One has to be brain dead to short this stock. What kind of reward is even possible? .24/share, which is highly unlikely in that the company has plenty of cash on its balance sheet, little debt. On the upside, this thing could spike over $1. Look at what they did to CLOV yesterday and today. A short cover in here could take this beyond $1. Anything is possible in this market environment. Strap it on boys and girls, and enjoy the wild ride!
Apparently there are IDIOTS shorting this 23 cent stock for some unknown reason. I guess they didn't get the memo from the hedge funds who blew up shorting GME and AMC. The Reddit and Wall Street Boys find these situations like heat seeking missiles. Just a matter of when, not if. Accumulate while you can!!! And vouchers should be on the way soon. This is going to be a fun summer, reverse split or not.
In addition to NY and CA initiatives for EV, federal infrastructure bill contemplating 100's of billions for EV. ADOM/Envirotech need only pick off a few deals to explode higher. Savvy and seasoned management should be able to execute. The merger with Envirotech is still not well understood, but it will be in due course. Great time to accumulate shares, in my opinion. GLTA
Funny how some continue to pound this stock down. EV sector taking off and still in very early stages for many kinds of vehicles. Companies like NIO, FSR and NKLA following in TSLA's trailblazing footsteps. ADOM/Envirotech is a player now, stating confidently they will sell over 200 vehicles in coming year, but still absurdly undervalued in relation to those multi-billion dollar market capitalizations. ADOM need only be moderately successful to exceed $1/share. Check back here one year from now, and I believe we shall see a nice bump in valuation/market capitalization.
And up to 24 additional vehicles from this buyer. Looks like the proverbial wheels are turning.
Why scare people/investors with a 5 year timeframe? All of us need to focus on the CAFC appeal which will probably be heard in the next 12-18 months. This stock will be in a completely different place if the CAFC reverses. And we will all take it from there as to how to play. And who knows? A CAFC reversal could be the catalyst for a settlement with either ATVI or MSFT or both.
Sure the 4.5-5 year timeline could play out like you say. But so much can happen between now and then. And furthermore, what stock do you know that has a chance to move up 20-100X in five years? That's why I'm here and staying.
Soundstr....the little engine that could...revolutionize royalty reporting. Let that sink in. Just needs to get a few stakes in the ground, and this could be legendary. A SaaS platform for the ages, with all the data collection information that investors lust for. Still can't believe it's below .02/share, but I doubt that lasts forever.
Go Zach Go!!!
There is one other unknown, aside from the settlement amount, which is that WDDD could find additional licensees with the Linden settlement in hand. I have no idea whether any exist, but if they do, at least the Linden settlement is a conversation starter.
For those of you that become bored with WDDD or are in need of additional litigation action, join me in NTIP. Trial with HP starts August 2nd in Texas, after a jury trial got reversed on appeal and NTIP's patent was upheld. I believe the case could be worth between $1 and $4/share to NTIP. NTIP's cash position around $2.75-$3/share(they got paid $18 million by CSCO in March of this year for IP license fees), and there's very little value in the share price based on the HP case(same IP as CSCO has already paid over $80 million). In addition, they are litigating with Facebook and Google for big bucks. Decent risk/reward in my opinion.
It's hurry up and wait time for the CAFC appeal. Turn on the snore machine for the next year or more. The only unknown now is the actual settlement amount, which we should learn from quarterly filings whether a check changed hands.
I'll just lie in wait for tax selling and other impatient sellers below .10/share. If it doesn't fall, I'll sit on my current holdings and rest easy. Like I've said before, WDDD's validated IP is now worth more than ever. Though the share price does not reflect that currently, eventually it will. I have faith that justice will prevail and CAFC will overturn the Casper's summary judgment ruling. Then the fun will truly begin. But until then, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Going from restricted to unrestricted is not additional dilution, it's just additional public float. The outstanding share count/market capitalization remains the same. It will take some time to work off this public float overhang, and they won't ring a bell when the sellers are done selling. And it does not mean that the entire 73 million will be resold immediately. They just have the right to sell now, like all other publicly traded shares. Some will hold. Presents an interesting discounted opportunity----at least discounted from the .45 investment we have seen that closed relatively recently.
Use the idiocy to accumulate. EV has so much room for growth under this particular administration, with all the subsidies etc... One decent contract and this stock will shoot back up towards .50. Insiders bought at .45 and have $1.00 warrants. What do you think will happen?
It appears to me this stock is being liquidated by unsophisticated "investors." I use that term loosely as anyone who sells the shares as ham handedly as we have seen for the last week are anything but "investors."
The motivated and relentless selling was so ham handed. The rush to sell millions of shares in such a short period of time was idiotic. What’s the rush to get out? Is the company going under? Doubtful since it raised $23 million at .45/share earlier this year. I just don’t understand the urgency to get out at .20. Gives me an incredible opportunity to accumulate. Thanks to the sellers whoever you are.
