Has UAMA abandoned wireless, crypto-mining, etc.
Seems like this is the plan. My guess cellular license fees not paid and no signs any part or portion of the cellular network is operational. Crypto mining seems to have been doomed by land-use violations and rather than invest to move, they're just going to shut it down and grow vegetables on the land. Maybe the best plan for that land though can't get past abysmal track record of this management team. Really bad and seems everything they touch turns to dirt.
Is Housebit the big secret?
Same old team, "The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight", working on a real estate play. Their track record and convicted criminal CEO (per The Canadian Press) won't change just the business vehicle. Their track record as a team is well known and their bogus claims of past success as a management team is laughable.
"The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight". Movie from 1971.
Says it all about track record of Laliberte (convicted criminal per The Canadian Press) and Trevor-Deutsch who can never built a winning team.
Rumor says it management needs to bury the past.
Going to try something new maybe. Divert focus away from abysmal performance of the past. Failed at telecom, cryptocurrency mining, patent litigation and truly these guys are "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight". Movie from 1971.
iPCS is dead, carrier-grade Wi-Fi 6 (6E) is it!
UAMA should park iPCS or completely trash it. It never had any traction in the market except in UAMA CEO's head and ego. Carriers now embracing carrier grade Wi-Fi 6 (6E) in USA and abundant opportunity. Where's UAMA or TNW Wireless? Nowhere it appears!
Broadband HOT, UAMA NOT!
US Fed Gov has/is pumping over $65 Billion into Broadband.
Reminds me of land-rush expansion of cellular in 80s and 90s and that without Fed Gov subsidies.
Broadband land-rush already underway across America and to someone who was in thick of cellular I can attest it feels the same.
UAMA CEO Benoit Laliberte made much to their "expertise" in wireless. So where are they now?
Opportunities in US broadband abound!
UAMA really seems dead!
Seems karma has descended upon Benoit Laliberte and his team.
CCAA Proceedings initiated in November 2016 have run their course and nothing left for Investel, Telephone, Navigata and Westel.
TNW Wireless Inc., now owned by UAMA, a total and abject failure.
When Investel acquired RuralCom it had roaming agreements with AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile with talks underway with Bell Mobility. And........RuralCom CEO had term sheets to fund network build. Laliberte killed it all when he fired the former RuralCom CEO. His ill-advised end-run to the term sheet authors resulted in them showing him the door. Seems they didn't want to deal with a person labeled "a convicted criminal" by The Canadian Press, though Laliberte and Trevor-Deutsch had no contacts, no working knowledge and didn't understand the wireless industry.
There's a pattern here and it seems everything Benoit Laliberte touches turns to _hit.
Has TNW Wireless Inc, paid fees?
Has TNW Wireless Incl. paid the annual 2022-23 spectrum license fees that were due March 31, 2022?
Is TNW Wireless Inc. "on notice" that these licenses will be revoked?
Lot's of unanswered issues here!
Failures on all sides and never an explanation.
Management incompetence here knows no bounds>
Think they expect they can relaunch because in 6-12 months it looks fresh!
Never happen. Benoit and his gang need to answer for their fraud!/b]
Introduction false and outdated.
Been that way for a long time. Most listed employees gone for years!
Sandeep Panesar left in 2018.
Misrepresentation at the least!
UAMA behind in filings, blew extension!
Guess there's lots to hide!
CCAA Proceedings *bankruptcy" gutted business!
CCAA Proceedings essentially bankruptcy in Canada. Seems like its over and all the assets and employees have long since departed. Nothing left as the market cap of this stock clearly shows.
Has UAMA tied up all the loose ends?
Blockdomes - What has happened to the land-use violation? Last read the appeal turned down. Will they be forced to move Blockdomes and when? What will be the impact on financials as that seems like a very costly move? How will they serve customers during the move?
TNW Wireless-Has ISED cancelled the spectrum licenses for violations of conditions of licenses? Has TNW Wireless paid the annual licence fees that are due now?
iPCS-Were patents ever granted by USPO for iPCS? Last I read they have been pending for years which sounds very fishy in the world of patents.
Patents-How about a table of patents applied for by date, patents awarded, patent applications denied. Why you ask. Things like negative pressure cabinets have been available over-the-counter for years. All same comment about drawing cool underground air for cooling. Apache, Hopi, Navajo bands did this for maybe eons. So maybe tough to prove "non-obvious" for the USPO.
Lot's of unanswered holes in the UAMA story, always seems like attitude is BS baffles brains.
[/b]
TNW Wireless in violation of ISED Regs?
Network understood to be "dark" since 2018 and in violation of terms of license under Industry Canada, ISED.
When will former RuralCom network be operational?
Last known to be emitting in 2018 though never had any subscribers or activated roaming agreements.
Has UAMA considered wireless broadband.
Huge amounts of Federal Funding in pipeline.
UAMA CEO convicted criminal, bankrupt! Caveat Emptor!
He has been labeled as such by The Canadian Press. You can rest assured it is true as Mr. Benoit Laliberte has not filed suit against this news organization.
Mr. Benoit Laliberte is President, CEO & CFO of UAMA! All three positions held by Mr. Benoit Laliberte who was found guilty on 44 of 48 counts, stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
What kind of a company has convicted criminal President, CEO and CFO? CAVEAT EMPTOR.

