Has UAMA tied up all the loose ends?
Blockdomes - What has happened to the land-use violation? Last read the appeal turned down. Will they be forced to move Blockdomes and when? What will be the impact on financials as that seems like a very costly move? How will they serve customers during the move?
TNW Wireless-Has ISED cancelled the spectrum licenses for violations of conditions of licenses? Has TNW Wireless paid the annual licence fees that are due now?
iPCS-Were patents ever granted by USPO for iPCS? Last I read they have been pending for years which sounds very fishy in the world of patents.
Patents-How about a table of patents applied for by date, patents awarded, patent applications denied. Why you ask. Things like negative pressure cabinets have been available over-the-counter for years. All same comment about drawing cool underground air for cooling. Apache, Hopi, Navajo bands did this for maybe eons. So maybe tough to prove "non-obvious" for the USPO.
Lot's of unanswered holes in the UAMA story, always seems like attitude is BS baffles brains.
