Np. Good discussion.
You are right sales is key. But to drive sales you sometimes need urgency , a advocate, a backer. Difference is Betamax never could save someone's life.
Early detection also saves insurance companies tons of resources so I don't see why one of the heavy hitters would not be interested in moving this forward.
And of course women are hurting because the screening is in the dark ages compared to this technology. This machine can save lives. That should be the mantra. Get peoples attention.
Now they should take the data from the trials in Hungry, take them to CVS, or Amazon, or Berkshire group and see if they can get a backer for moving into the USA. That way no time is wasted as distribution starts overseas the FDA trials are moving forward. They got nothing to lose if they try IMO.
I agree.
I wonder how hard it would be for Gene or the marketing guy over at GTHP to set up a appointment and do a presentation to CVS. If they had CVS's backing they would fly through the FDA trials. Obviously CVS is looking to venture into sub- sectors of the health care industry. This would be easy for them , the tech is already there, been proven in other countries, and a win-win for both companies, and of course a big benefit to women in the USA.
Thank you Penny! It's nice to meet you. I appreciate your input in the conversation. This stock is soooo close to bigger and better days I think it just needs a little nudge in the right direction. A partner, a advocate or something like that from the health care industry. I don't see why thats an impossible thing.
Case in point here is CVS getting into the medical device sector. The most important thing is this tech can save many lives which of course is the goal of the tech.
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/cvs-is-making-a-medical-device-showing-how-health-care-companies-are-doing-more-2018-04-05
I prefer to come up with solutions to make life better than to beat the negative drum over and over.
I can't see why GTHP couldn't get some high caliber backers such as CVS, Amazon, or Buffett's group to get at least sideline involved in this product. All want to and have publicly stated that they are making a business plan toward the goal of creating their own health care systems . So why couldn't say CVS sponsor GTHP for the FDA approval but then get a exclusive or discounted use contract for so many years to put them in their clinics. They are pushing toward the fast clinics in the store business model and this tech fits perfectly with that business model. Fast, simple to operate, and quick results. Any thoughts people???
BTW are there any women on this board? I would sure like to hear their opinion on this tech if you are out there. Because from what I can see there are mostly men here on this board and we have a limited knowledge and scope of this subject.
Probably should mention full disclosure that you have a financial interest in the company but it should be known that this new technology could save many lives. If you make a comment. Just saying. IMO
Roger that. It can't hurt.
Funny thing about stocks Kuntry is they all suck. I have a stock SPNS they basically write software for the insurance and banking industry. NO DEBT, about 100 mil in the bank, have basically cornered the Insurance market and are now working their way into the Banking industry. Great company, great innovation, great management. Do you think that makes a difference? lol Hell no they ere up for a while and then they had 1 off quarter because of acquisitions and they tanked. And they are on the NASDAQ So does anything matter in this BS stock market. Its hard to think it does. So the point is what GTHP is doing is just another day in the hell hole stock market. Love it or leave it.
You know what GTHP needs is a push from some of the organizations here in the US to start talking about their company. Like the American Cancer society, and any other organization interested in preventing cancer by improved screening. I know they are not certified in the US as of yet but some scuttle butt and chatter by these organizations might go a long way for bringing interest to the company, its technology and its benefit to the prevention of cancer. Any thoughts?
Yeah scotttrade used to do the same thing. That is just the company you are using internal limits with penny stock buyers /sellers. I don't think that has anything to do with you or your account.
Morning board. Good news with the interview we should see some good volume now. If they can hold off on putting more shares in the float we should see a raise in share price then.
Nice move.
Thanks for calling and relaying the message here. Appreciate it.
Yeah roger that.
Oh I get it. I've been around the block a few times. Was here for the last RS. I've even said the same thing myself. The point is, as long as this or any company uses a RS as a last resort or as a way to up tick to a better market I might understand the move, and not just use it as a money machine to line their own pockets. Seen it way to many times. Ok enough about that. Probably will not happen anyway. Now what I think needs to happen now is we need some answers as to what is going on. The questions from a previous poster were perfect.
Justified only if they were jumping to a upper level market IMO.
If they do a RS they might as well go out of business - they kill the stock and their reputation that way and us investors.
Well I'm holding tight and they can buy some from me for .55 a share. lets put the squeeze on them.
They need a distribution partner as well. Somebody in the industry who has the channel outlets already in place and can back their reputation so GTHP can just worry about producing the equip and have somebody else get it to the customers. They are handling to much now and its too cost inefficient as it is. I know its all they have for now. But in the future once the dark days are over....
Agreed. Need revenue to push down debt. Then buy back shares, push the share price up. Then jump to higher level market.
I think it will be eventually approved. That is a long process for the best pharm companies so I am going to be VERY patient with that. What Im looking at long term is this, seeing as GTHP holds the patents for the equipment and it is slowly but eventually becoming a viable and better way to do the testing, makes me think that they may be ripe for a buyout by some bigger outfit to take the patents and run with it. Thats what has been on my mind. Im surprised that it hasn't happened already or may be happening right now IMO. Just speculating but it has that potential.