My uneducated guess tells me that Linden lawyers realize that the Casper ruling will not stand on appeal, and since the settlement amount is likely not outrageous, it's still a good deal to get this behind the company. Otherwise, litigation costs and the associated uncertain end result will continue to mount.
The stay with MSFT is curious, though my guess is that the legal team decided that it could not negotiate a decent settlement with the Casper dismissal clouding the landscape. So by pausing, legal costs are limited while waiting. And if the CAFC overturns Casper's decision, their hands are strengthened in any potential settlement.
All speculation I know. But the attorneys to a large extent run the show. They are heavily invested, too, and are not idiots. Time will tell.
Courts usually give deference to the parties' decision to settle, for their legitimate business reasons. Whether it is to avoid further litigation costs or whatever, often companies prefer to get this "unknown" and seemingly never-ending litigation behind them.
Personally, I do not expect a big pop on any PR about the settlement UNLESS the settlement is truly large, which I do not expect. I am expecting some kind of stream that allows WDDD to pay its legal bills and stay in the game. And all of us on this board already are invested, so the "news" should not come as any surprise. But our WDDD lottery ticket has become much more valuable, in my opinion, as a result of this IP licensing and validation. I view the Casper dismissal as a bump in the road that should be eventually overcome. My plan is to accumulate this stock on weakness for as long as it takes for the appeal. The beauty of this plan is that it will allow me to accumulate shares way below where they were(around .40), and still have basically even greater upside potential for less than half the former price, if the CAFC comes to the rescue. I know that it's a big "if", but that's what my gut tells me. I'm in for the long haul, and have waited what seems like forever, so I'll just have to wait some more. Fine with me, because I'm not going away and will be waiting to scoop the impatient "investors" shares. GLTA
Spot on Dave, as usual. Validation with the LL settlement makes WDDD more valuable than ever before, regardless of the share price being way off its high(.71). It's the first time anybody is paying WDDD for its gaming IP. Yes, we are behind the eight ball at the moment with ATVI, but if Casper gets reversed, we have a much stronger wind in our sails than before. And MSFT will then need to seriously consider just settling, too.
Most of us have been here for years, what's another 12-24 months? I can sit safely with this investment right here for as long as it takes. They say that stocks always return to their rightful owners. Well, here I am!
While it's true ATVI has the upper hand at the moment, and MSFT can sit back until after the appeal of the ATVI ruling, the fact is that the LL settlement is VALIDATION of the IP. If Kidrin has other defendants in mind, it makes any discussions with them far more threatening. I also think this settlement may weigh in WDDD's favor with respect to the CAFC(but maybe not). Regardless, it's great news for all shareholders and breathes new life into the WDDD saga.
Yes, I bought more at .14 and bidding for more. Will continue to accumulate on any pullback if given the opportunity. It's the proverbial "bird's nest on the ground."
The settlement still going through despite the ATVI dismissal is very good news. Though we may not know the settlement terms for a while, this is not only validation of the IP, but should also be at least some monetary lifeline during the appeals process with ATVI.
This dilution will take some time to work off. But it sets up a great risk/reward trading opportunity. Company seems to have adequate financing for now. Use the upcoming weeks to build up your positions. All it takes is one new contract and the sellers will disappear, overwhelmed by buyers. EV is not going away, especially in light of gasoline pipeline issues. Buy when there's blood----in ADOM's case, price has taken an extreme beating in last couple of weeks. Time to step up.
I applaud your attitude and I am on board with you. The gross recklessness displayed by a lazy/inept "Judge" should not be allowed to stand. If the CEO needs to do a private placement to raise funds to fight for justice, I'm in. I would ask that all of us shareholders make each other aware if that opportunity arises. Collusion or not(possible mole inside Judge Casper's office), this was a sloppy decision that ignored the law, and it should be overturned. I will put my money where my mouth is.
I am very familiar with this type of fight. Was and am still a shareholder in NTIP that had its patent invalidated by a jury in 2017 in a trial against HWP for patent infringement. It took a very long time(and I remained a shareholder throughout), but the appeals court reversed the decision last year.
At this stage, the WDDD share price represents the length of time it will take to even approach any sense of justice. But I'm willing to wait. And I will add to my position on any further weakness in the share price until I reach an amount that I am willing to lose. Until then, FIGHT ON!(Props to USC which my wife attended). And I will be prepared for the weak hands who prefer to take a tax loss and move on by the end of this year.
"Swinging the bat" that's one of the best quotes to describe this situation---so many revenue streams are going to be started this year now that there's funding for execution and the Covid restrictions are fading. Watch out above!
MSFT case filing/timing could have been driven by statute of limitations issues.
Any reasonable person can only deduce that there was collusion at the highest level in what appears to be an orchestrated attack on Worlds, Inc. The filing by MSFT which refers to the Casper ruling on the same day as the Casper ruling is made public is astoundingly brazen. There wasn't even enough time for the Company to issue a PR on Friday, yet MSFT had already included reference to Casper's ruling in their response. Utterly ridiculous to believe lawyers can move like that without some kind of advance planning.
