I can follow what you're saying and understand where it comes from. But to say Lifeline and Cyrcadia are clearly separated is a stretch. Cyrcadia was formed out of Lifeline for the purpose of not diluting the publicly traded stock. Cyrcadia is populated by Jim Holmes and family. It's not two different locations or businesses, really - it's more maneuvering to fund and staff development of the updated product and reach the same goal. Cyrcadia may be behind in payments because the Asia launch was delayed from original expectations and that percentage of revenue was ear-marked for payments - even if it's more an accounting entry than one entity paying another by check.
There are always two sides to every story and two possible endings. It's hard for us to tell at the moment because all the chapters leading to the resolution haven't been seen and some not written yet. I'm hoping for the happy ending but we can't get there with our own fairy tales. It has to be in black and white before we'll know. The biggest thing that gives me hope is the newer cast of characters lately - ones who would not want to ruin their future and reputation by buying into and promoting something they could see relatively easily was not above-board if that were the case. Cisco/Maciej Kranz, Claudia Suessmuth Dykerhoff/Roche & Clariant, Lynn Raebsamen, iFlytek... not dim bulbs or bit players.
Stay tuned. The launch is not the end of the story, it should be beginning - with 20 years of prologue.
Oh, I wouldn't say anyone would claim you didn't warn us! :)
In my opinion, having seen total brain whiffs on statements and details made by Lifeline/Cyrcadia, the under revision statement was meant to say the iT-Bra is not (yet) for sale in the United States. But, it's all a matter of opinion - whether you believe the website is announcing abandonment of the US market or a typo; whether you believe 2019 is the real deal or the same old routine; whether the stock will go up or down. Different year but stocks will still be a risk - some riskier than others.
Happy New Year's Day to you, PB, and all!
And to you also. Happy 2019 - LLBO happy and prosperous!
Okey dokey. Thanks for the explanation.
Can you elaborate? I dan't understand if you mean the person I referenced was meaningless to LLBO/Cyrcadia or the article she wrote announcing Cyrcadia Asia's 2019 launch.
Well, yes - if it's Cyrcadia, it is meaningful to LLBO. Basically, Cyrcadia IS LLBO and LLBO is the largest holder of Cyrcadia. You can't have one without the other.
I agree. Remember the big push to go over to the SteemIt website, where there was less interference from other people with an agenda? Maybe that would still be a good censor-free option to check for information - just more difficult to structure for our needs. At least it's searchable for things like LLBO and Cyrcadia.
Despite past years' delays in trying to launch first in the US, you can find much more reputable names involved with the Cyrcadia Asia launch roll-out. I won't keep repeating the large companies and professional people that I have previously, but here is another someone who is posting relevant articles on their Hong Kong LinkedIn page:
https://hk.linkedin.com/in/lynnrl
Notice the first item under "Lynn Raebsamen, CFA’S Posts & Activity":

