraged. My "bullish snort" is much stronger as a result. "Everything is progressing well at Round Top, the New Mexico Silver Mining, Pennsylvania REE operations and the idea of a possible future "franchising" of REE sites. TMRC is much more than just the Round Top operation. They have "plenty" of funding now. He couldn't say much about the SPAC/IPO except that this Administration is painful to work with. I got the feeling that they are close but can't know when it's going to happen.
I got the feeling that more is going to be out in PR's and attracting larger investors soon. Stand By !
I may be more in touch now by email. Sending Dan another after this... something I wrote in 2009.
I think it is "Buying Time again!!! Go "BULLS" !!!
Glad to hear. Who would of thought this would happen.
Yep, population explosion will keep creating higher demand and power generation will follow suit. India, Indonesia and China will continue using coal for power and pursue clean coal tech. Wyoming will pursue export of its coal and clean coal technology will follow.
NTEC-Navaho Transitional Energy Co... for reference.
Saving it is between the power players..Wyoming State, UW, CCTI and a host of other partners. Without speculating!
So lets all PANIC now! Really! JHC! Are you going to sell-out like Bitcoiners were CON'd into by whales. Let Aidin finish it! Wait a few weeks.
I'm sure we will hear something positive.
Its coming!!!
I heard Elon is going to take Crypto to MARS too.
Something "BIG" is going to happen!
Teslas Nickel supply is in short supply and when tesla's production demand is at peak, All sources will be tapped and under strain. Its wise for Tesla to TAP USARare-TMRC Roundtop in Texas now! Rather than wait!
Tesla to build lithium hydroxide refinery. Lithium mine to battery line! Nickel minerals needed for quality high-range EV batteries.
The high level pure nickel is more rare and will have to rely on wide range of sources to meet high level of quality demands! Roundtop is the ideal site for Tesla.
Cathodes with a high nickel or manganese content will be used too. Since demand for nickel is rising. Tesla Gigafactory is in texas, Roundtop is close 540 miles away, TMRC, USARare could be a prime supplier and cheaper and faster than China could deliver ( usually 45-50 days ship time).
China may have difficulty finding high quality nickel and processing it on-time. Makes more sense to go to our next door neighbor Roundtop for help.
Tesla could joint partner with USARare too! A processing plant could go up anywhere between Roundtop and Tesla Gigafactory. trucks can transport fast!
I don't know.
It was an exciting morning at the groundbreaking of the Wyoming Innovation Center in Gillette today. This facility can help Wyoming continue to lead by supporting research in developing coal products and extracting rare earth elements. https://t.co/3hhqDFVdCS

Texas Mineral Resources continues to pursue it's REE's from coal initiative
as well as silver in NM project.
These efforts are critical because, as the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic crisis have shown, structural weaknesses in both domestic and international supply chains threaten America’s economic and national security.
At the same time, the reviews find that the United States is well-positioned to maintain and strengthen our innovative leadership and rebuild our productive capacity in key sectors and value-chains. Our unparalleled university and research systems, skilled and diverse workforce, ecosystem of entrepreneurs and small businesses, and position as a global leader with strong relationships with allies and partners are the building blocks to revitalizing domestic competitiveness and strengthening supply chains.

Gordon pointed out that the U.S. is too reliant on foreign countries for things such as uranium and rare-earth elements. The Wyoming Innovation Center will help the nation turn things around in this regard.
“It’s time America starts selling energy and technology and the future to our friends, instead of trying to buy it from our enemies,” he said.