"Montréal – In a decision handed down on April 28, 2009, Judge Richard Wagner of Superior Court (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Montréal, found Benoît Laliberté guilty of three of the four charges under an appeal launched by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in September 2008.
At the request of the AMF, the Court thereby quashed the acquittal verdicts issued by Judge Céline Lacerte-Lamontagne in February 2008 in respect of charges 6, 9 and 38. Specifically, the AMF succeeded in its appeal in respect of two charges related to an insider's obligation to report transactions within the time period prescribed by law and in respect of one charge related to making misrepresentations in a press release."

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contract.
Then there's the FAILURE to properly disclose material PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY to investors and in SEC filings. Evidence in CCAA Proceedings before the Supreme Court of BC produced the following:
Quote:
49. As stated above, Mr. Laliberte is an undischarged bankrupt. Despite this, he has claimed
to be an officer and/or representative of a variety of companies in the TNW Group, most

Wow! UAMA really screwed up wireless!
Bought market ready RuralCom with roaming agreements and network already launched and operational. The untold truth is RuralCom CEO had financing term sheets and it was planned to be fully operational in months, which is the reason Investel sought to acquire it. Laliberte erred when he fired RuralCom CEO thinking he (he Benoit Laliberte the convicted criminal) could simply pick up the term sheets and capture the financing. Record shows the potential investors showed him the door.
In no time network failed, roaming agreements failed to get tested (a requirement) and by 2018 it was all over. Laliberte and Trevor-Deutsch tried to impress the CRTC thinking they could claim that Wi-Fi would form home network and failed miserably and that was the end of both the wireless initiative and iPCS. Clearly, neither Laliberte or Trevor-Deutsch know anything about how the wireless industry works and their own incompetence killed what could have been a rural cellular carrier earning $40-60M in revenue with 40-60% EBITDA today.
What a difference that would have made to stock values!
Never forget! UAMA CEO falsified filings! Fraud!
UAMA CEO knowingly committed fraud in SEC filing!
Here are the facts:
- Benoit Laliberte signs as President, CEO and CFO of UAMA
- Claims "no violations in past 10 years" in Pink reports of YE 2018, Q1 2019, Q2 2019
- Court found him guilty v AMF in April 2009 on additional 3 counts
- Evidence clear of convictions within past 10 years at time of filings.
So Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowlingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
SEC should prosecute Mr. Laliberte.

UAMA subs filed bankruptcy in Nov 2016
Benoit Laliberte still undischarged bankrupt in Canada. 10+ years that way.
Then he lead Investel, Teliphone, Navigata, Westel into CCAA Proceedings back in November 2016. Those proceedings (often referred to as bankruptcy in Canada) led to the total "gutting" of the enterprises.
All of this the product of rampant incompetency, fraudulent behavior, and egotism.