I'm betting Roche still - not only the direct link with the Cyrcadia Asia board director to Roche, but Roche's recent acquisition of Flatiron Health - which is a newer branch towards AI and databases. To me, Cisco would be a good choice if it only involved data collection and secure information, but the device and development of cancer diagnosis and treatments are more up Roche's alley. However, more interested big names are always better.
About Roche
Roche is a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics focused on advancing science to improve people's lives. The combined strengths of pharmaceuticals and diagnostics under one roof have made Roche the leader in personalised healthcare - a strategy that aims to fit the right treatment to each patient in the best way possible.
Roche is the world's largest biotech company, with truly differentiated medicines in oncology, immunology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology and diseases of the central nervous system. Roche is also the world leader in in vitro diagnostics and tissue-based cancer diagnostics, and a frontrunner in diabetes management.
A little more independent verification on my post yesterday regarding one of the directors of Cyrcadia Asia, Claudia Suessman Dykerhoff. If you go to Roche's website and look under their governance ( https://www.roche.com/about/governance/board_of_directors/board_of_directors-suessmuth.htm ), not only is she listed there, her experience includes the two start-ups in Asia previously mentioned - those would be Cyrcadia and Edugreen Education & Services. The other associations aren't too shabby either.
So, bottom line - where there's doubt, confirm a different way and you may get a clearer answer. If you're wondering whether or not any product is being manufactured, go to jabil.com and look up "Cyrcadia". You can find assurance from them that Cyrcadia is working with Nypro, a Jabil company.
Since LLBO is 47% of Cyrcadia, it all adds up.
I do find that product different and interesting... seriously. But I checked the nearest location to me and there are 10 locations - all in India. It also looks like a pricing scanner and is operated by healthcare workers who are trained 4 to 8 hours. And the picture shows the operator holding the scanner and a cell phone over the person. Looks a little strange but happy if it works well and is a solution for those who need it. I think we still have hope that Cyrcadia's product and roll-out will serve a large niche also. Good find and good luck.
Will do. I might not be the first but it will be news...
Did you register for the pre-order? Let us know when you get the email... although for sale probably only in Mexico at the end of 2019 and nothing further in the planning stages. Still waiting for the first launch - although there may be something like this technology...
1. What’s the cost of EVA?
At the moment we don't have a defined sales price, however, we are working day after day to make it as accessible as possible so that EVA can positively impact the lives of a large number of women, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
2. Where can I buy EVA?
Currently, EVA is not yet available for purchase. However, you can register here to be part of our pre-sale campaign. Once you are registered, you will enter a waitlist to purchase the device when it’s available for sale and you will receive updates related to the company through email.
3. What is the preorder?
It’s a register through which you will form part of a waitlist to be one of the first people to buy EVA when it is ready for sale.
4. When will be EVA be on sale in Mexico?
As soon as we finish performing the tests and the corresponding certifications we will be in touch with the registered people from our waitlist. We expect EVA to be available by the end of 2019.
5. When is EVA on sale outside of Mexico?
We don’t have any date yet, but we are working on this.
Last post by me for this evening re: Claudia Suessmuth Dyckerhoff ( https://cyrcadia.asia/#page9 ) -

Based in both Shanghai and Switzerland, she is a non-executive board member for Roche and Clariant, works with two start-ups in Asia
Another thing I often do is quickly research some "adjacent" names on these reports. People may question unknown publishers of articles that mention the key name interesting us (Cyrcadia), who may lump well-known companies with other "fly-by-nights". Plus, you might run across another investment, right? Well, in Googling some of the smaller business names in that Prudour News list, I don't see many are publicly traded (as in LLBO's stake in Cyrcadia) but they actually appear pretty authentic and up-and-coming. So, in researching a few completely different businesses mentioned, I came across a blog post in Psychology Today (a pretty reputable periodical, no?) and found a quick mention of Cyrcadia by them in a June 18, 2018 article titled "The Future of AI in Healthcare":
https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-future-brain/201806/the-future-ai-in-health-care?amp under the last paragraph headed, "AI for Oncology"
AI for Oncology
Equity-funded startups in AI oncology include companies such as Freenome, Globavir Biosciences, CureMetrix, Notable Labs, Cyrcadia, Enlitic, Entopsis, Insilico Medicine, OncoraMedical, Pathway Genomics, Proscia, and SkinVision [12]. Flatiron Health, a New York headquartered AI technology company focused on oncology backed by Google Ventures and other investors, was recently acquired by Swiss pharmaceutical Roche for $1.9 billion in 2018 for its massive curated datasets for decision support and electronic health record platform [13].

Agreed. I also noticed that it's transitioned from "Cyrcadia is developing" in past articles regarding the iTbra, to "has developed".
In addition, there's the mention of Cyrcadia's fund-raising in Hong Kong - which won't be showing up in Lifeline reported financials. For those concerned, Lifeline stock has transitioned - as developing to developed did - to owning the part of Cyrcadia that will be financially successful (as opposed to funding research and development).

