1) In Mr.Dixon's post on facebook yesterday, he showed the liquid for of TQ and possibly quadrammune in future. If the Quadrammune liquid is ready by summer, will the results be better than taking QUADRAMMUNE in capsule form ?

2) If phase-II trial is successful then will TSOI will be the first biotech/pharma company to bring to patient table via RTT pathway in less thank 1 year time from the time the IND was filed?

3) Is Mr.Dixon open to BUYOUT offer from BS PHARMA? LOL

Mr Dixon's reply:

Next had to do with liquid thymoquinone or TQ as the poser asked. Ok, so here's the deal. The liquid version of QuadraMune (code name Ultra), as in QuadraMune Ultra, of which the liquid TQ is one of the four is designed to be the booster and will be taken for 14 days, followed by regular QuadraMune as maintenance. The liquid is the supercharger - so it's not so much that it is superior to QuadraMune because it's not designed for the long term. You take ultra for 14 days and your immune system is in its most vigilant state it could be in. So I am never satisfied with the final products until we have done some preliminary lab work on them, but one thing about liquids is they are always more bioavailable. These hospital workers are exhausted, their immune system under constant assault - I wanted something to set the record straight if you will, get them primed, immune vigilant, and give them a fighting chance. So we'll be releasing more on that coming up.


His 2nd Q had to do with future clinical work. If we have a proof positive Phase 2 we will have a big powwow with the team and I will make my decision based on their vital input. It would be rare for me to go against their recommendations one way or the other, but ask yourself; would you move to Phase 3 or be happy and go to market - I go P3. RTT could play a role, but one step at a time.


And finally, would we be open to buyout - I suppose. I'm pretty happy with my job LOL and I really like what I'm doing, but a large enough pile of cash - sure - and I'll start brand new biotech and fill it with cutting edge technology . Of course its very easy to get pie-in-the-sky so take everything I say in the spirit it is offered - its 4:30 am. I think of Kite, a handful of guys with a microscope and Phase 1 safety data that was really good. Gilead swooped in and bought them for $12 Billion CASH. If I go to the post office from TSOI HQ, one block away, at the corner is "Kite Pharmaceutical, A Gilead Company".
Those boys didn't say no. We likely wouldn't say no. But tender offers below a dollar are not worth my time or attention. I won't even talk to you. If you are to bring it, then bring it. Otherwise, we will be happy with massive revenues from sales. Pharma would take our compounds and turn them into pharmaceuticals - except one little problem - patents. A bunch of them. They have to buy it all.


I like how Mr. Dixon thinks, would not even think of taking an offer less then a buck.....

One more thing Wayne -

TSOI has a S1 that is currently being reviewed by guess who, the SEC. Do you think that they are going to jeopardize that and lose out on 500k.....

My science team members are prolific publishers. If you combine just Dr. Ichim, Dr. Marincola, and Dr. Kesari, they have close to 1,300 peer-reviewed papers published. We will get published.

Mr clean15 - Regarding DEC$. I agree with you about that company and the actions the SEC took. I am very familiar with DEC$ and was invested in that one for years but got out last year. Seemed like whatever was presented by that company never came to fruition (I am being kind when I say that). I understand your logic regarding the SEC and COVID related stocks but TSOI has real products. I have purchased QuadraMune and have been taking it for a month.

I remember a few years back when someone came on the board and started pumping things saying something that was untrue. Mr. Dixon, the companies CEO, immediately came on the board (the only time I have seen him post) and corrected what the person was saying. Mr. Dixon is a straight shooter.

Yes, you have to be wise about which COVID related companies to invest in, but you can not live in fear.....

One of the questions I had for Mr. Dixon in my earlier note today was regarding Rheumatoid Arthritis:

So let me first address the RA question. I will be using examples from phase 1 clinical. Although there is a host of pro-inflammatory molecules involved in the progression of RA (stages 1-4) the main bad boys are TNF-a and IL-6. At stage 4, there is no longer inflammation as all the tissues, etc have been destroyed and those bad boys are why. As part of phase 1 we looked at each ingredient of QuadraMune independently and the graph below shows the levels of TNF-a inhibition in varying doses. As you can see each one had a certain amount of suppression on their own and that's fantastic.

However, it is the combination and synergism of the 4 that really shines. As you can see by the 12th hour we knocked down TNF-a to nowheresville...

So here's what happened. The final question was about asthma. First, lets always be careful with that word "cure". It has a legal meaning within FDA framework. "Help"? Yes. Anecdotally I can report that we gave quadramune to a group of people who vape tobacco products (maybe some of them vape cbd/thc too - i don't know) and they all reported improved breathing function. Very true. I added more last week. I have been here since July 2015 and have not sold a single share. Since changing to the RTT business model and the addition of CTE/TBI I have tripled my position. TSOI has really impressed me. The RTT award they received last month and that Wes Chandler and other football players were there in support of TSOI and their mission said a lot. The year end update was very good and paints a very promising future for their Cancer research and CTE. The one thing that I appreciate from Mr. Dixon is he does not hype things and appears very conservative in sharing information. I remember a few years back someone came on the board spreading information trying to hype the stock and Mr. Dixon came on the board to dispute the lies the individual was spreading. He could have just let the person hype things and turned a blind eye but he took the time to make sure we were well informed. That said a lot to me and spoke to the integrity of Mr. Dixon and that the information that TSOI is sharing is solid. Very impressed!