UAMA management. Incompetent, fraudulent, or dummies?
Amazing lack of successful track record. Maybe losing in their DNA.
Wireless could have been big success and all the pieces including financing in place. Firing RuralCom CEO killed the business momentum and financing commitments.
Seems Mr. Laliberte doesn't understand that institutional sources of capital won't deal with a convicted criminal.
Maybe calling them dummies unfair!
UAMA Blockdomes? Mine or simply rent space?
UAMA fraud does not appear to mine cryptocurrencies. Simply rent Blockdome space to real miners who are small-time operators and never named. Woodland (the unamed initial occupant of Blockdomes) didn't stick around long and ended up giving the miners (likely outdated now) to Investel, UAMA et al.
So maybe best way to look at Blockdomes is a truly limited "hobby-farm" with about the same potential upside. Pleased that waste heat can help grow vegetables.
Not much of a business model as the sophormoric Blockdomes don't seem to have attracted the attention you might expect if it were a truly cost-effective advancement in the industry.
Hobby farm indeed!
CCAA Proceeding GUTTED UAMA!
Regardless of the entities involved the CCAA Proceedings (essentially bankruptcy in Canada) gutted Investel, UAMA etc. and in the end nothing was left. A huge pile of unpaid legal bills and most creditors did not recover amounts owed to them.
Look back at the wireless fiasco! Big loser for UAMA!
When Laliberte bought RuralCom roaming agreements signed, executed and in place with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint. Discussions with Bell Canada were underway and confirmed in writing.
RuralCom CEO had written term sheets to fund $5+ million in funding (w/option for more) which would have quickly brought the existing basic network to operational status and generating decent revenue. But no! Laliberte's ego got in the way and after offering RuralCom CEO a pathetic JV proposal, which was immediately rejected, he fired the former CEO. Then did an end-run with potential investors (the creators of the term sheets) and was promptly shown the door. Then the pathetic Laliberte and Trevor-Deutsch (I like to refer to them as Bert and Ernie) made ill-advised overtures to the CRTC to illustrate how little they knew of the wireless telecom business. TNW Wireless (formerly RuralCom) was essentially dead at that time and any hope of building a rural cellular business disappeared.
RuralCom has all the pieces in place to move forward in early 2017 and Laliberte and crew displayed their ignorance and talent in this debacle.
Their incompetence and fraud killed a perfectly decent opportunity. If it has been built per the plans they acquired in the purchase it would be generating $40-60M in revenue today with EBITDA in the 40-60% range.
RuralCom represented a VERY REAL AND DECENT OPPORTUNITY, came with funding and could have quickly expanded UAMA and had done it it would be worth over $100M enterprise value today, likely listed on the TSX or NASDAQ. Instead Laliberte made it worth $154.00! Brilliant egotist!
Ignore any attempts by Laliberte to rebuild UAMA it will be doomed from the beginning.
Look back! Patents for Blockdomes?
Haven't seen any and likely not materializing.
Like most of sophomoric drivel that these guys produce not worthy of patents.
All same comments on negative pressure cabinets. Last time I checked you could buy these same items on open market, so not patentable.
Just more lies and deception from these fraudsters.
UAMA cooking up new scam?
Likely some crypto-scam built around sophomoric blockdomes?
The same tripe the doesn't have appeared to gain any patents. They're always
"pending" with Benoit and his team of miscreants. Even years later, which of course is nonsense.
Mining is mining not growing tomatoes, though maybe tomatoes not a bad idea for these guys. Likely more sustainable and profitable.
Hut 8 the largest miner in Canada focuses on mining. What a concept!
If new scam is wireless it will be laughable. Look back at the April 2021 press release on operating as a MVNO. I built the largest cellular resale organization in the US. It takes talent and capital. Laliberte and his clowns spurned an immediate opportunity back in 2016 when they acquired RuralCom. Network up, roaming agreements in place with AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and Bell pending and CEO had term sheets promising capital. Could have quickly built a business generating $40-60M in annual revenue with EBITDA in 40-60% range. But no Laliberte can't get by his overblown ego and fired the RuralCom CEO which led to a worthless business today.
The only business Mr. Laliberte had was built on fraud and resulted in his convictions on 44 counts of stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors.
I can hardly wait to read about the latest scam, it'll be fun! Though not so much for the gullible who choose to follow this convicted criminal.

UAMA CEO knowingly committed fraud in SEC filing!
Here are the facts:

- Court found him guilty v AMF in April 2009 on additional 3 counts
- Evidence clear of convictions within past 10 years at time of filings.
So Mr. Benoit Laliberte did knowlingly commit fraud in these UAMA reports.
SEC should prosecute Mr. Laliberte.
Recent post reminds me to refresh my written SEC complaint.
Funny! What kind of a failure will it be?
Will it be like TNW Wireless, Inelco, or just a new scam from the mastermind who's been labeled as a convicted criminal by The Canadian Press.