Is it unreasonable to request an FBI investigation of what has happened? The WDDD board of directors should do more than just quietly file an appeal. The integrity of the federal judicial system is at stake.
Settlement with Linden Labs. Really the best case scenario for any litigation, as there will be no appeals and other court nonsense. Rare to get handed a birds' nest on the ground. Why would anyone be a seller here? For those that haven't reached their targeted position, now is the time before the settlement becomes official. I'm expecting a decent bump up in share price upon the settlement being concluded. A new higher floor will be established above .50 in my opinion.
For those of you with endless patience, like myself(been in WDDD for years), I recommend getting involved with NTIP, another litigation gem----loaded with cash, and going after the likes of Facebook and Google. CEO owns about 1/4 of the outstanding shares and is all in. To boot, you get paid a 3% dividend yield(at the moment) while you wait. The cash on the balance sheet largely came from a settlement with CSCO. 9 years getting paid about $9 million/year for licensing the technology. And FB and GOOG up next for infringing on ad placement technology----which is only the foundation of their respective businesses.
VNUE Radio---wow did not have that one on my bingo card. May 1st launch. Can you say SYNERGY?
Almost nothing has changed except the share price. Everyone says to themselves at .03 how they wish they had more back when it was .015. Then when it's.015, the sky is falling. Regardless, it's the same company, except for the share price. If you loved it at .03, you should love it that much more at .015. The Soundstr potential is the same regardless of the price of the stock. Either you believe, or you don't. But if you believe, I would say this is a buying opportunity. The motivated seller, whoever you are, has been cleaned up below .015. Are there more motivated sellers? Doubtful, but possible.

What many traders(as opposed to investors) here fail to grasp is how miniscule the market cap of this company is (around $2 million currently) relative to the market opportunity which is in the billions. If this was a private company, it would easily obtain a $10-20 million valuation pre-revenue. And they would IPO it at $100 million upon reaching revenue stage. So, my opinion is sky's the limit here. 'Scuse me while I kiss the sky...
Invest in VNUE, don't trade...
With Covid vaccines on the horizon for the general public by April or so, full summer concert season should resume. Hopefully, they can reschedule Matchbox 20 and start where they left off with numerous shows all over the country.
Hot off the press, Zach Bair, CEO of VNUE, is a force to be reckoned with....

Wake up. Trump, Jr. tweeted his wish that Pebble be stopped. Wants his daddy POTUS to intervene and stop it. And aide to VP Pence chimed in to support. Unbelievably pathetic.
The little engine that could is revving up after a long period of base-building, absorbing the dilution. The song remains the same. Soundstr platform is real. As they say, the longer the base, the bigger the move. All this needs is a spark to light the fuse.
Dr. Peter Hotez of Baylor appeared on MSNBC yesterday, mentioned their work on a vaccine, which is the one that they are working together on with MYMX.

So much for the launch pad. Company and its shareholders will have to be satisfied with the potential $500 million annual global sales for their already approved diagnostic products. Basic blocking and tackling until a bigger player scoops them up if they are successful. Meanwhile, hit the snooze button until further notice.
I find it amazing that a company involved in real science like MYMX is so ignored and under-followed. Sure, it's on an obscure exchange, but seriously, companies like SINT are trading up a storm, raising equity stock offerings, based on seeming nonsense. And here we are, with a virosome platform, designed to address viruses like Covid 19 and all others, yet nobody seems to care much. Hopefully, one day they will.
Very quiet here for a stock that looks like it's on the launch pad. Possibly replacing expensive biopsy procedures with diagnostic testing sounds like a win/win for patients and insurance providers. Nice chart with long base, with any traction in sales, I could easily see OCX becoming a double digit stock.
Any chance MYMX virosome technologies have application to the coronavirus?
Some simple math for the Matchbox 20 2020 tour. If VNUE sells 1000 recordings at around $20 each, that's $20,000 revenue per show. If there's 50 shows, that $1 million. Current market cap of the company is around $300,000. So VNUE trading at less than 1/3 of revenues for this one tour alone.
Can that be right?
VNUE CEO Zach Bair is a visionary. And he has a successful track record with Voyance(which was sold to EMC) and Immediatek(which was sold to Mark Cuban).
Now he is tackling the arcane world of Professional Rights Organizations(PRO's), in an attempt to achieve fairness and protect the property rights of artists as guaranteed in the US Constitution, Article 1, clause 8.
He is applying proprietary technology to bring transparency to a currently opaque world and protect songwriters' and musicians' property rights in so doing. The cause is just and the value is real.
Do not underestimate Mr. Bair!!!!!
The 8K mentions an "end to end" solution for music licensing. Musicians of the world should be rejoicing as this appears to be addressing a huge hole in the chain of paying artists for what is rightfully theirs. Identifying who should be paid for what when a song is played publicly, whether in bars, restaurants, concert venues or on the radio, is a BIG DEAL. Let the tsunami wave begin!!!