Wow! That's putting your money where your mouth is, for sure... or the other way around :) but real hands-on approach to promotion. I wouldn't be shocked to have the launch pushed back to the first of the year but it does feel like the window of opportunity, at least with sub-penny entry, is closing. I think a win-win for the interested women at your Christmas party - not only for the heads-up on investment, but the product itself.
https://www.medtechintelligence.com/column/high-demand-for-breast-cancer-diagnosis-and-treatment-products-in-asia/
Article written September 21, 2018 and still states launch and expansion before "end of the year". Tic, toc indeed.
Other breast cancer diagnostics device manufacturers are also making inroads in Asian markets. Cyrcadia, Inc., based in Reno, Nevada, plans to launch sales of its wearable early breast wellness screening device, iTBra, through its Hong Kong subsidiary. The company plans a further expansion into China, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand before the end of the year. According to Cyrcadia, the product is more than 80% accurate in detecting breast cancer for the densest breast tissue, compared to traditional mammography, which only has a 50% accuracy rate for that class of breast tissue.
https://bioengineeringtoday.org/emerging-tech/wearable-technology-and-future-billion-dollar-industry
A blurb from above article dated 7/14/17 referencing Vinitha Sree Subbhuraam:
An example of a minimally invasive product that researchers hope to bring to the consumer market within the next couple of years is the iTBra, manufactured by Reno, Nevada-based Cyrcadia Health. Currently in pre-FDA approval validation trials, the bra consists of a patch for each breast that measures temperature changes in breast tissue. A woman would need to wear the patches for only two to 12 hours a month to catch these changes. If this technology could replace painful mammograms and reduce premature biopsies, millions of women would be happier, noted Vinitha Sree Subbhuraam, director of Cyrcadia’s Customer Analytic Core Lab. The company claims that in initial trials the accuracy rate has been 87 percent in identifying known breast cancer cases.
Subbhuraam said the temperature signal reaches the breast surface regardless of the density of breast tissue or the depth of a tumor, and the bra can detect cancers before they are visible on mammograms and ultrasound images. The data can be transmitted to a woman’s doctor and if results are concerning, watchful monitoring or follow-up tests can be conducted. Subbhuraam hopes to introduce the iTBra in India, where, she said, women are especially shy about visiting doctors. If they could use this device in the comfort of their home every month, they could at least know there was a problem before visiting a doctor, Subbhuraam said.
All very valid - maybe the presentation has been seen by long-term holders already but not necessarily new eyes. Always good to remind ourselves of the global partners and the launch date and roll-out plan. Obviously very time-appropriate in relation to an increased excitement we all can probably feel right now! Good post, King! :)
Scroll down to July 7 for Leon Wang's posts on "The Future of Cancer Diagnostics", because they're all interesting. But Volume 3 of 3 is... guess. Love his "bottom line".

Well, what's sadly funny is that he was promoting LLBO (and others) while in jail back then and the SP was in the same range as it is now - saying the same things: game-changer, launching next year, price should run to .05, etc.
I think everyone who's been here any length of time (me, myself, since 2004) have watched this cycle play out year after year (except for the big chill stretch), so I can't blame anyone with skepticism. However, I also believe the names involved at this point are head and shoulders above what has occurred in the past.
BTW, I guess posting from the jail house is for IHub members who have been naughty and relegated to IHub prison. Wowzer was still quite active during his sentence from September of 2015 until just the beginning of January 2016. Maybe it has something to do with why he won't reply directly to you. He might be on permanent probation for felonious offenders. Tsk, tsk. :)
I see Mr. Wowza is still posting on other stocks. Not sure if you wanted me to re-post his message in Article 63? I think I see what the problem is. I also tried to look up that post # in LLBO and it didn't come up - then the post before and after. Nothing. I looked again and realized it was on "The Jailhouse" message board (JAIL) in IHub. Was not familiar with that board or poster but can still find Post 114595 on the JAIL message board.
Of course, that was from 2015 and (some) people will jump on the fact that it's the SSDD or SSDY. But if Mr. Wowza were to re-investigate the names connected to Cyrcadia now, his interest might be re-ignited.
Nice! Let us know if you get any response from the writer. Was it the writer of the 5 wearables with the misdirected link? I should contact the Jabil technical writer and see if he can provide any information on their end. I have tried to get information from Jabil/Nypro before to get independent verification but they are pretty closed-mouth when it comes to discussing customers. Understandable - but I suppose it's verification that Cyrcadia is, indeed, a customer.
At least when you read through the Higia site it points to, it says:
Rios Cantu noted that the project still has a long way to go before these bras can become readily produced.
"It is a complicated project, it is not a simple task we take," he told El Universal. "It requires a lot of money and for the moment we are limited, but we have done what we can with our resources."
Ahhh, man! Nice piece but when you click on "ITbra" where it mentions Cyrcadia, it takes you to the EVA bra - the one by our Mexican amigo. Aye yi yi!
And speaking of stagnant time...
There is a more recent article authored by Jabil titled "Healthcare Wearables: Incredible Potential, Stagnant Progress".
https://www.iotforall.com/healthcare-wearables-incredible-potential-stagnant-progress/
Funny that Nypro, of Jabil, is the producer of Cyrcadia's product (I think) and is mentioned in the paragraph "Remote Patient Monitoring Works". I wish they could give more information on their own status and progress - and when we might see a break-through in the availability of the wearables to which it refers and is directly connected, so to speak.
Not sure if this article from a couple months ago was posted before. If so, don't rip my lips off! It speaks of the newer trend to not only target Asia for medicines and devices specific to their "genotype", but also the flipside-former mentality of initiating start-ups or new products from East to West instead of the previous West to East model. The article is pretty interesting and mentions Cyrcadia at the 15th paragraph (or 3rd from the bottom), as well as Roche - which has a connection to us also. Anyway, take a look while we wait...