Fraudulent promotion and complicit cohorts/posters.
First prepare some eye candy promotional material. Glossy, and keep it as mysterious as possible. Refrain from any specifics to the greatest extent possible. Add some videos. UAMA knows how to do it as they've done it before.
How about we repack Blockdomes and call them Agrodomes? Brilliant idea!
Call them green because we'll put cryptocurrency mining processors on farm land and use some of the heat generated to warm the greenhouses. Pretend its revolutionary and don't tell anybody that you could make more money by focusing on increasing the intensity of the mining. At the end of the day the hot air isn't worth much and a lot less than the impact of investing those dollars in additional processors.
Probably can't get Hut 8 to buy it but The Jolly Green Giant will love it.
Then get some cohorts/posters with limited smarts to help pump it on this sites like this. Give the nod to anything that the company spews and support the notion of a limitless future. Ignore the facts and the convicted criminal label placed on the UAMA CEO by The Canadian Press. It's the vision and illusion of a successful future that counts. Pump it up at every opportunity.
Get those same cohorts/posters to attack anybody who dares to question this grand illusion. Call them names, accuse them of wrongdoing, call them bankrupts and harass the heck out of them right on sites like this. Heck even try to identify them and where successful post pictures of where they live. Find people with same name recently convicted somewhere else for theft, rape, murder or whatever and suggest maybe they're the same person. Threaten to pay them a visit. Makes a person wonder if this kind of behavior rises to the definition of racketeering under US Laws but heck who cares.
No future for any business run by Benoit Laliberte.
Why? Benoit Laliberte, UAMA CEO has a blemished track record of mediocrity and fraud.
The failure of UAMA is factual evidence of his rampant incompetence. AGRODOMES will be no different. First think about "patents pending" for nearly 4 years! It just doesn't take that long with the USPO. So likely nature's way to telling us it's not patentable.
Have UAMA or anybody else made money with this sophomoric science experiment. UAMA behind in SEC OTCBB filings and wasn't looking promising at end of 2Q-2021. Likely a money loser. Want to make money in crypto currency mining? Do it like the successful companies like Hut 8. UAMA et al and AGORDOMES not even on the radar in Quebec among the local field of cryptocurrency miners! That's really telling!
BTW how's the land-use issues. The local Land-use Tribunal ruled against UAMA's local subsidiary telling them to shut Blockdomes (previous label) down and restore the land to purely agricultural use. How about an update on those battles and tell investors how much it's going to cost to restore the land and move to another location.
Facts are clear that Mr. Laliberte should have gone to JAIL for his 44 convictions for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors. He'd have been sent to jail in any other Province in Canada at the time and certainly in the US. He was lucky to have dodged a jail sentence.
Not only has he been an undischarged bankrupt for the past ten (10) years, but also morally bankrupt. Dig into the bankruptcy proceedings and the many documented breaches of contract. Serious enough that one judge went on the record commenting that it appeared that such breaches seemed a business practice of Mr. Laliberte.
The record shows that Mr. Laliberte is a poor manager and leader. He's screwed up and caused the failure of numerous companies the largest of which was Teliphone-Navigata-Westel. That $47M bankruptcy totally GUTTED the asset base and employee talent base. Nothing is left except for a pile of legal bills and potential action against Mr. Laliberte for his written threats to an Officer of the Court and his failure to remit employee tax withholdings to the CRA in Canada. Will this bring charges against Mr. Laliberte? Time will tell.
In retrospect not sure why Investel, UAMA, Laliberte bought RuralCom. RuralCom became TNW Wireless Inc and that has totally failed. Time has clearly demonstrated that Mr. Laliberte doesn't understand wireless. RuralCom was "market ready" with institutional investor support garnered through the RuralCom CEO. It could have been quickly built into a significant regional carrier and could be generating $40-80M today in annual revenues with really decent EBITDAs, except Benoit's EGO got in the way and it was all for naught. The CEO was set free along with his financial supporters and the record will show that when Laliberte approached those institutional investors in an apparent end run, he was shown the door! Funny how the investor community eschews convicted criminals.
Don't see the greatness that some other posters seem to want to see in Mr. Laliberte. He's a fraudster with an unremarkable track record. Predictably the past is the best clue to the future of UAMA and it is bleak!
