VNUE CEO Zach Bair is a visionary. And he has a successful track record with Voyance(which was sold to EMC) and Immediatek(which was sold to Mark Cuban).

Now he is tackling the arcane world of Professional Rights Organizations(PRO's), in an attempt to achieve fairness and protect the property rights of artists as guaranteed in the US Constitution, Article 1, clause 8.

He is applying proprietary technology to bring transparency to a currently opaque world and protect songwriters' and musicians' property rights in so doing. The cause is just and the value is real.
