Why pay off outstanding notes!

Why is the University of Wyoming invested heavily in their research and development efforts?

Why finish the Kiln? Why not cancel the kiln contract early?
Why finish it??? Why deliver it?

Why doesn't UW divest its partnership?

Why hasn't Australia researchers divested its partnerships with CCTC?

No, I'm afraid its too early so until the clock runs out, I'll wait for the next development! The tests have to be completed! The plant has to get built.
