They mentioned the 3rd gen development design in their past SEC reports!.
The technology development never really ends especially in early stages, you know! University of Wyoming never stops.

Technology is always being improved upon. Just like electric cars!
Take for example Tesla! they are still developing batteries, but need
critical rare earth supply which is hard to aquire especially in a timely manner.