Thanks
Thank you Don
This is a startup company. The risk is enormous and can be nerve racking BUT the reward can be just as enormous. And when you get into a penny stock like this you have to weigh both against your money and patience, which will be tested again and again.
If you want a sure bet invest in the S&P index and you will see 15% avg a year on your money. If you want the excitement potential of helping a unknown startup do big things well this is the place but you have to assume nothing and invest what you are willing to lose. This is penny stock land.
Just my 2 cents.
GLTA
May I ask, has anybody been by the GTHP office lately? Just to observe how things look and get a feel of the morale in the operation? Has anybody called that guy Gene and ask why they haven't posted the receipt of the money they were suppose to get from the Turkey deal I think on the 15th? My apologies if these are redundant questions.
Anybody besides me put in their sell orders to shunt the shorts?
Hello everyone, I have been observing this board for a while and just decided to log in and join the board. Have been in gthp for a while and hope all goes well in the coming months.
Basically it goes like this.
There were some people who for whatever reason as they had no position in this decided out of all the pink sheet penny stocks to cry scam and ...
1. FACT- sabotage the 2 CC calls so ACLH can be looked at like fools
The company never even had a chance to do anything before it was destroyed along with our money by these outside forces. They (ACLH) never scammed me, they didnt even have the chance, so they are innocent as it goes, only the outside forces have a blame for our money being kaput.
2. then like a couple of children playing with a turd and don't know whether to eat it or rub it on themselves they place a call to the SEC and without substantiated proof, cried to the SEC about what they believed was not true in the way ACLH uses its product to help in the cleanup of the oil disaster ( how would they know unless they worked for them?) that should be the most important mission man has at this time in history.
3. The SEC wanting to impress their bosses and the president and to show it has the power to put the kabash on a small time business ( after they missed the BIG ONE ON WALL STREET), and make a big news press moment to show they are on the job, slaps a suspension on this company, uses it as a poster child, posts it in 10,000 different news feeds and puts all of our working class hero money in limbo.
If politics wasn't involved in that tell me what other stock have you seen dragged through the mud like this for a misstated PR. Which has yet to be proven misstated.
4. On the gray sheets she goes, knowing this may never recover we have to endure 4-5 weeks of salt in wound 24/7 bashing and repeat drumming of how this is such a scam ( so much more than all of the 5000 other pink sheet stocks BTW) and its going to open on the gray sheets and never recover, etc etc etc on and on and on.
BTW the bashers have free reign of this board which reeks of conspiracy as anyone who defends themselves against it is deleted post haste or reduced to one post a day ( myself included) because they must be afraid of countering opinions and being revealed for what they are.
In the mean time
5. Now ACLH limping on one leg, half blinded by all the press trying to recover themselves from the ambush still vigilant in the fact that they are still posting that they worked with BP and of course are seeking work with BP ( who wouldnt be if you are in the business of oil cleanup) are still trying to prove they are a viable company with new potential revenue sources in the oil well recovery business.
Our money? well its probably gone in this whole tangled mess of BS unless you can wait it out and see what happens in the recovery phase of this.
I give it a 99-1 against seeing it again but we will see.
Best to draw your own conclusions on who put the kabash on your money and why.
I don't know how long this post will last before its deleted but
good luck to you.
So your saying that EVERY pink that puts out a PR and the SEC doesn't suspend them is telling the truth?
How long you been in this game Mr. Malone?
What makes you say that? What have you found out?
To me their management reads like a who's who in this field.
I was wondering if that was the case. Thats a bummer as if it were a free for all and people could make money off of it the oil would probably be cleaned up in a week.
GO MOPN
Hey you know, and Im not tying to be funny or anything, and I know it may be a little ot but in the essence of the disaster think of this.
Why couldn't some people go out and rent a small tanker with a siphon hose and just go and suck the oil floating around in the gulf and go sell it to some refinery. There's millions of dollars floating around out there. Think of it, no well needed.
Then separate the oil
from the water and there ya go 100k barrels (or whatever) of oil @ 60-70 a Brl and great PR as well.
Probably a lot easier than drilling for it.

Why couldn't OMDA go out and rent a small tanker with a siphon hose and just go and suck the oil floating around in the gulf and go sell it to some refinery. There's millions of dollars floating around out there. Think of it, no well needed.

If ACLH has been axed by the SEC do you think they would still be allowed to post this on their site?
Wouldn't you think they would have to pull it down if it was BS?
If they are the fraudsters everyone claims and they get BUSTED by the SEC wouldn't their attorney;s tell them to remove all incriminating evidence so as to not make things worse.
I've been talking to my attorney about some things lately and asked him about this situation. He said corps have a lot of pull now given the economy and the new laws that the supreme court just passed. So certain things that were not possible before are now possible. That includes people who slander companies as well.
Hey good luck to ya. lol