Quarterly report and management discussion available on OTC Markets Disclosure tab. Nothing too exciting. it would be nice if there is something more in the cards for tomorrow, any hour - pre-market, after hours, trading time.
Ohhh... I made a boo-boo!
In the last post I made, I stated that the next report from LLBO was normally filed September 30. I said that after looking at OTC markets on the filings and disclosure tab - but I was looking at the report for the quarter ending September 30. The report for the quarter ending June 30 is normally filed mid-August, so I would guess that's what Voo is anticipating. Last year, it was published August 12 - that was a Saturday? Something should show up anytime between now and the end of next week, I guess - both the quarterly report and management discussion/analysis. Hopefully, there will be something to discuss or analyze. :)
LLBO usually posts quarterly report on September 30. Aside from a typo in the filing date last time (year), they have been on time. These are the pinks, after all. Any August 15 PR would be something else. I think we all anticipate what that is but no one can say until we all read it. As long as it's not announcing any delays, I think something good is ahead.
I'm normally a Google searcher but accidentally used Bing.com to check for Cyrcadia Health news. It has a nice front-and-center info box that comes back in the results with the following information:
Finally, and most critically, Cyrcadia is addressing the Health and Human Services Affordable Care Act targeted Precision Medicine Initiative . Through personalized healthcare monitoring, Cyrcadia is sensing and catching the earliest potential progression of the cancerous disease state. Instead of only correlating to late stage imaging outcomes with clinic or hospital based mammography, Cyrcadia is partnering with the Canary Foundation , who has also supported the current trials financially, to correlate their findings with early biomarkers already identified by Canary as indications of early cancer cell development.

Oh, I see. Sorry about that. I thought I read almost every post - I just don't retain it. I'll just sit back and wait for the stock price to move. That would be nice! :)
Apologies for duplication to everyone. Hopefully, in the near future, we won't be spending time Googling for any shred of info - we will bê the news.
Good week to all.
Not sure what you're talking about - I don't see repeat. All different links and articles. But... sorry if I'm repeating any former posts.

Sorry, Sven. I knew there was already information out about the pre-A financing being completed, and have seen other postings with people sharing information that has previously been posted. It can be hard to keep track. I was just trying to highlight the part where it said the financing would allow completion of the product and that Q3 2018 has been a target for release in Asia - for people who want to claim Cyrcadia is continually kicking the can down the road. It was also a reminder of names, such as Southern Capital Partners and iFlytek. I did not intentionally re-post your find - had just been Googling "cyrcadia asia 2018". It's something like "multiple discovery" with inventions. Don't let that drive you away! And don't let the moron banter get to you. There's one (or three) in every bunch!
